Abstract

一种可调式调整垫圈,它包含一片一片叠置的0.05mm厚的垫圈片以及置于垫圈片与垫圈片之间的粘结剂。该可调式调整垫圈的制作方法包括如下步骤:A、0.05mm厚的垫圈片的成型:对所采用垫圈料下单,经纵剪,再经过热处理后进行精轧,制成垫圈料卷,再根据所要制作的可调式调整垫圈的大小把制成的垫圈料卷进行分剪,再将分剪后得到的薄片进行复合模冲加工,从而得到所需要尺寸的0.05mm厚的垫圈片;B、叠加复合工艺:将步骤A中得到的0.05mm厚的垫圈片涂覆粘结剂叠加成型,然后挤压到规定尺寸厚度即可得到需要的可调式调整垫圈。

技术领域
本发明涉及垫圈以及垫圈的制作方法,特别涉及可调式调整垫圈及制作方法。
背景技术
调整垫圈广泛用于各种发电机、变速箱及汽车减速器等等。零部件之间配合通过垫圈来调整,由于零部件之间的间隙的不确定性,单一厚度的调整垫圈往往难满足要求,因此需要一种可调式调整垫圈。现有的可调式调整垫圈大多是由多层垫圈片复合而成。在满足垫圈的其他性能的同时,使用时可根据零部件之间的实际间隙去除多余的垫圈片调整垫圈的厚度来满足要求。
现有垫圈的制作工艺流程是:采用整体材料冷冲加工,具体工艺流程为板材落料→复合模冲加工→成品。
由于采用整体材料冷冲加工,因此得到的垫圈片厚度取决于板材的原始尺寸,而间隙配合由垫圈的数量来控制,其配合精度是由垫圈种的垫圈片厚度来控制,而整体材料较厚,因此此种厚度的垫圈片往往很难达到精确或精细配合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术不能满足垫圈的精确或精细配合的问题。
为达到上述的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种可调式调整垫圈,它包含一片一片叠置的0.05mm厚的垫圈片以及置于垫圈片与垫圈片之间的粘结剂。
该可调式调整垫圈的制作方法具体步骤是:
A.0.05mm厚的垫圈片的成型:
对所采用垫圈料下单,经纵剪,再经过热处理后进行精轧,制成垫圈料卷,再根据所要制作的可调式调整垫圈的大小把制成的垫圈料卷进行分剪,再将分剪后得到的薄片进行复合模冲加工,从而得到所需要尺寸的0.05mm厚的垫圈片;
B.叠加复合工艺:
将步骤A中得到的0.05mm厚的垫圈片涂覆粘结剂叠加成型,然后挤压到规定尺寸厚度即可得到需要的可调式调整垫圈。
本发明的有益效果是:由于垫圈片的厚度只有0.05mm,因此可以满足很高的配合精度。另外所采用的粘结剂的配方使粘结剂在叠加挤压成型时才开始反应固化,在常温下反应至完全固化时间短(≤5分钟);胶粘剂对工件表面要求不高;胶粘剂完全固化后,可调式调整垫圈在实际使用过程中,调整垫圈的厚度是通过减少薄片的数量来实施,因此,薄片与薄片之间的撕开不能影响到相临的薄片的结合强度进而影响到调整垫圈的整体,而该粘结剂配方完全可以达到此效果。而且该粘结剂还具有固化快、易操作、固化后可耐溶剂、耐燃料油、耐高低温、抗酸碱侵蚀的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种可调式调整垫圈,它包含一片一片叠置的0.05mm厚的垫圈片1以及置于垫圈片与垫圈片之间的粘结剂2。其中粘结剂所包含的各物质按重量比为:
实施例1:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯92%,聚合引发剂-过氧化羟基茴香素3%,促进剂-二甲基对甲苯胺4.5%,以及稳定剂-糖精0.5%
实施例2:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯94%,聚合引发剂-过氧化羟基茴香素3%,促进剂-二甲基对甲苯胺2.3%,以及稳定剂-糖精0.7%
实施例3:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯90%,聚合引发剂-过氧化羟基茴香素5%,促进剂-二甲基对甲苯胺4.5%,以及稳定剂-糖精1%
可调式调整垫圈的制作方法,以马口铁或不锈钢可调式调整垫圈的制作方法作为实施例,其制作的具体步骤是:
A.0.05mm厚的垫圈片的成型:
对所采用的马口铁或不锈钢下单,经纵剪,再经过热处理后进行精轧,制成马口铁或不锈钢卷,再根据所要制作的可调式调整垫圈的大小把制成的马口铁或不锈钢卷进行分剪,再将分剪后得到的薄片进行复合模冲加工,从而得到所需要尺寸的0.05mm厚的垫圈片;
B.叠加复合工艺:
将步骤A中得到的0.05mm厚的垫圈片涂覆粘结剂叠加成型,然后挤压到规定尺寸厚度即可得到需要的马口铁或不锈钢可调式调整垫圈。
其中,步骤A中所采用的复合模的凹凸模的配合间隙小于0.05mm,是通过一硬一软的凹凸模自我挤压配合而成,复合模所用的导柱为滚珠导柱。

Claims (7)

1.一种可调式调整垫圈,其特征在于包含一片一片叠置的0.05mm厚的垫圈片以及置于垫圈片与垫圈片之间的粘结剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调式调整垫圈,其特征在于粘结剂中各种物质按重量比例是:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯90~95%,聚合引发剂3~5%,促进剂0.5~5%,以及0.5~1%稳定剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的可调式调整垫圈,其特征在于所述的聚合引发剂是过氧化羟基茴香素。
4.如权利要求2所述的可调式调整垫圈,其特征在于所述的促进剂是二甲基对甲苯胺。
5.如权利要求2所述的可调式调整垫圈,其特征在于所述的稳定剂是糖精。
6.如权利要求1所述的可调式调整垫圈的制作方法,其特征在于制作的具体步骤是:
A.0.05mm厚的垫圈片的成型:
对所采用垫圈料下单,经纵剪,再经过热处理后进行精轧,制成垫圈料卷,再根据所要制作的可调式调整垫圈的大小把制成的垫圈料卷进行分剪,再将分剪后得到的薄片进行复合模冲加工,从而得到所需要尺寸的0.05mm厚的垫圈片;
B.叠加复合工艺:
将步骤A中得到的0.05mm厚的垫圈片涂覆粘结剂叠加成型,然后挤压到规定尺寸厚度即可得到需要的可调式调整垫圈。
7.如权利要求6所述的可调式调整垫圈的制作方法,其特征在于步骤A中所采用的复合模的凹凸模的配合间隙小于0.05mm,是通过一硬一软的凹凸模自我挤压配合而成,复合模所用的导柱为滚珠导柱。
