Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及载重轮胎,优选地涉及特级单宽子午线载重气动轮胎(super single radial truck pneumatic drive tire)。
背景技术
特级单宽轮胎已经在拖车上使用了若干年,其为宽底低断面高宽比载重轮胎,用于代替两个小底轮胎,即所谓的双胎安装轮胎。
经过几年,这些宽底轮胎越来越多地出现于载重卡车上的转向位置处,因为它们具有较高的里程。近来,在驱动位置中也使用特级单宽轮胎受到了关注。处于驱动位置的轮胎不得不承载部分拖车负载并且必须增加负载能力。
美国专利6,619,357公开了一种用于特级单宽轮胎的带束层包,其具有相对于赤道面成一定角度的钢帘线和带束帘布层以及在胎体帘布层上螺旋缠绕的带束帘布层。
GB-A-1 567 614公开了一种特别适用于重型车辆的充气轮胎。带束层的径向外侧具有至少一个层,所述层包括彼此互相平行并且基本上平行于圆周方向的金属帘线。金属帘线具有介于4%与8%之间的极限延伸率。在优选实施例中,可伸展金属帘线构成的层由单根螺旋缠绕的帘线形成。
根据LU-A-85 964可知,在乘用轮胎的带束帘布层的顶部上,以螺旋方式缠绕着至少两层利用帘线增强的胶条。胶条的宽度包括于15与45mm之间。增强帘线优选地由尼龙制成并且侧向密度约为30EPI。
FR-A-2 285 255公开了一种用于充气轮胎的胎冠增强结构,其包括利用钢帘线增强的螺旋缠绕胶条。胶条的宽度包括于5与50mm之间并且胶条直接缠绕于胎体帘布层上。
尽管现有技术的轮胎构造的功能与工作情况良好,但是仍继续需要一种低重量轮胎构造,这种轮胎构造能够显著增加角度效应并改进胎冠耐用性、转弯侧向力和高速性能。提供了这种增强性能的改进型低重量轮胎构造的实现迄今为止证明仍存在问题。
发明内容
本发明的充气介质载重轮胎包括至少一对平行环形胎圈、至少一个缠绕着所述胎圈的胎体帘布层、三至六个置于轮胎胎冠区域中的至少一个胎体帘布层上方的带束帘布层、置于带束层上方的胎面以及置于胎面与胎圈之间的胎侧。根据本发明的一个方面,带束帘布层的至少一个层通过以螺旋方式缠绕螺旋覆盖层而获得。根据本发明的另一个方面,至少一个螺旋覆盖层位于径向最外侧并且在三个带束帘布增强层外侧放置成RLL角度构型。根据本发明的另一个方面,螺旋覆盖层可以通过以下程序而获得,其中在胎肩处应用两匝螺旋绕圈,跨过轮胎盘旋至另一个胎肩,在该胎肩处有两匝,以便在胎肩处有一层加上双覆盖件。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还对这种轮胎的特定构造提出了权利要求。
定义
当在本文和权利要求中使用时,术语“断面高宽比”是指轮胎的截面高度与其截面宽度之比;
“轴向”和“沿轴向”是指平行于轮胎的旋转轴线的方向;
“径向”和“沿径向”是指垂直于轮胎的旋转轴线的方向;
“胎圈”是指轮胎的包括环形抗拉构件即胎圈芯的部分,其由帘布层帘线缠绕并且成形为带有或不带其它增强元件以便适配于所设计的轮胎轮辋。
“带束层”或“带束帘布层”是指由平行帘线构成的环形层或帘布层,帘线经过编织或未经编织,位于胎面下方,非锚定于胎圈上;
“胎体”指的是除了带束层结构、胎面、底胎面和胎侧橡胶之外但包括胎圈的轮胎结构,(胎体帘布层缠绕着胎圈);
“圆周方向”是指沿着与轴向垂直的环形胎面表面的周长延伸的线或方向;
“胎冠”大致是指胎面所置于的轮胎的外圆周;
“赤道面(EP)”是指垂直于轮胎的旋转轴线并且穿过轮胎胎面中心的平面;
“接地印痕”是指在零速度且处于正常负载和压力下或者在特定负载、压力与速度条件下轮胎胎面与充气表面的接地面积;
“帘布层”是指由涂有橡胶的平行帘线构成的连续层;
“截面高度”是指在轮胎的赤道面上从公称轮辋直径至轮胎外径的径向距离;
“截面宽度”是指当轮胎在正常膨胀压力下膨胀24小时时或其后但不加载时,平行于轮胎轴线并在其胎侧外部之间的最大直线距离,但不包括由于标签、装饰或防护垫带而造成的胎侧增高;
“拼接带束帘布层”是指具有延伸跨过带束层的整个侧向宽度的侧边的帘布层,周向端部被拼接或搭接,从而形成搭接接头或对接接头;
“特级单宽轮胎”是指代替特定轴上的双胎安装轮胎的一种轮胎;它们为低断面高宽比轮胎并且其截面宽度超过先前双胎安装轮胎之一的宽度但是低于双组件宽度;
“胎面宽度(TW)”是指胎面沿轴向,即在穿过轮胎的旋转轴线的平面中的弧长。

具体实施方式
参看图1,示出了本发明的优选实施例。充气轮胎10包括一对位于胎圈17和胎体帘布层16中的基本上平行的环形胎圈芯15。胎体帘布层相对于轮胎的赤道面(EP)成基本上90度缠绕于胎圈芯15和轮胎的胎冠区域上方。每个胎圈都包括三角胶芯、增强帘布层如胎跟加强层和钢丝圈外包布以及封口胶条,这在轮胎领域内众所周知。包括花纹沟29的胎面28置于胎冠增强或带束层结构27上方,而胎侧26设置于胎面28和胎圈17之间。胎体帘布层和本领域内常见的带束帘布层均利用大致平行的纵向增强构件而得以增强。
根据本发明的胎冠增强结构27为带有由至少一个螺旋覆盖层构成的低重量构造RLL。结构27包括三个利用钢帘线增强的拼接带束帘布层23、24和25。如图2所示,径向外侧带束帘布层23利用钢帘线增强。相邻的径向内侧带束帘布层24同样利用钢帘线增强。径向最内侧带束帘布层25利用相对于赤道面成与帘布层23、24大致相同但方向相反的倾角的钢帘线增强。带束帘布层23、24和25的径向外侧为螺旋缠绕的带束层结构22,根据本发明的一个方面,其包括横向延伸至少至拼接带束帘布层23、24和25的边缘的单根(一个)螺旋缠绕层条。层22包括优选地由非钢带束材料如尼龙构成的覆盖条。层24的螺旋圈相对于赤道面(EP)成0至5度的角度并且与任何相邻的旋圈邻接,以便形成具有跨过结构的轴向宽度基本上均匀的帘线分布的连续环形层。将形成层22的条在胎肩处应用两匝,跨过轮胎盘旋至另一个胎肩,在该胎肩处有两匝,以便在胎肩处有一层加上双覆盖件。
下面是表示本发明的一个优选实施例的增强层、角度、材料、宽度以及接地印痕宽度的百分数的表。带束层(增强)宽度基于题目中所列出的特定轮胎的14.80”的接地印痕宽度。该表将带束层宽度表示为接地印痕宽度的百分数。如果将本发明涉及并包括于其它尺寸的轮胎中,一般可以使用这种百分数。然而,在需要的情况下,可以改变这些百分数而不会背离本发明的精神。例如,在优选的情况下,可以使用25.4mm宽的覆盖层条。

可以使用本发明的替代实施例,其包括图1和2中所示的基本构型,该构型使用层22所用的全螺旋覆盖层的两个全层。带束层23、24和25的径向外侧为螺旋缠绕带束层结构22,其包括由至少横向延伸至拼接带束帘布层23、24和25的边缘的条形成的两个(两个)螺旋缠绕层。层22包括优选地由尼龙或其它适用弹性体材料构成的覆盖条。层22的螺旋圈相对于赤道面(EP)成0度至5度的角度并且与任何相邻的旋圈邻接,以便形成两个具有跨过结构的轴向宽度基本上均匀的帘线分布的连续环形层。
形成层22的条在中心处开始应用并且盘旋至第一胎肩;在胎肩处缠绕两次并且跨过胎面盘旋回至另一个胎肩处;在该胎肩上盘旋两次而后盘旋回中心处,从而形成两个全层。
下面是表示本发明的替代实施例的增强层、角度、材料、宽度以及接地印痕宽度的百分数的表。带束层(增强)宽度基于题目中所列出的特定轮胎的14.80”的接地印痕宽度。该表将带束层宽度表示为接地印痕宽度的百分数。如果将本发明设计并包括于其它尺寸的轮胎中,一般可以使用这种百分数。然而,在需要的情况下,可以改变这些百分数而不会背离本发明的精神。例如,在优选的情况下,可以使用25.4mm宽的覆盖层条。
通过阅读上述内容,将会理解本构造为带有位于带束层三个增强带束层径向外侧的至少一个全螺旋覆盖层的增强型RLL。所得到的构造利用全宽覆盖零度层24和R-L-L叠层显著增加了角度效应并且改进了胎冠和高速特性。通过去除层2/3的楔形厚度就可以实现重量减少。螺旋覆盖层优选地由厚度范围从0.030”至0.090”的尼龙材料形成。这种构造特别适用于类似于445/50R22.5的长途运输驱动与牵引SUSI轮胎,但也可以用于混合服务特级单宽轮胎,如385,425和445/65R22.5尺寸。因此,本发明并不受轮胎尺寸或应用情况所限。另外,本发明可以用于宽轮胎如315/80R22.5或者其它需要改进重量、燃料效率、磨损性以及操纵性的轮胎。
尽管已经具体示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的普通技术人员将会认识到,在不背离本发明精神的情况下,可以对本发明做出各种改动与实践。本发明的范围仅由以下权利要求限定。
Claims (1)
1.一种充气特级单宽子午线载重轮胎(10),具有至少一对平行的环形胎圈(17)、至少一个缠绕着所述胎圈的胎体帘布层(16)、包括利用钢帘线增强的沿径向隔开的拼接带束帘布层和在所述轮胎的胎冠区域中利用直型高延伸率钢帘线增强的螺旋缠绕带束帘布层的胎冠增强结构、置于所述胎冠增强结构上方的胎面(28)以及置于所述胎面与所述胎圈之间的胎侧(26),其特征在于,这些带束帘布层包括至少三个拼接带束帘布层(23、24、25)和至少一个位于全螺旋覆盖层中的拼接带束帘布层径向外侧的径向最外侧螺旋缠绕带束帘布层(22),最内侧拼接带束帘布层(25)的宽度(EB1)约为轮胎胎面的接地印痕宽度的90%,相邻的径向内侧拼接带束帘布层(24)的宽度(EB2)约为轮胎胎面的接地印痕宽度的97%,相邻的径向外侧拼接带束帘布层(23)的宽度(EB3)约为轮胎胎面的接地印痕宽度的90%;并且最外侧螺旋缠绕带束帘布层(22)的宽度(EB4)约为轮胎胎面的接地印痕宽度的100%。
