本发明涉及一种地坪材料,具体是一种无机早强地坪材料。其技术方案是:包括下列重量份的主原料:水泥50-100、砂子200-400、滑石粉200-400、酪蛋白200-400、硅藻土粉200-400,和占全部材料重量百分比的副原料:聚合物乳液10-30%、削泡剂0.4%、减水剂0.7%、纤维素0.1-0.4%组成。本发明地坪材料经施工后,可在短时间内使用,具有早强、高强、微膨胀及抗油污等性能。适合各种地面要求较高的厂房、实验室、办公室、居室等地坪使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地坪材料,具体是一种无机早强地坪材料。
背景技术
目前使用的地坪材料只是材料水泥、砂子和少量添加物进行搅拌、混合组成,其缺陷是容易开裂、起尘、起砂,很难满足厂房、实验室、办公室、居室等地坪使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种早强、微膨胀、抗油污的无机早强地坪材料。
其技术方案是:包括下列重量份的主原料:水泥50-100、砂子200-400、滑石粉200-400、酪蛋白200-400、硅藻土粉200-400,和占全部材料重量百分比的付原料:聚合物乳液10-30%、削泡剂0.4%、减水剂0.7%、纤维素0.1-0.4%组成。水泥是硅酸盐水泥,砂子的粒径2-6毫米,滑石粉、酪蛋白和硅藻土粉的粒径80-200目,硅藻土粉是有机改性蒙脱土,聚合物乳液是固含量40%的丙烯酸乳液,减水剂是聚次甲基奈酸磺钠粉末,消泡剂是有机硅(聚氧丙烯、聚氧乙烯),纤维素是羟乙基纤维素粉末。

配方中的粉料使用双螺旋锥形混合机,先将水泥和细砂加入混合机,开动机器,混合5-10分钟,然后加入其它填充料,继续混合5-10分钟,观察颜色和界面是否已经混合均匀,若认为不均匀可继续延长混合时间,最后,将纤维素等加入,继续混合5-10分钟,最终放料至内衬防水防潮塑料膜的编织袋中,并密封袋口,防止受潮进水,待用。
液体聚合物乳液,放入特定体积的塑料或者铁桶内,密封,现场开启,倒入搅拌桶,按照配方比例,使用电动搅拌机,充分搅拌,至均匀,根据气温以及施工要求,可适量加入水对粘结砂浆的稠度进行调节。

1、一种无机早强地坪材料,其特征是包括下列重量份的主原料:水泥50-100、砂子200-400、滑石粉200-400、酪蛋白200-400、硅藻土粉200-400,和占全部材料重量百分比的付原料:聚合物乳液10-30%、削泡剂0.4%、减水剂0.7%、纤维素0.1-0.4%组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无机早强地坪材料,其特征是:所述的水泥是硅酸盐水泥,砂子的粒径2-6毫米,滑石粉、酪蛋白和硅藻土粉的粒径80-200目,硅藻土粉是有机改性蒙脱土,聚合物乳液是固含量40%的丙烯酸乳液,减水剂是聚次甲基奈磺酸钠固体粉末,消泡剂是有机硅,纤维素是羟乙基纤维素固体粉末。
