技术领域
本发明涉及一种配电盘,其包括一塑料壳体和许多容纳于塑料壳体内的接触插件,用以连接优选多芯电缆的电导线,其中每一接触插件由一导套包围。
背景技术
上述类型的配电盘本身是已知的。
在这方面具有这样的结构,即其中塑料壳体与导套制成一体的。同样具有这样的结构,即其中导套作为单独的构件由金属制成并固定于塑料壳体中。
前一结构的缺点是,需要耗费较大的模具,以便可以制造塑料壳体与一体成形的导套。另一缺点在于,在单件式结构的情况下导套和塑料壳体自然还由相同的材料构成,从而没有可能在这里选择材料,使其在特别的程度上一方面符合对导套的要求而另一方面符合对塑料壳体的要求。
后一结构的缺点是,由金属制成的导套是比较昂贵的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种此型式的配电盘,其不仅可容易和便宜地制造而且具有以下可能性,一方面对塑料壳体和另一方面对导套可以应用满足不同要求的材料。
按照本发明该目的这样达到,即各导套分别作为单件的构件由塑料制成并固定于塑料壳体中。
因此各导套如同塑料壳体由塑料制成,其中对于所述的各构件可以采用完全不同的材料。
塑料壳体可由一种材料制成,其以理想的方式满足对塑料壳体的特殊要求。这同样适用于导套,其在这里可以存在完全不同的要求,从而对于导套的制造相应地可以采用其他的材料。
按照本发明的进一步构成设定,各导套力锁合地、特别是经由压配合固定于塑料壳体中。
当然也可设想其他的固定可能性,例如导套也可以形锁合或材料锁合地固定于塑料壳体中。
各导套在一端面的端部设有至少一个轴向延伸的凹口,在其中分别形锁合嵌入一接触插件的一个径向凸出的横臂。
借此可以防止相应的接触插件与相应配置的导套之间的扭转。
导套如本身已知的那样可以设有一内螺纹,优选一公制的内螺纹。

具体实施方式
图1中用附图标记1总体上表示一配电盘,其具有一塑料壳体2以及许多接触插件3和包围接触插件3的导套4。
各接触插件3按已知方式用于连接优选多芯电缆的电导线。
导套4包围相应的接触插件3,优选是同心的并按本身已知的方式设有内螺纹5,优选为一公制的内螺纹。
按照本发明,各导套4作为单独的一件式的构件由塑料制成并固定于塑料壳体2中,其中为了将导套4固定在塑料壳体2中,以有利的方式选择一力锁合连接、优选压配合。
为了防止相应的导套4与配属的接触插件3之间的扭转,每一导套4在一端面的端部上设有沿轴向方向延伸的各凹口6,在其中可形锁合地嵌入相应的接触插头3的径向的横臂7。
导套4代替经由压配合自然也可以材料锁合或形锁合地固定于塑料壳体2内。
导套4穿过塑料壳体2的与导套4的横截面积相应的孔8。
各接触插件3如图1中明确地所示可以固定在一薄板9上,其按通常的方式可连接于塑料壳体2,例如通过螺钉旋接。
塑料壳体2和导套4分别由不同材料特性的塑料制成,从而可以理想地满足对塑料壳体2和对导套4提出的要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种配电盘(1),它包括一塑料壳体(2)和许多容纳于塑料壳体(2)内的用于连接优选多芯电缆的电导线的接触插件(3),其中每一接触插件(3)由一导套(4)包围,其特征在于,各导套(4)分别作为一件式的构件由塑料制成并固定于塑料壳体(2)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的配电盘,其特征在于,各导套(4)力锁合地固定于塑料壳体(2)中,优选通过一种压配合。
3.按照权利要求1所述的配电盘,其特征在于,各导套(4)材料锁合或形锁合地固定于塑料壳体(2)中。
4.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的配电盘,其特征在于,各导套(4)穿过在塑料壳体(2)中设置的与导套(4)的横截面相应的孔(8)。
5.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的配电盘,其特征在于,各导套(4)设有一内螺纹(5)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的配电盘,其特征在于,内螺纹(5)为一种公制的螺纹。
7.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的配电盘,其特征在于,各导套(4)在一端面的端部上设有至少一个轴向延伸的凹口(6),在其中分别形锁合地嵌入配属的接触插件(3)的一个径向凸出的横臂(7)。
