Abstract

一种油再循环装置,油来自轧机轧辊的辊身(WB)的侧面(ST)和辊颈(WZ)的圆周表面的区域,辊颈支承在一个轴承安装件(LES)的轴承上,在辊颈(WZ)上有设在辊身(WB)侧面(ST)和轴承元件之间的一个密封动圈(DLR)。一个第一锥环体(KRK1)以圆柱形内表面置于密封动圈(DLR)的外表面上并相对于该外表面密封,还具有一个外锥面,该外锥面由辊身侧(ST)开始向辊轴线(x-x)方向倾斜延伸,在轴承壳上固定有一个第二锥环体(KRK2),其有一个内圆锥面,该内圆锥面与第一锥环体(KRK1)的锥表面对置隔开并与之形成一个将油从辊身侧(ST)驱离的液压泵隙(PS)。

Description

轧辊轴承中油的再循环装置
本发明涉及一种油再循环装置。油由辊身的侧面和轧机轧辊的支承在轴承安装件的轴承上的辊颈环绕面的区域再循环,其中在辊颈上套有设在的辊身侧面和轴承元件之间的一个密封动圈。
对于支承在轴承安装件中并由该轴承安装件承载的轧机轧辊,该轴承支承着辊颈和辊身,设有一个套在辊颈上的密封动圈,以部分形成迷宫密封的弹性密封圈密封,迷宫密封与辊颈或轴承壳相连。在轧制过程中,这个密封装置在通常情况下可以满足密封要求。
轧制对于质量的要求较高的带钢的时候,比如用干式平整机轧制时,必须保持辊身完全清洁且无油污,因为即使是少量的油滴从轴承中通过辊身端面到达轧制区域中的轧辊圆周面,也会影响辊身的表面质量,并导致常常更换轧辊。
人们已经试图,将压缩空气充入迷宫式密封装置中,使油可以在密封动圈下流向轴承并防止油滴外渗。不过即使这样,也不能可靠避免少量油滴的漏出,由此经常造成的后果就是,油滴渗漏而形成的产品质量缺陷要在带钢轧制的下一个检测环节中才能被发现,而这个时候一系列有同样质量缺陷的带钢卷已经轧制完成。
本发明的目且在于,对现有的油再循环装置进行改造,即也能有效的避免油滴,既使少量油渗漏出的危险,并有很高的可靠性,并且维修支出费用少。
上述目的通过本文开始提到类型的油再循环装置解决,该装置由两个锥环体组成,第一个锥环体以圆柱形内表面置于密封动圈的外表面上并相对于密封动圈密封,其外表面为圆锥面,这个圆锥面由辊身侧朝辊轴线方向倾斜延伸。在轴承壳上固定有第二锥环体,其内表面为圆锥面并与第一锥环体的圆锥表面相对并保持间距,这样就形成将油从辊身侧面驱出的液压泵隙。
本发明还采取了如下设计,在泵隙面向辊身的那一端,通入一个环形入流室,该入流室由一个轴径向及倾斜地延伸的第一锥环体侧面,第二锥环体的一个凸缘形法兰环的侧面,该侧面与上述第一锥环体侧面对置隔开,以及密封动圈的外表面区段组成。另外在泵隙的背离辊身的出流端,还可以接入一个环形的集油室,它是由一个第二环锥体的径向延伸侧面,与同该侧面对置隔开的、固定于轴承壳上的凸缘形环件的侧面,以及第一环锥体的侧壁区段组成,集油室与轴承壳中的径向导向通道对应,并与后面的输出管对应。
第一锥环体由耐磨材料制成,并具有一个轴径向的止挡面,该止挡面与泵隙的出流端隔开并用来抵靠在轴承的固定的部分上的同样轴径向的环形的支承面。
该装置的可靠性高,由于零件少制造费用低,在现有的轧辊轴承密封系统的基础上,无须特别的改动即可以进行安装,因为该装置不比装有不必需的双密封系统的结构空间大。此装置也适用于其他工作目的下的轧辊轴承。
以下,结合附图所示的实施例详细描述本发明,其中:

由图1可见,轧辊轴承由一对位于辊W的辊颈WZ上的向心滚子轴承和一个位于辊颈末段WZE上的背离辊身WB的向心推力轴承RDL组成。向心滚子轴承RRL套在轴承安装件LES中,向心推力轴承RDL安放在环箍体ARK内,环箍体则位于背向辊身WB的轴承安装件LES的侧面。在面向辊身WB的轴承安装件LES的另外一个侧面上,安放有垫圈体ZRK,垫圈体装有下面详述的密封元件和装置。
油经过输入管ZFK和接着的导向通道FK以未示出的方式进入轴承并由输出管AK导出。
在图2,3可以看到,在辊身WB和向心滚子轴承RRL之间在辊颈WZ上套上了一个密封动圈DLR,该动圈的外周面紧密地套有一个弹性迷宫环LR,而这个迷宫环则是固定连接在垫圈体ZRK上的。密封动圈DLR的圆柱形外周面上,以圆柱形内表面套有第一锥环体KRK1,其外环形面ARF在离开辊身WB向辊轴线x-x的方向倾斜(如图1)。在垫圈体中安装有第二锥环体KRK2,其内环面IFR也是倾斜的,并与第一锥环体KRK1的外环面ARF对置隔开地以圆锥环隙形成泵隙PS。背向辊身WB的泵隙的出流端接入一个集油室OSK中,集油室通过导向通道FK与输出管AK相连。泵隙在面向辊身WB的流入端接入一个环形的入流室EK,它是由一个轴径向并倾斜延伸的第一锥环体KRK1的侧面,第二锥环体KRK2的一个凸缘形环件RA的与上述侧面对置隔开的径向侧面,以及密封动圈DLR的外表面区段构成。
第一锥环体KRK1具有一个环形的轴径向延伸的止挡面ANF,该止挡面与泵隙PS出流端的轴向隔开并用以抵靠在同样也是轴径向的环形延伸的支承面AUF上,该支承面在轴承的一个固定于轴承上的环套RS上,该锥环体由耐磨材料制成。
因为轧制的时候,第一锥环体KRK1相对于在此固定的第二锥环体KRK2旋转,在二者之间形成的隙PS用作液压离心力泵,该泵由轴承在辊身的端面ST区域以及密封动圈的外表面向入流室EK抽吸到达的油部分。使油通过集油室OSK,导向通道FK与输出管AK继续导向。轴承的油循环中,从而避免了油泄漏到辊身WB的端面ST并防止油由此流到辊身的圆周面上去。
该装置还适用于,小流量的液体,如冷却水或者润滑剂等,它们由于不完善的密封而由辊身流到轴承,本装置可将液体抽取并经轴承的油循环系统导出。

Claims (6)

1、一种油再循环装置,油来自轧机轧辊(W)的辊身(WB)的侧面(ST)和辊颈(WZ)的圆周表面的区域,辊颈支承在一个轴承安装件(LES)的轴承上,在辊颈(WZ)上有设在辊身(WB)侧面(ST)和轴承元件之间的一个密封动圈(DLR),
其特征在于,
一个第一锥环体(KRK1)以圆柱形内表面置于密封动圈(DLR)的外表面上并相对于该外表面密封,该第一锥环体的外锥面由辊身侧(ST)开始向辊轴线(x-x)方向倾斜延伸,在轴承壳上固定有一个第二锥环体(KRK2),该第二锥环体的内圆锥面与第一锥环体(KRK1)的锥面对置隔开并与之形成一个将油从辊身侧(ST)驱离的液压泵隙(PS)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,
面向辊身(WB)的泵隙(PS)的流入端,接入一个环形入流室(EK),该入流室由第一锥环体(KRK1)的轴径向及倾斜延伸的侧面,第二锥环体的(KRK2)的一个凸缘形环件(RA)的径向侧面,该侧面与上述侧面对置隔开,以及密封动圈的一个外表面区段组成。
3、根据权利要求1和/或者2所述的装置,其特征在于,
背向辊身(WB)的泵隙(PS)的出流端,接入一个环形的集油室(OSK),集油室是由第二锥环面(KRK2)的一个径向延伸的侧面,固定在轴承壳上凸缘形环件(RS)的一个径向侧面,该侧面与上述侧面对置隔开,以及第一锥环面(KRK1)的一个侧壁区段组成。
4、根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,
集油室(OSK)对应轴承壳内的径向导向通道(FK)与后面的输出管(AK)。
5、根据权利要求1至4中的一个或多个的装置,其特征在于,
第一锥环体(KRK1)具有与泵隙(PS)出流端轴向隔开的一个环形的轴径向的环形止挡面(ANF),以抵靠在同样也是环形的轴径向的一个支承面(AUF)上,该支承面在轴承的位置固定的部分上。
6、根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,
第一锥环体(KRK1)由一种耐磨材料制成。
