Abstract

高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法,是将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热,由换热装置蒸汽在0.1-3.0Mpa压力下预热到900℃-1300℃,再利用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,在温度达到900℃以上时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。本发明优点为:1.煤种适应性强,可以使劣质煤也通过转换成优质煤气。2.使煤气中水蒸汽和二氧化碳含量、氮气含量降至很低,煤气热值高。3.全过程都在蒸汽压力下进行,因此获得高压煤气不需要压缩机压缩,减少二次能源消耗。4.此方法制备的煤气含氢量高,尤其适合发展氢能源冶炼和化工合成气和甲醇。

Description

高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法
(一)技术领域:
本发明涉及一种煤气制备方法,具体为一种高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法。
(二)技术背景:
在冶金和化工合成工业中洁净煤综合利用,煤的气化和生产高热值、高含氢煤气在上述工业中有着广阔的用途,也是难以解决的高难课题之一。
(三)发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法。
采用的技术方案是:
高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法,是将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热,由换热装置蒸汽在0.1-3.0Mpa压力下预热到900℃-1300℃,再利用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,在温度达到900℃以上时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。
上述的热脏煤气送入竖炉之前,可加入适当纯氧调整煤气产量和煤气成份。氧气压力应大于蒸汽压力。
上述的竖炉的焦碳层中加入少量石灰,使硫化物生成硫化钙,随炉渣排除。
本发明具有如下特点:
1、煤种适应性强,可以使劣质煤也通过转换成优质煤气。
2、使煤气中水蒸汽和二氧化碳含量、氮气含量降至很低,煤气热值高。
3、全过程都在蒸汽压力下进行,因此获得高压煤气不需要压缩机压缩,减少二次能源消耗。
4、此方法制备的煤气含氢量高,尤其适合发展氢能源冶炼和化工合成气和甲醇。

(五)具体实施方式:
实施例一
将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热、换热装置将蒸汽在1.0Mpa压力下预热到1000℃,用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,并在温度达到1000℃时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。在热脏煤气送入竖炉之前,加入适当纯氧调整煤气产量和煤气成份,氧气压力大于蒸汽压力。
实施例二
将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热、换热装置将蒸汽在1.2Mpa压力下预热到1200℃,用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,并在温度达到1200℃时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。在热脏煤气送入竖炉之前,加入适当纯氧调整煤气产量和煤气成份,氧气压力大于蒸汽压力。
实施例三
将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热、换热装置将蒸汽在1.5Mpa压力下预热到1300℃,用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,并在温度达到1300℃时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。在热脏煤气送入竖炉之前,加入适当纯氧调整煤气产量和煤气成份,氧气压力大于蒸汽压力。

Claims (3)

1、高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法,其特征是将由锅炉得到的高压蒸汽进一步通过耐火材料蓄热,由换热装置蒸汽在0.1-3.0Mpa压力下预热到900℃-1300℃,再利用流化床将高挥发份的煤进行干馏和气化,在温度达到900℃以上时,送至装满焦碳的竖炉,二次重整再造煤气,此煤气经除尘净化后,直接供用户使用。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法,其特征在于所述的热脏煤气送入竖炉之前,可加入适当纯氧调整煤气产量和煤气成份。
3、根据权利要求1所述的高压、高含氢煤气的制备方法,其特征是在竖炉的焦碳层中加入少量石灰,使硫与石灰化合生成硫化钙随炉渣排除。
