Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由微孔型二氧化硅、聚乙烯醇、季氨盐阳离子聚合物、助剂、水组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成。本发明耐水性好、吸墨干燥速率快,固墨、固色性能优异,图像分辨率高,色彩逼真。可选择不同基材,形成系列产品。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种打印介质,是一种彩色数码图像打印介质。
背景技术:
电子数码技术的发展及其产品计算机、彩色喷墨打印机、数码相机的普及使喷墨打印技术的应用范围不断扩大,目前喷墨打印技术广泛应用于室内外广告,工程效果图,办公室日常打印,家庭数码图像打印及影楼相片写真打印等领域。作为彩色喷墨打印机使用的耗材,要求其具有吸墨速率快,固墨及固色性能好,打印图像分辨率高,色彩逼真,耐水等特性。
彩色喷墨打印介质由基材和涂层组成,基材主要起到支撑作用,同时影响涂布纸的白度,不透明度及表面光滑度情况;涂料层几乎决定了彩喷纸的所有性能,包括吸墨干燥速率,固墨、固色性能,图像分辨率,色彩逼真情况及涂层的耐水性能等。该类涂料主要由颜料,胶粘剂和阳离子聚合物组成,颜料主要起到吸收墨水,提高干燥速率,提高图像分辨率的作用;胶粘剂主要起到粘结作用,提高干摩擦牢度;阳离子聚合物主要起到固色和提高色彩鲜艳度的作用。其中胶粘剂以聚乙烯醇为主,通过选择不同聚合度和醇解度聚乙烯醇来改善粘结强度和耐水性能;颜料类型主要有二氧化硅,二氧化钛等,以二氧化硅为主。
目前国内彩色喷墨打印介质普遍存在打印图像分辨率低,色彩失真较为严重,干燥速率慢和耐水性差等缺点。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐水性好、吸墨干燥速率快,图像分辨率好的耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,其特征是:包括基材,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由下列重量成分组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成:
微孔型二氧化硅                        13~18%
聚乙烯醇                              14~17%
季氨盐阳离子聚合物                    1.5~2%
助剂                                  0.1~0.5%
水                                    余量。
助剂是消泡剂和/或增白剂。增白剂是增白剂VBL或增白剂BF,消泡剂是有机硅氧烷、C18~C22的饱和脂肪酸及其酯盐、烷基磺酸盐或蓖麻油及其衍生物。基材是纸类、布类或高分子类基材,包括彩喷原纸、双胶纸、双PE淋膜纸、化纤布、棉布、PVC、PP合成纸或PET等。
本发明耐水性好、吸墨干燥速率快,固墨、固色性能优异,图像分辨率高,色彩逼真。可选择不同基材,形成系列产品。

实施例1:
一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,包括基材,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由下列重量成分组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成:
微孔型二氧化硅                         13%
聚乙烯醇                               17%
季氨盐阳离子聚合物                     1.5%
助剂                                   0.5%
水                                     余量。
助剂是消泡剂,消泡剂是有机硅氧烷(或C18~C22的饱和脂肪酸及其酯盐、烷基磺酸盐或蓖麻油及其衍生物)。基材采用彩喷原纸(或双胶纸、双PE淋膜纸、化纤布、棉布、PVC)
实施例2:
一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,包括基材,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由下列重量成分组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成:
微孔型二氧化硅                     18%
聚乙烯醇                           14%
季氨盐阳离子聚合物                 2%
助剂                               0.1%
水                                 余量。
助剂是消泡剂和增白剂,消泡剂是有机硅氧烷(或C18~C22的饱和脂肪酸及其酯盐、烷基磺酸盐或蓖麻油及其衍生物)。基材采用经常规电晕及化学处理的PP合成纸或PET。增白剂是增白剂VBL(或增白剂BF)。增白剂的用量相当于消泡剂用量的1~50%。
实施例3:
一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,包括基材,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由下列重量成分组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成:
微孔型二氧化硅                       15%
聚乙烯醇                             16%
季氨盐阳离子聚合物                   1.8%
助剂                                 0.3%
水                                  余量。
助剂是消泡剂,消泡剂是有机硅氧烷(或C18~C22的饱和脂肪酸及其酯盐、烷基磺酸盐或蓖麻油及其衍生物)。基材采用彩喷原纸(或双胶纸、双PE淋膜纸、化纤布、棉布、PVC)。

1、一种耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,其特征是:包括基材,基材上涂布有涂料层,其中涂料层是由下列重量成分组成的涂料均匀涂布于基材表面,并干燥而成:
微孔型二氧化硅     13~18%
聚乙烯醇           14~17%
季氨盐阳离子聚合物 1.5~2%
助剂               0.1~0.5%
水                 余量。
2、根据权利要求1所述的耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,其特征是:助剂是消泡剂和/或增白剂。
3、根据权利要求2所述的耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,其特征是:增白剂是增白剂VBL或增白剂BF,消泡剂是有机硅氧烷、C18~C22的饱和脂肪酸及其酯盐、烷基磺酸盐或蓖麻油及其衍生物。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的耐水彩色数码图像喷绘打印介质,其特征是:基材是纸类、布类或高分子类基材。
