本发明涉及一种光栅支架,特别用于自动车库门的驾驶通过型光栅(drive-past light barriers)。
背景技术
这种通过型光栅在移动门区域充当安全传感器。这种驾驶通过型光栅典型地包括光栅发射器和光栅接收器,其例如布置在车库门两侧,以检测是否有车辆驶过。这种光栅-般都采用组装支架进行安装。另外,他们也可以被安装在门柱上、密封的盒子中或固定在墙上的盒子里。
在将光栅的各个部件、即发射器和接收器安装在相对的两侧后,我们发现很难使各个部件彼此精确地对齐。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种光栅支架,其可以使各个部分在安装状态进行简单的调整。
本发明的目的通过如权利要求1所述的特征实现。因此,本发明所述的光栅支架包括一个接收壳体,用于容纳光栅支架的部件,例如发射器或者接收器,接收壳体具有一个开口,光栅的光线可以从该开口射出。根据本发明,壳体表面是弧形的,且在开口区域为球形表面,在壳体开口区域连接有一个管状颈部,所述颈部可以插入安装元件的相应开口处且通过紧固元件固定,其中每一个开口都为相对应的球弧形。由于采用这种球形结构,所以可以以简单方式调节和安装发射器和接收器。由于球形结构,在被紧固元件固定之前或者在紧固元件释放之后,接收壳体都可以相对于安装元件转动。一旦调整到合适的位置就可以拧紧固定。
本发明的其他优点通过从属权利要求实现。
因此,管状颈部具有外螺纹。紧固元件为紧固螺母,这些螺母可以与管状颈部分的外螺纹拧紧配合。因此,可以实现简单的安装和拆卸连接。
优选地,所有的单个部件都可以是塑料的。
安装元件可以由盘形的或者板形元件组成。优选地示出了两个安装元件,特别有利地,两个安装元件可以相互插入并彼此夹紧,从而安装在相应的接收开口中,例如,门柱或类似物的安装支架的开口。在这个实施例中,盘形或者板形元件设置在安装支架或者门柱安装开口的两侧并且夹紧在一起。然后将相应的接收壳体插入预先安装好的安装元件中并用紧固元件固定。
安装元件优选地布置在一个细长开口的两侧,例如安装支架的开口。这样,不仅可以转动光栅支架以调节和对齐发射器和接收器,而且可以沿着这个细长开口的纵向移动。
代替单个的安装元件,与接收壳体球形表面相匹配的球弧形安装元件可以是其他的市场上可以购买到的安装壳体部件。安装元件可选择地制成门柱或其他元件的部件,其具有相匹配的球弧形,且具有相应的开口。

具体实施方式
图1中示意地示出了车库内部空间,其中一个自动滑升车库门10通过车库门驱动器14沿着运行轨道12打开和关闭。这类系统是公知的,因此,就不再详细描述了。图中所示的滑升车库门10处于关闭位置。光栅的两部分,即光栅发射器18和光栅接收器20,其借助于两个相同的安装支架16布置在滑升车库门的10的旁边。光栅发射器18和光栅接收器20都通过导线22与车库门驱动器14相连,这样,在感应到物体(例如汽车5)时可通过相应信号与门驱动器14连通。
在图2中,详细示出了安装支架16的结构。安装支架16由具有两个连接板24和26的切槽板(chamfered cut panel)组成。连接板24和26之间夹角大致为90度,从而使安装支架整体结构为L形。安装支架16有一个细长的矩形开口32,光栅的发射器或者发射器的光栅支架50容纳于该开口中,并且通过在长度方向上移动相应距离进行定位。
光栅支架50的设计参见图2b所示的分解图。光栅支架50首先包括一个壳体52,光栅的各个部件(例如发射器和接收器)以未示出的方式插入在壳体中。光栅的光束通过开口54射出。壳体在开口54区域的表面56是球弧形的,并且在壳体上开口区域设置有管状颈部58。管状颈部58有外螺纹。
在图2b中,安装元件60和62布置在安装支架16的细长开口32的两侧。两个安装元件60和62都有开口64和66,这些开口大于管状颈部分58的外径。每个安装元件都局部或者全部为球形,其弧形表面与接收壳体52的球形表面56一致。两个安装元件60和62在图示的实施例中是不同的,因此,在安装到安装支架16两侧之后,两个安装元件可以在细长开口32处夹紧在一起。
安装元件60为近似环形的塑料注模部件,其环的内表面和外表面分别为前面所述的球形。环60的外径大致等于安装支架16开口32的宽度。在安装元件60的环形主干部分有两个凸耳(neck)68,凸耳与开口32啮合并且在轨道60的一侧支撑着安装元件60。在安装元件60的一侧有两个小缺口70,其可以与安装元件62的相应突起啮合,从而使两个安装元件60和62夹紧或夹住。在安装元件60和62进行了相应的安装并且互相夹紧或夹住以后,可以沿着安装支架16的细长开口32移动,这样光栅支架50可以纵向移动,从而光栅部件也可以纵向移动了。
在安装元件60和62进行相应的预安装之后,推动具有管状颈部58的接受壳体50使其穿过安装元件60和62的开口64和66,并且在移动到相应位置之后通过转动紧固螺母72的固定元件使接收壳体固定在适当位置。紧固螺母72还可成形为与紧固元件62的球弧形相配的形状。光栅支架可以通过锁紧紧固螺母72而固定到适当位置。
图3a和3b是光栅支架在安装状态下的不同透视图。
在所示的变形实施例中,安装支架16布置在两个安装元件60和62之间。固定位置沿着安装支架16上的矩形开口32具有可以改变的距离,“发射器-接收器”的光轴可以借助于使球形壳体沿各个方向转动的相应操作进行对齐。
图示的实施例中没有示出该转动,光栅壳体50被安装在一个市场上可以购得的密封盒子中。在这里光栅将被夹紧到具有平滑表面的封闭板上,该板安装在密封盒子上。光栅也可以固定在门柱上,门柱例如具有可滑动或者可枢转的庭院闸门(courtyard gate)。在这个安装变化实施例中,由于是球形的,所以光栅可以使用枢轴直接安装到柱子上相应的孔中。
如果光栅通过安装支架或者以密封方式固定到墙上或者门柱内侧的安装形式都不能采用,则不同壳体可以采用在石膏墙上进行安装的不同形式。当这种壳体需要安装在外部区域时,则还需要防潮保护。

Claims (9)

1、一种光栅支架,包括接收壳体,用于容纳光栅的部件,例如,发射器或者接收器,接收壳体具有开口,光栅的光线可以从该开口射出,其特征在于:壳体的表面是弧形的,且在开口区域为球形表面;管状颈部设置在壳体的开口区域,所述颈部可以插入具有相应球弧形的安装元件的相应开口中,并且通过紧固元件固定。
2、如权利要求1所述的光栅支架,其特征在于管状颈部有外螺纹;其中,紧固元件是一个锁紧螺母,其可以拧固到管状颈部的外螺纹上。
3、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于每个部件都是塑料的。
4、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于安装元件为盘形或者板形元件。
5、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于使用了两个安装元件。
6、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于两个安装元件可以彼此夹紧。
7、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于安装元件布置在安装支架的一个细长开口的两侧。
8、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于具有相匹配的球弧形的安装元件是安装壳体的一部分。
9、如前述权利要求之一所述的光栅支架,其特征在于具有相匹配的球弧形的安装元件是门柱的一部分。
