技术领域
本发明涉及助听器,其设计安装在助听器使用者耳垂之后,助听器具有印刷电路板、麦克风和用于支撑麦克风的悬架、具有至少一用于将声音从外界引导到麦克风的声音入口开口的顶部外壳部分、以及支撑印刷电路板的底部外壳部分。
背景技术
在上述类型的助听器中,提供一种安装方法确保从外界到麦克风的声音通路、提供麦克风与印刷电路板之间的可靠连接并允许顶部和底部外壳部分相互分离是一个难题。在这些仪器中,电路板被支撑在两个外壳部分的底部,因此麦克风的声音输入不得不建立在顶部外壳部分上,同时还必须在麦克风和电路板之间提供可靠和安全的电连接。一个可行的方案是将麦克风固定在顶部外壳部分中并在麦克风与印刷电路板之间使用长的电引线,因此,通过长引线可允许顶部和底部外壳部分相互分离。但是长引线是有问题的,因为其会引起电阻增加,产生电噪声信号,此外很难在每次装配助听器时均能使它们放置在预定位置处。本发明提供了上述类型的助听器,其中使用短引线或根本不使用引线,同时助听器的外壳部分很容易分离和组装,不会破坏与麦克风有关的电或声学路径。
发明内容
通过提供如权利要求1所述的助听器,上述问题得以解决。通过使麦克风与印刷电路板相关联,确保使用非常短的引线即可提供电路板和麦克风之间的电连接。同时顶部外壳部分和底部外壳部分能够在不破坏引线的情况下进行与助听器服务和维护有关的相互分离和重新组装。
如权利要求2所述,麦克风悬架包含麦克风与顶部外壳部分中的至少一声音入口开口之间的声音通道,因此声音通道由相当柔韧的材料制成,且当顶部和底部外壳部分相连接时,很容易确保与助听器顶部外壳部分中的声音入口开口的良好且不漏声的连接。
另外如权利要求3所述,使与电路板连接的固定装置靠近声音通道放置是有利的。这样,固定装置距麦克风一定距离进行放置,这将有助于一方面保持整体尺寸较小,另一方面确保麦克风的柔性悬挂。
固定装置可包括粘合剂或其它形式的机械连接装置,麦克风悬架藉此获得与电路板的稳定接触。关于此的例子可以是被布置为包围电路板的突出部分的悬挂装置中的孔或被使得延伸通过电路板中的孔的悬挂装置的突出部分。
根据权利要求5的本发明的另一方面,提供了生产助听器的方法。因此,麦克风通过电导线和悬挂装置连接到电路板,接着,该子组件放置在助听器底部外壳中,在底部外壳之上,顶部外壳罩在该子组件之上并固定到底部外壳,同时顶部外壳中的声音入口开口紧密连接到与麦克风悬架相连的声音通道。助听器的这种生产方式既节省时间又提供了用于服务目的的易于进行分离和重新组装的助听器。

具体实施方式
图1表示了根据实施例的助听器,该助听器包含底部外壳部分1、印刷电路板2、顶部外壳部分3和具有悬架41、42的麦克风4。
底部外壳部分1支撑接收器25、声音出口12及另一具有相应声音入口14的麦克风13。
印刷电路板12由通常的刚性PCB制成,其支撑音量轮21和带有内嵌电池连接及各种有源和无源电子元件的电池盒壁22,如图3所示。
麦克风4具有麦克风保护套和尖部。尖部被悬架部分41包围,悬架部分与声音通道42结成一体用于将声音从外界引入麦克风保护套40。
顶部外壳部分3包含电池抽屉部分31,并在两侧具有声音入口开口32以使声音到达另一麦克风13。当组装顶部与底部外壳部分时,在顶部外壳部分3中的声音入口开口32与声音入口14对应。同样,顶部外壳部分3还有一个声音入口开口33,用于将声音导入通向麦克风4的声音通道42。如图2所示,声音开口32具有尖部33,其朝向助听器内侧开口。当顶部外壳3放在电路板2之上以装配助听器的顶部和底部外壳部分时,该尖部的尺寸设计为可接受声音通道42口。
在图4中看见麦克风4和电路板2,麦克风4放置在合适的位置。电路板2具有突出部分24,其也可在图3中看见。声音通道42具有卡紧孔45,使得该孔45可以包围电路板2的突出部分24,麦克风4藉此悬挂在电路板2上。在该位置,很容易在电路板2和麦克风4之间提供电引线46。一旦有了引线,装配助听器就是一项简单的任务了。
图5示出了本发明的另一实施例,其中用于将悬架固定到印刷电路板的装置包括单独的连接到通道42的框架部分55。这使将麦克风组装到电路板更容易。框架部分55具有孔45,其包围电路板2的突起部分24,同时框架部分包围并支撑通道42。

Claims (5)

1、助听器,其设计放置在助听器使用者耳垂之后,其中助听器具有刚性电路板、麦克风和用于支撑麦克风的悬架、具有至少一用于将声音从外界引导到麦克风的声音入口开口的顶部外壳部分、及支撑印刷电路板的底部外壳部分,其中麦克风悬架包括用于将其连到电路板的固定装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的助听器,其中麦克风悬架包括麦克风与顶部外壳部分中的至少一声音入口开口之间的声音通道。
3、根据权利要求2所述的助听器,其中用于连接到电路板的固定装置邻近声音通道放置。
4、根据权利要求3所述的助听器,其中固定装置包括孔,其被安排为接受电路板的突起部分。
5、根据权利要求1的用于生产助听器的方法,其中首先组装电路板、麦克风悬架和麦克风,接着进行麦克风与电路板之间的电导线连接,随后子组件放入底部外壳部分中,顶部外壳部分放在子组件上使得声音入口与麦克风悬架的声音通道连接。
