本发明提供代替蓝硅胶的新型用于检测水的组合物、和利用该用于检测水的组合物而构成的用于检测水的指示剂。所述组合物含有卟啉配位化合物和选自“碱金属、碱土金属、Al、以及Fe”中的至少1种的无机盐为有效成分。以2个轴配位基为羟基或卤素(氯)的磷卟啉配位化合物([P(V)TPP(OH)2]Cl或[P(V)TPP(Cl)2]Cl和CaCl2为有效成分的用于检测水的组合物的场合,在相对湿度20%时变为绿色、50%时变为带茶色的绿色或带桃色的绿色、90%时变为茶色或桃色的阶段的变色。再于100℃下干燥时返回到绿色,再次进行吸湿率试验时,与初次同样地确认依赖于相对湿度的阶段的发色,具有可逆性。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于检测水的组合物、以及用于检测水的指示剂。
背景技术
作为吸湿(吸水)程度的标准而使用的湿度指示剂,在以前,已知有担载了氯化钴的二氧化硅凝胶(例如,参照非专利文献1)。该担载了氯化钴的二氧化硅凝胶通常被称为蓝硅胶,广泛地作为湿度指示剂使用。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
可是,公知的“蓝硅胶”,根据其用途,也并不是一定可以容易地使用,在市场上,寻求代替蓝硅胶的新型湿度指示剂的呼声越发高涨。
为了对应这样的市场的呼声,本发明者们反复进行深入研究的结果发现,如果使特定的卟啉配位化合物和特定的无机盐共存,对应于湿度变化可敏锐地变色。
本发明就是基于上述发现而完成的,其目的在于,提供一种代替蓝硅胶的新型的用于检测水的组合物、以及利用该用于检测水的组合物而构成的用于检测水的指示剂。
解决课题的方法
以下,对本发明中采用的特征构成进行说明。
本发明的用于检测水的组合物的特征是,含有下述通式[I](式中,M为选自“Mg、Al、Si、P、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Ge、As、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd、In、Sn、Sb、W、Re、Pt、Au、Hg、Tl、Pb、以及Bi”中的1种元素,X为卤素或OR1(式中,R1为氢或可以取代该氢的任意的取代基),R2为氢或可以取代该氢的任意的取代基)表示的卟啉配位化合物、和选自“碱金属、碱土金属、Al、以及Fe”中的至少1种无机盐作为有效成分。

在该通式[I]中,配位化合物的中心元素M为选自“Mg、Al、Si、P、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Ge、As、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd、In、Sn、Sb、W、Re、Pt、Au、Hg、Tl、Pb、以及Bi”中的1种。该中心元素也可以是离子,此时,通式[I]表示的配位化合物成为配位离子。成为配位离子时,配位离子可以作为配盐包含在用于检测水的组合物中。另外,虽然为形成配盐而共存的离子可以是任意的,但优选例如,Br-、Cl-、F-等卤素离子、或OH-等。
另外,上述通式[I]中,X为卤素(例如,Br、Cl、F等)或OR1,X为OR1时,R1为氢或可以取代该氢的任意的取代基。该取代基只要是不损害作为用于检测水的组合物的作用的基团,则可以是任意的基团,但如果考虑配位化合物的制造容易程度、稳定性等,希望该R1为氢、可以被苯基取代的烷基、环烷基、可以具有取代基的苯基、或可以具有取代基的酰基中的任意一种。其中,R1为氢时,-OR1成为羟基,由于容易固定在硅胶这样的具有羟基的载体上,因此特别优选。另外,作为上述“可以具有取代基的苯基、或可以具有取代基的酰基”中的取代基,可以举出,例如,烷基、烷氧基、羧基、氟基团、氯基团、溴基团、碘基团、羟基、氰基、氨基、甲酰基、苯基、酰基、硝基等。
另外,上述通式[I]中,R2也是氢或可以取代该氢的任意的取代基。该取代基只要是不损害作为用于检测水的组合物的作用的基团,则可以是任意的基团,但如果考虑上述配位化合物的制造容易程度、稳定性等,希望该R2为可以具有取代基的苯基。另外,作为苯基可以具有的取代基,可以举出, 例如,烷基、烷氧基、羧基、氟基团、氯基团、溴基团、碘基团、羟基、氰基、氨基、甲酰基、苯基、酰基、硝基等。
另外,作为用于得到“碱金属、碱土金属、Al、以及Fe”中的至少1种的无机盐的无机酸,可以使用盐酸、硫酸、或硝酸。其中,使用盐酸或硫酸时,与使用硝酸时相比,由于因吸湿引起的发色变化有变大的倾向,故优选。另外,如果在碱金属、碱土金属、Al、以及Fe中使用Ca或Mg,由于因吸湿引起的发色变化有变大的倾向,故优选。
如果采用以上构成的本发明的用于检测水的组合物,伴随着吸湿或与水的接触而引起发色变化,例如,通过将该用于检测水的组合物担载在具有吸湿性的载体上,可以作为湿度指示剂使用。或者,通过担载在具有吸水性的载体上,可以作为漏水指示剂使用。
至于为构成这些湿度指示剂或漏水指示剂(以下,统称为用于检测水的指示剂)而使用的载体应该具有何种程度的吸湿性或吸水性,由于根据要检测的湿度或水的形态(水蒸气、水)而变化,不能一概而定,但作为一例,如果要举出作为湿度指示剂的优选的具体例子,优选例如,在“JIS Z0701 4.1吸湿性试验”中,相对湿度20%时的吸湿率为0.1%或0.1%以上,相对湿度50%时的吸湿率为0.3%或0.3%以上,相对湿度90%时的吸湿率为1.0%或1.0%以上的载体。特别优选无机多孔性载体,其中,无色载体由于容易确认到由吸湿引起的发色反应,因此,在这点上,优选硅胶。
这样的硅胶,只要是作为粒状物形成的硅胶即可。或者,也可以是通过将含有这样的硅胶的流动性组合物渗入或涂布到纸或其它的载体上而构成具有吸湿性的载体。
另外,说到与作为公知的湿度指示剂的蓝硅胶的比较,近年,钴及其化合物作为有可能对人的健康或生态系统有害的物质,在化学物质把握管理促进法中被选定为第一种指定化学物质,因此,强烈需求代替氯化钴的更加安全的物质。
在这一点上,如果是本发明的用于检测水的组合物,当然可以是钴,但还可以选择钴以外的元素作为配位化合物的中心元素,因此,根据用于检测水的组合物的使用目的,通过避开第一种指定化学物质而选择安全性更高的元素,可以提供对人的健康或生态系统的不良影响少、安全性高的用于检测水的指示剂。

具体实施方式
接着,举出具体的例子对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
[第1种实施方式]
首先,按以下的工序合成磷卟啉。
在50L的玻璃反应釜中设置回流装置,在反应釜内,在氮气气流下使四苯基卟啉(H2TPP,120g)溶解在12L脱水吡啶中,再添加2.4L的POCl3。
接着,将反应溶液充分回流,用UV-vis光谱进行反应跟踪。确认Soret吸收带从416nm移动到438nm时,使反应结束。反应结束后,将反应釜放置冷却到室温。
接着,将120L的己烷加入到500L的玻璃釜中,一边搅拌己烷一边经过1小时滴加反应后的反应溶液来进行再沉淀,将沉淀物用36L的氯仿经过30分钟左右使目的物充分溶解。
另外,为了除去无机盐,将80L离子交换水加入到萃取的氯仿溶液中,搅拌30分钟后,静置30分钟左右进行分液。水层确认pH后,废弃。此操作再重复2次,并将氯仿层充分水洗。
分液后,通过蒸发器在减压下使氯仿层蒸发干固,再用真空泵减压干燥2~3天,得到具有作为轴配位基的2个氯原子的磷卟啉配位化合物([P(V)TPP(Cl)2]Cl,以下,称为磷卟啉配位化合物(A))。收率为92%。
另外,以上述工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物(A)是下述化学式[II]表示的化合物。
[化学式2]
接着,为了将轴配位基变换为羟基,将1.0g上述磷卟啉配位化合物(A)溶解在160ml的25%含水乙腈水溶液中,在空气下回流1小时。反应跟踪用UV-Vis光谱进行。确认Soret吸收带从438nm移动到423nm,使反应结束。用蒸发器将乙腈水溶液浓缩到40ml左右后,加入氯仿进行分液,收集氯仿层并减压馏去溶剂,得到作为目的化合物的2个轴配位基变为羟基的磷卟啉配位化合物([P(V)TPP(OH)2]Cl,以下,称为磷卟啉配位化合物(B))。收率为99%。
另外,以上述工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物B是下述化学式[III]表示的化合物。
[化学式3]
接着,使0.42g上述磷卟啉配位化合物(B)溶解在1L甲醇中,得到磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。将该磷卟啉-甲醇溶液加入到4L甲苯中并搅拌,搅拌后,投入1kg硅胶(比表面积为280m2/g,细孔容积为1.0ml/g,粒径为1.70~4.00mm),投入后,边不时地进行搅拌边放置一夜。
放置后,用蒸馏装置进行蒸馏,馏去甲醇。馏去甲醇后,进行3小时回流,放置冷却后,进行脱液,再进行干燥。
将得到的磷卟啉担载硅胶投入到1重量%氯化钙水溶液中,投入后,除去水分,在100℃进行干燥处理,制成试样。此时的磷卟啉的投入量相对于1g硅胶为420μg,氯化钙的添加量为0.01g。
通过在得到的试样中添加水,确认到变色成红茶色。另外,将该试样加热到100℃时再次返回到绿色,确认到具有可逆性。
[第2种实施方式]
使0.05g按照与上述第1种实施方式同样的工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)溶解在500ml甲醇中,得到磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。另外,准备200g的JIS A型球状硅胶(粒径1.70~4.00mm),通过喷射喷雾对该JIS A型球状硅胶喷雾84ml上述磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。另外,在喷雾时,注意不要使硅胶因吸附热的冲击而破裂地进行喷雾。喷雾后,在100℃下进行干燥,放置冷却。
接着,对上述喷雾处理过的硅胶再喷雾84ml的1重量%氯化钙溶液,再次在100℃下进行干燥,放置冷却,制作试样。
通过以上工序得到的试样,相对于1g硅胶的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)的添加量为42μg、氯化钙的添加量为4.2mg。
接着,按照“JIS Z0701 4.1吸湿率试验”的项目,在相对湿度20%、相对湿度50%、相对湿度90%的各种条件下使得到的试样曝露48小时,并追踪颜色变化。其结果,确认了在相对湿度20%时变为绿色、在相对湿度50%时变为带有茶色的绿色、相对湿度90%时变为茶色的阶段性变色。
另外,将该试样再次在100℃下干燥时,则返回到绿色,再次进行吸湿率试验时,与初次同样地确认了依赖于相对湿度的阶段性发色,确认了具有可逆性。
图1示出在该试样的初次吸湿时和在再干燥后的吸湿时测定的吸附等温线。另外,在图1中,同时记载了蓝硅胶(担载了氯化钴的硅胶)、以及作为载体使用的JIS A型球状硅胶。
对于吸附特性,由于得到了不逊色于蓝硅胶的代表物性值的吸附等温线,确认了具有同等的吸附能力。另外,对于再干燥的试样,也得到同样的结果,因此,确认了没有因再干燥而引起劣化,由此,可以确认具有与蓝硅胶几乎同样的吸附性能。
[第3种实施方式]
使0.05g按照与上述第1种实施方式同样的工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)溶解在500ml甲醇中,得到磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。另外,在该磷卟啉-甲醇溶液中添加10ml的1重量%氯化钙溶液,配制磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液。
准备200g的JIS A型球状硅胶(粒径1.70~4.00mm),通过喷射喷雾对该JIS A型球状硅胶喷雾84ml上述磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液。另外,在喷雾时,注意不要使硅胶因吸附热的冲击而破裂地进行喷雾。喷雾后,在100℃ 下进行干燥,放置冷却,制成试样。
通过以上工序得到的试样,相对于1g硅胶的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)的添加量为41μg、氯化钙的添加量为84μg。
对于得到的试样,进行与上述第2种实施方式同样的试验时,与第2种实施方式同样地,确认了在相对湿度20%时变为绿色、在相对湿度50%时变为带有茶色的绿色、相对湿度90%时变为茶色的阶段性变色。另外,将该试样再次在100℃下干燥时,则返回到绿色,再次进行吸湿率试验时,与初次同样地确认了依赖于相对湿度的阶段的发色,确认了具有可逆性。
图2示出在该试样的初次吸湿时和再干燥后的吸湿时测定的吸附等温线。另外,在图2中,同时记载了蓝硅胶(担载了氯化钴的硅胶)、以及作为载体使用的JIS A型球状硅胶。对于吸附特性,可以得到与第2种实施方式同样的结果,并确认了具有与蓝硅胶同等的吸附能力,没有因再干燥的劣化。
另外,在上述第2种实施方式中,在使磷卟啉担载在硅胶上后,担载氯化钙,与此相反,在该第3种实施方式中,是将磷卟啉和氯化钙混合之后再担载在硅胶上,但任何一种对湿度都显示变色,可以确认该变色与氯化钙的添加时期无关。
[第4种实施方式]
将0.1g按照与上述第1种实施方式同样的工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)溶解在200ml甲醇中,得到磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。在该磷卟啉甲醇溶液中添加10m1的1重量%氯化钙溶液,配制磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液。
准备200g的JIS A型球状硅胶(粒径1.70~4.00mm),将该JIS A型球状硅胶浸渍在上述磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液中一液,使磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液含浸在硅胶中,然后,在100℃下进行干燥,放置冷却后,制成试样。
通过以上工序得到的试样,相对于1g硅胶的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)的添加量为190μg、氯化钙的添加量为190μg。
对于得到的试样,进行与上述第2种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了在相对湿度20%时变为绿色、在相对湿度50%时变为茶色、相对湿度90%时变为红茶色,关于吸附性能,也可以确认到不逊色于以往的担载了氯化钴的硅胶的性能。
另外,对于吸湿率测定前、吸湿率测定后的试样测定吸收光谱并进行了 研究。结果示于图3。由图3可以确认波长560nm附近的峰稍微向长波长侧移动,同时可以确认650nm附近的峰由于吸湿而消失。由本测定暗示了此谱图的变化是变色的原因。
[第5种实施方式]
使1.25mg第1种实施方式中得到的磷卟啉配位化合物(A)溶解在1 5ml甲醇中,得到磷卟啉-甲醇溶液。在该磷卟啉甲醇溶液中添加2ml的50重量%氯化钙溶液,配制磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液。
准备25g球状硅胶(比表面积600m2/g,细孔容积0.6ml/g,粒径1.70~4.00mm),对该球状硅胶添加17ml上述磷卟啉-氯化钙-甲醇溶液,混合搅拌后,在100℃下进行干燥,制成试样。
通过以上工序得到的试样,相对于1g硅胶的磷卟啉配位化合物(A)的添加量为50μg、氯化钙的添加量为40mg。对于得到的试样,进行与上述第2种实施方式同样的试验时,与第2种实施方式同样地确认了在相对湿度20%时变为绿色、在相对湿度50%时变为带有桃色的绿色、相对湿度90%时变为桃色的阶段性变色。另外,将该试样再次在100℃下干燥时,则返回到绿色,再次进行吸湿率试验时,与初次同样地确认了依赖于相对湿度的阶段性发色,确认了具有可逆性。
另外,对于吸湿率测定前、吸湿率测定后的试样测定吸收光谱并进行了研究。结果示于图4。由图4可以确认发现波长515nm附近的峰,以及在560nm附近的峰向长波长侧移动,同时可以确认650nm附近的峰由于吸湿而减少。由本测定暗示了此谱图的变化是变色的原因。
[第6种实施方式]
使用硝酸钙代替第4种实施方式中使用的氯化钙,其他的条件为与第4种实施方式同样的条件、工序,得到试样。
对于采用以上的工序得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
[第7种实施方式]
使用氯化镁代替第4种实施方式中使用的氯化钙,其他的条件为与第4种实施方式同样的条件、工序,得到试样。
对于采用以上的工序得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
[第8种实施方式]
使用氯化亚铁、氯化铁、氯化铝(六水合物)、氯化锂、氯化钾代替第4种实施方式中使用的氯化钙,其他的条件为与第4种实施方式同样的条件、工序,得到试样。
对于采用以上的工序得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
[第9种实施方式]
使用硫酸亚铁、硫酸铁、硫酸铝、硫酸锂、硫酸钾代替第8种实施方式中使用的氯化物,其他的条件为与第4种实施方式同样的条件、工序,得到试样。
对于采用以上的工序得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
[第10种实施方式]
使用硝酸亚铁、硝酸铁、硝酸铝、硝酸锂、硝酸钾代替第8种实施方式中使用的氯化物,其他的条件为与第4种实施方式同样的条件、工序,得到试样。
对于采用以上的工序得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
[第11种实施方式]
对20g硅胶(平均粒径1.70~4.00mm)添加20ml的1重量%氯化钙溶液,搅拌后干燥,得到使氯化钙预先担载在细孔中的物质(以下,称为担载了氯化钙的硅胶)。对该担载了氯化钙的硅胶添加20ml磷卟啉-甲醇溶液(使0.01g按照与上述第1种实施方式同样的工序合成的磷卟啉配位化合物(B)溶解在20ml甲醇中的物质)后,进行搅拌、干燥,得到试样。
对于得到的试样进行与上述第4种实施方式同样的试验时,确认了由于吸湿引起的发色的变化。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不受上述具体的一个实施方式的限定,也可以以其他各种方式来实施。
例如,在上述实施方式中,作为上述通式[I]表示的配位化合物的中心元素M,虽然示出了使用P(磷)的例子,但该配位化合物的中心元素M只要是选自Mg、Al、Si、Ca、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、 Ga、Ge、As、Mo、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Cd、In、Sn、Sb、W、Re、Pt、Au、Hg、Tl、Pb、以及Bi中的元素,伴随着吸湿或与水的接触都会产生变色。因此,考虑用途或制造成本等,可以从这些选择中选定中心元素M。
另外,在上述实施方式中,作为使上述卟啉配位化合物和上述无机盐担载在硅胶上的方法,例举了喷射喷雾法以及含浸法,但也可以用其他的方法担载。
另外,在上述实施方式中,例举了具有特定物性的硅胶(例如,JIS A型硅胶等)作为载体,但对硅胶的物性没有特别限定,可以任意地使用比表面积为10~800m2/g、细孔容积为0.2~2.0ml/g等的硅胶作为载体。另外,载体也不限定为硅胶,还可以在其他的无机多孔性物质上担载上述卟啉配位化合物和上述无机盐。或者,根据用于检测水的指示剂的用途,将含有硅胶的流动性组合物渗入或涂布在纸或其他的载体上,由此构成具有吸湿性的载体,也可以在这样的吸湿性载体上担载上述卟啉配位化合物和上述无机盐。另外,只要是具有吸湿性的纸,即使该纸不含有硅胶或其他的无机多孔性载体,也可以作为载体使用。
另外,在上述实施方式中,虽然使用甲醇作为上述卟啉配位化合物的溶剂,但也可以使用甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、异丙醇等有机溶剂,或者在这些溶剂中,也可以将溶解在水溶性的溶剂中的物质用水进行稀释来使用。
另外,在上述实施方式中,具体地列举了卟啉配位化合物和无机盐的担载量,但对于该担载量,只要是显示有意义的变色的担载量,则可以任意地变更。
另外,在上述实施方式中,作为卟啉配位化合物的具体例子,示出了以四苯基卟啉为基础的物质,但四苯基卟啉所具有的轴配位基的羟基或4个苯基,也可以被其他的官能团取代,只要这些基团是不损害作为用于检测水的组合物的功能的基团。
具体地,对于四苯基卟啉所具有的轴配位基的羟基,如果考虑卟啉配位化合物的制造容易程度、稳定性等,希望是可以被苯基取代的烷基、环烷基、可以具有取代基的苯基、或可以具有取代基酰基中的任意一种。作为“可以具有取代基的苯基、或可以具有取代基的酰基”中的取代基,可以举出,例如,烷基、烷氧基、羧基、氟基团、氯基团、溴基团、碘基团、羟基、氰基、氨基、甲酰基、苯基、酰基、硝基等。但是,轴配位基为羟基或卤素基团时, 由于在硅胶这样的具有羟基的载体上容易固定,因此优选。
另外,对于四苯基卟啉所具有的4个苯基,如果考虑卟啉配位化合物的制造容易程度、稳定性等,希望是可以具有取代基的苯基。另外,作为可以具有苯基的取代基,可以举出,例如,烷基、烷氧基、羧基、氟基团、氯基团、溴基团、碘基团、羟基、氰基、氨基、甲酰基、苯基、酰基、硝基等。
Claims (2)
1.用于检测水的指示剂,其包含用于检测水的组合物,其特征在于,该组合物含有下述通式[I]表示的卟啉配位化合物和选自碱金属、碱土金属、Al、以及Fe中至少1种的无机盐作为有效成分,

式中,M为P,X为卤素或OH,R2为氢或苯基,
其中所述用于检测水的组合物由硅胶担载,
用于得到上述无机盐的无机酸为盐酸或硫酸。
2.按照权利要求1记载的用于检测水的指示剂,其特征在于,上述无机盐是CaCl2或MgCl2中的一种。
