Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯用于防治蛇麻草、猕猴桃、浆果、坚果、咖啡、热带水果、香料和针叶树中的螨的用途。
背景技术
化合物丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯已知于EP-A-528 156。
丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯的杀螨活性也已知于EP-A-528 156。
发明内容
现已令人吃惊地发现,丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯特别适用于防治蛇麻草、猕猴桃、浆果、坚果、咖啡、热带水果、香料和针叶树中的螨。
因此,本发明涉及丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯用于防治蛇麻草、猕猴桃、浆果、坚果、咖啡、热带水果、香料和针叶树中的螨的用途。
丁酸[2,2-二甲基-3-(2,4-二氯苯基)-2-氧代-1-氧杂螺[4.5]癸-3-烯-4-基]酯具有下式(I)的结构:
该式(I)化合物的制备描述在EP-A-1 272 480中。
式(I)化合物可优选用于防治来自蛛形纲的节肢动物,例如蝎(Scorpio maurus)、红斑蛛、粗脚粉螨、锐喙蜱属、钝喙蜱属、鸡皮刺螨、茶鹿瘿螨(Eriophyes ribis),柑橘皱叶刺瘿螨、牛蜱属、扁头蜱属、花蜱属、璃眼蜱属、硬蜱属、瘙螨属、痒螨属、疥螨属、跗线螨属、苜蓿苔螨、全爪螨属,叶螨属,半跗线螨属和短须螨属。特别优选用于防治全爪螨属和叶螨属。
式(I)的化合物可优选在蛇麻草;猕猴桃;浆果如红醋栗、鹅莓、树莓、黑莓、草莓、蓝莓;坚果如杏仁、阿月浑子果、山毛榉、腰果、榛子、巴西坚果、灰胡桃、栗子、山胡桃、澳大利亚坚果、美洲山核桃、椰子、胡桃;热带水果如芒果、木瓜、枣椰子;咖啡和香料如红辣椒;和针叶树如云杉和冷杉。
上述植物可以通过常规种植和最佳的方法、或通过生物技术方法和基因工程方法或通过上述方法的组合获得,包括转基因植物并包括可受植物种植者权益保护或不可保护的植物品种。植物部分可被理解为植物全部的地上和地下部分和器官,如茎枝、叶、花和根,其中可被述及的实例是:叶、针叶、茎、茎干、花、子实体、果实和种子,以及根、块茎和根茎。植物部分还包括收获的物质和无性和有性繁殖材料,例如插枝、块茎、根茎、侧枝和种子。

这些制剂是以已知方法生产的,例如,通过将活性化合物与填充剂,即液体溶剂和/或固体载体混合而生产,任选使用表面活性剂,即乳化剂和/或分散剂和/或成泡剂。
在用水作填充剂的情况下,例如,也可使用有机溶剂作为助溶剂。适当的液体溶剂主要有:芳香烃类,如二甲苯、甲苯或烷基萘,氯代芳烃类和氯代脂族烃类,如氯苯、氯乙烯或二氯甲烷,脂族烃类,如环己烷或链烷烃,例如矿物油馏份、矿物油和植物油,醇类,如丁醇或二元醇及其醚和酯类,酮类,如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮,强极性溶剂,如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基亚砜,和水。
适合的固体载体有:
例如,铵盐和天然矿物粉末,如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、硅镁土、蒙脱土或硅藻土,和合成矿物粉末,如细分散二氧化硅、氧化铝和硅酸盐;适合颗粒剂的固体载体有:例如,粉碎和分级的天然岩石,如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石或白云石,及其它无机和有机粉末的合成颗粒,和有机材料颗粒如锯末、坚果壳、玉米穗茎和烟草茎;适合的乳化剂和/或成泡剂有:例如非离子和阴离子乳化剂,如聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,例如烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、芳基磺酸盐以及蛋白水解产物;适合的分散剂有:例如木质素亚硫酸废液和甲基纤维素。
在制剂中还可使用粘合剂如羧甲基纤维素和粉末、颗粒或胶乳状的天然和合成聚合物,如阿拉伯树胶,聚乙烯醇和聚乙酸乙烯酯,以及天然磷脂如脑磷脂和卵磷脂,和合成磷脂。其它的添加剂可以是矿物油和植物油。
可以使用着色剂如无机颜料,例如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士兰,和有机染料,如茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料,和微量营养物,例如铁、锰、硼、铜、钴、钼和锌盐。
制剂中通常含有按重量计0.1-95%,优选按重量计0.5-90%的活性化合物。
由商购制剂制备的应用形式中活性化合物含量可在相当宽的范围内变化。应用形式中活性化合物浓度可为0.0000001-95wt%活性化合物,优选0.0001-1wt%。
它们以适合于应用形式的常规方式使用。

实施例A
害虫:二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae)
作物:蛇麻草
将浓度为0.0048%a.i.的式(I)化合物(240SC)与0.005%a.i.的顺式氯氟氰菊酯(050EC)进行对比试验。式(I)化合物在害虫侵染的早期使用,而顺式氯氟氰菊酯则在害虫侵染达到高水平时施加。
利用用压缩气体推进的背负式喷雾器施加喷雾混合物(2000l/ha)。
试验田里有6颗植株,每个试验变体重复2次。
通过计数处理4、14和21天后(式(I)的化合物)以及4、11和18天后(顺式氯氟氰菊酯)每片叶上存活的害虫数量(10片叶/试验田)并利用Abbott的活性等级计算对蜘蛛螨的活性。

通过计数处理5、12、19和34天后每片叶上存活的害虫数量(60片叶/试验田)并利用Abbott活性等级计算对蜘蛛螨的活性。
