Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于连续制造涂层组织体套的方法,该涂层组织体套(1)包括至少一根气密管(2),并且包括从至少一个涂层组织体面片上切割出的两根条带(15;25),在这些条带的一个表面上沉积一种粘结材料,折叠条带,将每一折叠条带固定到一第一涂层组织体面片上,在第一面片的表面上及在两条带之间沉积一种防粘剂,将一第二面片压在第一面片上,将两面片连接在一起,再使管(2)膨胀以将两条带展开,在两面片的每一连接区域内在管(2)的内侧,条带形成一成角度的连接。本发明还涉及采用此方法制造的一种涂层组织体套。

Description

连续制造涂层组织体套的方法以及用此方法制造的涂层组织体套
技术领域
[01]本发明涉及一种用于连续制造涂层组织体套的方法以及用此方法制造的一种涂层组织体套。
背景技术
[02]涂层组织体套能被应用于许多场合,比如,用于形成具有气动结构的可充气管,诸如救生筏,或者用于形成梁或可充气结构,或者用于制造比如漂浮的防污染的拦河坝。
[03]这类套包括至少一个管状区域,且由两个组织体面片构成,所述两面片在其一个或两个表面上涂有涂层。此涂层由至少一层橡胶或者由至少一层塑料构成。这种套是通过将这两层涂层组织体重叠并将这两层组织体在至少两个纵向和平行区域内连接在一起而制造的,为了制成至少一根纵向管,所述纵向和平行区域被至少一个非连接区域分开。
[04]然而,以这种方法制造的套存在缺陷,主要在于,在管的内部,两面片(nappe)之间的每一根连接线由一个阻力被减少的区域构成,尤其是当该套经受抗剪应力时,结果其机械性能的等级与所制造的整根管上的性能不一致。
[05]为了制造这种套,另一种方法也是公知的,其包括制造一种编织组织体条带,该条带由多根经线和一根纬线组成并且在其至少一个表面上涂敷一种涂层。
[06]在至少一个纵向区域内,通过使此纬线在下层面片之间交替地穿过并且在上层面片的经线之间交替地穿过,以及通过使此纬线在所述纵向区域的一侧面和另一侧面穿过,而形成一个下层面片和一个上层面片,此纬线在所有经线之间交替,以便形成连接区域并制成所述编织组织体条带,该条带包括至少一个管状区域,所述管状区域以所述连接区域为边界。
[07]然而,在此情形下,管内侧的连接线构成排料段,用于以这样一种方式即它们连续放气而排出管内所包含的空气。
发明内容
[08]本发明的目的是,通过提供一种用于连续制造涂层组织体套的方法以及用此方法制造的一种涂层组织体套来克服这些缺陷,该涂层组织体套包括至少一根管。
[09]因而本发明涉及用于连续制造一涂层组织体套的方法,该涂层组织体套包括至少一气密管,并且所述气密管由两叠置的涂层组织体面片形成,所述涂层组织体面片由经线和纬线构成、或者由非编织的涂层组织体构成,其特征在于:
[10]-从至少另一组织体面片上——其一表面上具有一涂层,切割出至少两组织体条带,所述组织体条带由经线和纬线构成,并且具有特定的宽度、和大致与所要制造的所述管的长度相等的长度,
[11]-在每一条带的、与涂敷有涂层的表面相对的表面上,沉积一粘结材料,
[12]-通过将两个涂覆有粘结材料的半面一个翻折在另一个上,每一条带对半折叠,以便保持这些折叠的条带,
[13]-通过布置相互面对的每一条带的所述半面的分离线,将每一已被折叠的条带沿纵向固定到第一面片上,从而确定至少一个用于形成一管的区域,
[14]-在该区域内、且在被包含于两个相邻条带之间的第一面片的表面上,沉积一防粘剂,
[15]-将所述第二面片施加在所述第一面片上,通过在没有涂敷所述防粘剂的连接区域内粘结所述两面片,所述两面片被相互连接在一起,以及
[16]-使所述管膨胀,以便将每一根条带的两个的半面展开,在所述两面片的每一连接区域处,在所述管的内侧,所述条带形成一壁角(cornière),所述壁角确保机械性能和密封性。

[19]-每一面片的组织体在两个表面上涂敷有所述涂层,
[20]-所述涂层由至少一层橡胶或者由至少一层塑料构成,
[21]-将每一折叠的条带固定到第一面片上,是通过施加轻微的压力并加热每一折叠的条带而实现的,
[22]-将每一折叠的条带固定到第一面片上,是通过将每一折叠的条带粘结性结合到第一面片上而实现的,
[23]-所述防粘剂由一种与所述面片的涂层不相容的产品构成,诸如,比如是一种不熔薄膜,一种粉末或一种分散体,或者一种防粘剂的溶液,
[24]-所述两面片在没有涂敷防粘剂的区域的粘结是通过给面片施压并且同时加热面片而实现的,
[25]-所述两面片的经线平行于相应面片的纵轴延伸,而纬线垂直于经线延伸,
[26]-所述两根条带的经线平行于相应条带的纵轴延伸,而纬线垂直于经线延伸,
[27]-所述第一面片的经线相对于第一面片的纵轴倾斜,而第一面片的纬线垂直于经线延伸,并且,当第二面片被压在第一面片上之后,第二面片的经线相对于第二面片的纵轴在一个与第一面片的经线的倾斜方向相反的方向上倾斜,而第二面片的纬线垂直于第二面片的经线延伸,
[28]-在所述条带被折叠之前,所述两根条带的经线和纬线以与第一面片的经线和纬线相同的方式设置。
[29]本发明还涉及一种涂层组织体套,其特征在于,它是采用上述方法制造的。

具体实施方式

[45]沉积在组织体11和21上的涂层12和22由至少一层橡胶或者至少一层塑料构成。涂层12和22沉积在每一组织体11和21上是以传统的方式通过涂覆、通过压延或者通过挤压而实现的。
[46]套1还分别包括两个条带15和25,它们是从未图示的至少另一组织体面片上切割出来的。
[47]条带15包括一种组织体16,该组织体16在其一个表面上覆盖有一个涂层17,该涂层17由一层橡胶或一层塑料形成。组织体16的与包含所述涂层17的表面相对的表面被覆盖有一种粘结材料材料18。以同样的方式,条带25由一种组织体26组成,该组织体26在其一个表面上覆盖有一个涂层,该涂层由至少一层橡胶或塑料形成。组织体26的与包含所述涂层27的表面相对的表面覆盖有一种粘结材料材料28。
[48]条带15和25的组织体16和26还分别由各自的经线16a和26a以及各自的纬线16b和26b形成(图7和8)。
[49]然后,每一条带15和25被折叠,以便将一个折叠到另一个上而分别形成两个半面,所述半面分别涂覆有粘结材料18和28,从而将这些条带15和25保持在折叠状态,如图3所示。已经被以此方式折叠的条带15和25,通过将每一条带15和25的相互面对的半面的分离线15A和25A定位而被沿纵向固定到第一面片10上,以便确定至少一个区域A以用于形成管2,如图4所示。将两个折叠的条带15和25分开的距离是要被制造的管2的直径的函数。
[50]假如在面片10的涂层12与条带15和25的涂层17和27之间的粘结性能足够强,尤其是在涂层是由一层橡胶构成的情形下,通过施加轻微的压力和通过加热每一已折叠的条带,已折叠的条带15和25就被固定到第一面片10上。
[51]然而,假如所述粘结性能不够强,即在所述涂层是由一层塑料形成的情形下,粘结点被附着在每一已折叠的条带15和25与第一面片10之间。
[52]在位于每一条带15和25的所述半面的分离线15a和25a之间的所述区域A内,第一面片10的表面被涂覆有一种防粘剂30。该防粘剂30必须是与沉积在面片10和20上的涂层完全不相容的,在组装两面片10和20的组装温度下,它必须不熔化,如下文所述。该防粘剂是由一种难熔薄膜、一种粉末、诸如,比如,滑石或者膨润土,或者由一种分散体或者一种防粘剂溶液构成。
[53]然后,通过将第二面片20压在设有所述已被折叠条带15和25的第一面片10上,这两张面片10和20就被组装,如图5所示。通过在位于用于形成管2的区域A的一侧和另一侧的连接区域B内进行粘结,将两张面片10和20连接在一起,就是说,在未涂覆防粘剂30的区域内进行粘结。此粘结是通过对两面片10和20施压并同时加热而实现的。
[54]在涂层是由橡胶构成的情形下,加热使它能被硫化,而且在涂层是由塑料构成的情形下,它们能被熔化。压力使得在组织体、面片10和20的涂层以及条带15和25之间提供粘聚力和粘附力。此操作是在一台包括一个或更多辊子的机器上连续执行的,这些辊子被加热并设有千斤顶以便施加压力。
[55]在这些组装操作之后,将气体喷射到位于已被折叠的条带15和25的分离线15a与25a之间的区域A内,其效果是将该区域充气膨胀,从而制成一根管2。在充气期间,条带15和25被展开并且在内部形成该管2,在两面片10和20的每一连接区域内,形成一种成角度的连接,以确保机械性能和密封性,如图6所示。因而,两面片10和20之间的每一连接区域被位于管内部的构成一种成角度连接的一条带加固,这就实现了组装,其能够抵抗剪切,从而在整根管上具有相同的机械性能。
[56]在图7和8中,仅仅示出了面片10和20及条带15和25的组织体11、21、16和26,在这些组织体的经线与纬线之间的间距已经被故意放大,以便于理解。
[57]根据图7所示的第一实施例,面片10的组织体11的经线11a平行于该面片10的纵轴延伸,而其纬线11b垂直于其经线11a延伸。同样,面片20的组织体21的经线21a平行于该面片20的纵轴延伸,而其纬线21b垂直于其经线21a延伸。以同样的方式,条带15和25的组织体16和26的经线16a和26a分别平行于这些条带15和25的纵轴延伸,而它们的纬线16b和26b分别垂直于它们的经线16a和26a延伸。
[58]在此实施例中,用以形成面片10和20以及条带15和25的每一组织体都是由一种被称为直线纤维组织体(straight thread fabric)的组织体形成的。
[59]由于面片10和20以及条带15和25的组织体的经线和纬线的这种布局,形成套1的管2在膨胀之后是直线性的,如图1所示。
[60]根据图8所示的第二实施例,第一面片10的组织体11的经线11a相对于该第一面片10的纵轴倾斜一个角度+α,而第一面片10的组织体11的纬线11b垂直于其经线11a延伸。
[61]然而,当将第二面片20已经压在第一面片10上之后,第二面片20的组织体21的经线21a相对于第二面片20的纵轴倾斜一个角度-α,就是说,在与第一面片10的经线11的倾斜方向相反的方向上延伸,而第二面片20的纬线21b垂直于第二面片20的经线21a延伸。
[62]条带15和25的组织体16和26的经线16a和26a以及纬线16b和26b以与上述第一面片10的组织体11的经线11a和纬线11b相同的方式布局。这样,经线16a和26a就与相应条带15或25的纵轴形成一个角度+α。

[64]给定那些经线和那些纬线的方向,套1的管2在充气之后就具有一种圆环(tore)的形状,如图9所示。
[65]以此方式制成的圆环的直径可以根据上述角度α的值进行调整。角度α的取值范围是大于0°至45°。
[66]在这最后一个实施例中,以此方式,用于面片10和20以及用于条带15和25的组织体是由一种被称为斜纹组织体的组织体制成的。
[67]根据本发明的方法被应用于比如膨胀管的制造中,膨胀管可供构造充气结构使用,诸如,比如救生筏、充气快艇、柔性容器或者漂浮的防污染的拦河坝,以及一般地说是采用可膨胀的且是圆柱形展开形状的所有设备。
[68]本方法允许制造一种涂层组织体套,该套包括n个用于形成管的管状区域和n+1个连接区域。如果需要,在连接区域连续实施切割操作可以使管分开。

Claims (17)

1.用于连续制造一涂层组织体套(1)的方法,该涂层组织体套(1)包括至少一气密管(2),并且所述气密管(2)由两叠置的涂层组织体(11;21)面片(10;20)形成,所述涂层组织体(11;21)由经线(11a;21a)和纬线(11b;21b)构成、或者由非编织的涂层组织体构成,其特征在于:
-从至少另一组织体面片上——其一表面上具有一涂层——切割出至少两组织体(16;26)条带(15;25),所述组织体由经线(16a;26a)和纬线(16b;26b)构成,并且具有特定的宽度、和大致与所要制造的所述管(2)的长度相等的长度,
-在每一条带(15;25)的、与涂敷有涂层(17;27)的表面相对的表面上,沉积一粘结材料(18;28),
-通过将两个涂覆有粘结材料(18;28)的半面一个翻折在另一个上,每一条带(15;25)对半折叠,以便保持这些折叠的条带(15;25),
-通过布置相互面对的每一条带(15;25)的所述半面的分离线(15a;25a),将每一已被折叠的条带(15;25)纵向地固定到第一面片(10)上,从而确定至少一个形成一管(2)的区域,
-在该区域内、且在被包含于两个相邻条带(15;25)之间的第一面片(10)的表面上,沉积一防粘剂(30),
-将所述第二面片(20)施加在所述第一面片(10)上,通过在没有涂敷所述防粘剂(30)的连接区域内粘结所述两面片(10;20),所述两面片(10;20)被相互连接在一起,以及
-使所述管(2)膨胀,以便将每一根条带(15;25)的两个的半面展开,在所述两面片(10;20)的每一连接处,在所述管(2)的内部,所述每一劳永逸条带形成一壁角,所述壁角确保机械性能和密封性。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每一面片(10;20)的组织体(11;21)在一表面上涂敷有涂层(12;22)。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,每一面片(10;20)的组织体(11;21)在所述两表面上涂敷有涂层(12;22)。
4.按照权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂层(12;22,16;26)由至少一层橡胶构成。
5.按照权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂层(12;22,16;26)由至少一层塑料构成。
6.按照权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述每一已被折叠的条带(15;25)固定所述到第一面片(10)上,是通过施加轻微的压力并加热所述每一已被折叠的条带而实现的。
7.按照权利要求1至3或5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述每一已被折叠的条带(15;25)固定到所述第一面片(10)上,是通过将所述每一已被折叠的条带粘结性结合到所述第一面片上而实现的。
8.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述防粘剂(30)由一种与所述面片(10;20)的涂层(12;22)不相容的产品构成,例如是一不熔薄膜、一粉末或一分散体、或者一防粘剂的溶液。
9.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述两面片(10;20)在没有涂敷防粘剂(30)的区域的粘结是通过给所述面片施压并同时加热而实现的。
10.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述两面片(10;20)的组织体(11;21)的经线(11a;21a)平行于所述相应的面片(10;20)的纵轴延伸,而所述纬线(11b;21b)垂直于所述经线(11a;21a)延伸。
11.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述两条带(15;25)的组织体(16;26)的经线(16a;26a)平行于所述相应的条带(15;25)的纵轴延伸,而所述纬线(16b;26b)垂直于所述经线(16a;26a)延伸。
12.按照上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管(2)在膨胀之后是直线性的。
13.按照权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一面片(10)的组织体(11)的经线(11a)相对于所述第一面片(10)的纵轴倾斜,而所述第一面片(10)的纬线(11b)垂直于所述经线(11a)延伸;并且,当所述第二面片(20)施加在所述第一面片(10)上之后,所述第二面片(20)的组织体(21)的经线(21a)相对于所述第二面片(20)的纵轴在一与所述第一面片(10)的经线(11a)的倾斜方向相反的方向上倾斜,而所述第二面片(20)的组织体(21)的纬线(21b)垂直于所述第二面片(20)的经线(21a)延伸。
14.按照权利要求1至9或13任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述两条带(15;25)被折叠之前,所述两条带(15;25)的组织体(16;26)的经线(16a;26a)和纬线(16b;26b)按所述第一面片(10)的经线(11a)和纬线(11b)一致地布置。
15.按照权利要求1至9、13或14任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在膨胀之后,所述管(2)具有圆环面的形状。
16.涂层组织体套,其特征在于,它是采用前述任一项权利要求所述的方法制造的。
17.按照权利要求16所述的涂层组织体套,其特征在于,它包括n个管状区域和n+1个连接区域。
