本发明公开了一种半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置,有发酵罐,发酵罐中装导流筒,导流筒中装搅拌浆叶,在发酵罐中、导流筒的下方设置混合管,混合管与射流供气装置相通,混合管有与发酵罐相通的发酵液进口。本发明结构合理,搅拌效果好,发酵效果好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种长链二元酸生物发酵工序中的发酵装置。
背景技术:
长链二元酸是利用生物及发酵技术,把炼油工程中200#轻蜡油作为生产原料生产出的精细化工产品。该产品生物发酵工序,由于原料含油量高、粘度高,均采用机械搅拌发酵罐,用直接空气导入方式。机械搅拌动力消耗高,以30m3发酵罐为例,其装机容量达45KW,使能耗在成本中的占比达30%以上,且机械搅拌还留有死角,影响发酵水平,噪声也大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,搅拌效果好,节能,发酵效果好的半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置,有发酵罐,其特征是:发酵罐中装导流筒,导流筒中装搅拌浆叶,在发酵罐中、导流筒的下方设置混合管,混合管与射流供气装置相通,混合管有与发酵罐相通的发酵液进口。
导流筒位于发酵罐中的下部,混合管位于发酵罐的底部区域。
本发明结构合理,搅拌效果好,发酵效果好。节能效果明显:安装在发酵罐底部的射流供气装置,压缩空气以高速射入混合管,与此同时,整个发酵罐内的发酵液被高速流动的空气因负压吸入,一并进入混合管,使空气呈细小气泡与发酵液混合,呈近乳化状态后进入导流筒内,这样有利于等量气体条件下溶氧的增加,即在不增加能源消耗条件下,无需依靠机械搅拌打碎气泡,使气泡细化增加溶氧,起到节能作用,动力消耗明显降低,以30m3发酵罐为例,运用本发明后,装机容量只需18KW,节能明显。提高了发酵水平:本发明能充分满足发酵罐内溶氧、传质、传热的要求,有利于菌体的生长,尤其是对菌丝体的保护,使发酵水平由140g/L提高到186g/L。缩短了发酵周期,使长链二元酸发酵周期由172小时缩短为143小时。降低了噪音,噪音低于5分贝。导流筒使射流供气形成有序循环,消除了固体物和沉淀,工作时可使整个发酵罐液体形成循环时间相当短的循环流,从而使整个发酵液体混合较为均匀。

一种半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置,有发酵罐1,发酵罐1的下部装导流筒2,导流筒2中装搅拌浆叶3,在发酵罐1中、导流筒2的下方(即在发酵罐的底部区域)设置混合管4,混合管4与射流供气管5相通,混合管4有与发酵罐1相通的发酵液进口6。

1、一种半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置,有发酵罐,其特征是:发酵罐中装导流筒,导流筒中装搅拌浆叶,在发酵罐中、导流筒的下方设置混合管,混合管与射流供气装置相通,混合管有与发酵罐相通的发酵液进口。
2、据权利要求1所述的半气升式射流供气发酵节能装置,其特征是:导流筒位于发酵罐中的下部,混合管位于发酵罐的底部区域。
