根据本发明的方法利用了存在于那些交通状况中的冗余,其中车辆间通信是尤其重要的。然而,根据本发明的方法也适合于其它状况,例如如果车辆在晚上使用极不经常使用的道路。根据本发明的方法的应用并不排除加密方法的同时应用。
根据本发明的方法的各种设计是针对交通密度的检测的。因此,例如,有可能通过其中接收消息的车辆上的传感器来测量交通密度。特别地,在这点上传感器可以确定在接收范围内的传输车辆的数目或者行进经过的车辆的数目。
确定交通密度的另一种可能的方式在于从静止的信息系统中获得交通密度。用于这种目的的适当的信息系统是例如DAB(=数字音频广播)TMC(=交通消息频道)。
根据本发明的方法的另一实施例特征在于该数目取决于另外的变量。这些另外的变量可以从数字道路图中获得。然而,保存在适当的数据库中的用户的个人数据也是适合的。此外,另外的变量可以至少包括天气以及道路状况信息。
根据本发明的方法的有利设计在于该数目取决于相应信息的加权的事实。为了加权,可以使用关于道路网的信息和/或用户个人数据和/或测量的数据,其是通过车辆传感器获得的。
根据本发明的方法另外特征在于显示接受的信息和/或在车辆的控制系统中产生干预。
在本发明的上下文中,术语“消息”包括信息的范围,例如也包括传输车辆的以及传输车辆的位置的指示。在本发明的上下文中,用于冗余测试的信息构成这些消息的一部分,并且仅仅被限制于在所有情况下报告的事件,例如“在...千米内道路封闭”。因此,如果在根据本发明的方法的上下文中,消息仅仅在多个相同信息项被接收时才被接受,那么明确的意义就是这些相同信息项应该包含在可以来源于不同车辆的不同消息中。

图1示出道路1,在其上两个车辆2、3发生碰撞并且因此阻塞了道路。应该假定车辆2、3中的至少一个是无损伤的,从而传输器以及相关的传感器是可使用的。有关该意外事件的信息接着被这个车辆发射出去。另外应该假定车辆4急刹车并且同样地停下车并发射相应的消息。车辆5、6、7接收这些消息。在所有情况下向驾驶员输出警告。
利用已知方法,可以模拟这种消息,以便肇事者可以致使车辆5、6、7的驾驶员进行紧急刹车。利用根据本发明的方法,在该实例中,假定车辆5、6、7中的警告仅仅在收到来自车辆2和4的消息之时触发。给定在繁忙的交通中的同一道路上行进的大量车辆,实际上需要更多相同信息项,以便更加难以产生错误的消息,不管是故意的与否。
根据图2的实施例的实例被示为方框图。然而,这并不意味着根据本发明的方法局限于通过对应于方框的专用电路来实施。相反地,根据本发明的方法可以通过大规模集成电路来特别有利地实施。在这点上,可以使用微处理器,其在适当编程的情况下执行方框图中示出的处理步骤。
在11处,由适当的接收器接收到的消息馈送给图2示出的装置,并且到达滤波器/计数器12以及加权发生器13。在滤波器/计数器12中,在所有情况下具有同样内容的消息的数目分别被计数。在加权发生器13中,消息传输的优先权以及在车辆控制系统中的自动干预的情况下可能的反应被估计。加权发生器13以及随后的加权滤波器14接收来自具有数字道路图的数据库15的数据。这样,例如,有可能为涉及高速公路的相对的车行道或平行延伸的附加道路的消息提供低加权。
另一数据库16包括用户的个人数据以及偏好,该用户在所有情况下可以调节他/她的需要。数据库16例如另外包含用于车主身份识别的数据以及为加密和鉴定所必需的另外的数据。这些同样应用在加权滤波器14中,以对消息进行加权。最后,来自车辆传感器17的当前测量的数据也被馈送给加权滤波器14。例如,如果车辆是静止的,那么当车辆移动时被大大加权的消息是相对不重要的。如果多个相同信息项保存在滤波器/计数器12中,那么相应的信息具有对应的可信度。通过在18处执行比较加权滤波器14的输出数据,最后决定是否接受该信息,并且在19处将它输出到例如显示单元或车辆控制系统。
Claims (11)
1.一种接收从车辆传输到车辆的消息并包括涉及交通的信息的方法,其特征在于来自接收的消息的信息仅仅当多个相同信息项被接收时才被接受,其中该数目在繁忙的交通中比在不繁忙的交通中大。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于交通密度由车辆上的传感器来测量,在其中消息被接收。
3.如前面权利要求1或2中的任一个所述的方法,其特征在于交通密度是从静止的信息系统中获得的。
4.如前面权利要求中的任何一个所述的方法,其特征在于该数目取决于另外的变量。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于另外的变量至少包括天气以及道路状况信息。
6.如前面权利要求中的任何一个所述的方法,其特征在于该数目取决于相应信息的加权。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于关于道路网的信息用于加权。
8.如权利要求6或7中的任何一个所述的方法,其特征在于用户的个人数据用于加权。
9.如权利要求6到8中的任何一个所述的方法,其特征在于测量的数据用于加权,其是通过车辆传感器获得的。
