技术领域
本发明大体涉及医疗输注/输液管路。
本发明的主题尤其涉及用于这种医疗管路的流通部件,其包括具有侧向管接头的主管道,所述管接头通过单向阀与所述主管道连通以允许第二液体引入到所述主管道中。
背景技术
在上述流通部件中,单向阀典型地包括弹性隔膜开闭元件,在单向阀和主管道之间具有限制区,该限制区导致死区,从侧向接头引入的次级液体以及空气会滞留在所述死区内。
发明内容
本发明的目标是以一种特别简单和有效的方式克服所述缺陷。
根据本发明,实现该目标归因于这样的事实:在对应于单向阀的区域,上述主管道具有带有收敛-扩散型面的壁的轴向区段。
采用这种解决方案,在实践中主管道基本上在侧向接头区域中被制造成文氏管,在使用中产生了喷射器的效果,由于主管道内流体的自身流动所具有的动能部分地被传递到紧挨单向阀下游的死区,从而消除了被引入到侧向接头内的第二液体以及空气的滞留。
单向阀可以从以本申请人的名义申请的欧洲专利EP-B-1099457中获知,其中的开闭元件由弹性隔膜组成,该弹性隔膜被容置于腔体内并且通常被设置成密封地贴靠在环形阀座上。使用这种构造,本发明设想所述腔体被包含在所述主管道和所述侧向接头之间,并且通过第一通道和第二通道与所述主管道的具有收敛-扩散型面的壁的上述轴向区段连通,所述第一通道位于与所述收敛型面对应的区域中,所述第二通道位于与所述壁的扩散型面对应的区域中。
使用所述布置,在使用中所述主管道内的液体的流动被所述收敛型面加速,通过所述第一通道贯入所述腔体内并且通过所述第二通道离开,因此不仅防止了所述管道内的任何滞留,而且具有连续的冲洗作用。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,具有收敛-扩散型面的壁的轴向区段由上述主管道的局部节流部分而限定出。

具体实施方式
图中本发明的流体部件作为整体由1标识,该流通部件可以被应用于医疗输注/输液管路,其基本上包括主管道2和侧向管接头3,所述主管道在使用中被设计成沿图2中箭头所指示的方向被第一液体的流动横穿,所述侧向管接头与所述管道2成直角以用于将第二液体引入其中。
在图示例子的情况下,侧向接头3形状类似于路厄锁定母接头,其里端具有环形凸缘4,该环形凸缘被密封固定在与从管道2侧向突出的环形轴环5对应的区域中。
用于单向阀的腔体6被限定在环形凸缘4和环形轴环5之间,在图示例子的情况下,其包括弹性隔膜7,该弹性隔膜通常被设置成密封地贴靠在侧向接头3的环形阀座8上。单向阀尤其是隔膜7的大体构造对应于已引用的欧洲专利No.EP-B-1099457中所描述和图示的一种情况。更具体而言,隔膜7由依靠液态硅酮喷射模塑而成的杯状元件9的底壁形成,杯状元件的侧壁10抵靠在腔体6的底部上并且倾向于挤压隔膜7以使其密封地贴靠在环形阀座8上。因其中引入第二液体而在侧向接头3内产生的过压使隔膜7偏移,并且由此打开单向阀,从而允许第二液体从侧向接头流到腔体6,然后通过轴向通道11和径向通道12流到主管道2(图3)。
根据本发明,主管道2在对应于腔体6的区域中具有带有收敛-扩散型面的壁的轴向区段13。所述轴向区段13有利地由管道2的所述壁的圆形形状14的局部节流结构限定,在其上游(关于所述管道2内第一液体的流动方向)限定了收敛型面15,在其下游限定了扩散型面16。
收敛型面15通过第一通道17与腔体6连通,扩散型面16通过第二通道18与所述腔体6连通。
在使用中,具有收敛-扩散型面15、16的壁的区段13构成了文氏管,该文氏管被设计成防止单向阀7、8的腔体6内液体和空气的滞留。管道2内第一液体的一部分通过第一通道17流入腔体6并且通过第二通道18从此离开,并且由于与扩散型面16对应的区域中的第一流体的所述流动所获得的喷吸作用而被吸走。这样主管道2中的第一液体不仅导致清空腔体6的效果,而且具有连续冲洗的有效作用。
参考图中的插图所描述的实施例的例子仅仅构成了本发明的一个可能应用:实际上,它也可以有利地应用配备有尤其在关于其开闭元件的构造方面具有不同于所述的一种情况的单向阀流通部件,其例如通常可以由简单的、大体平面的弹性膜或由不同的元件构成。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于医疗输注/输液管路的流通部件(1),其包括主管道(2),该主管道具有通过单向阀(7,8)与所述主管道(2)连通的侧向管接头(3),以允许将第二流体引入到所述主管道(2)内,所述流通部件的特征在于:在对应于所述单向阀(7,8)的区域中,所述主管道(2)具有带有收敛—扩散型面(15,16)的壁的轴向区段(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流通部件,其特征在于:所述单向阀(7,8)包括弹性隔膜开闭元件(7),该弹性隔膜开闭元件被容置于腔体(6)内,被布置在所述主管道(2)和所述侧向接头(3)之间,并且通常被设置成密封地贴靠在所述侧向接头(3)的环形阀座(8)上,所述弹性隔膜(7)被设计成在所述侧向接头(3)内的过压作用之后离开所述阀座(8),以通过所述腔体(6)开放所述侧向接头(3)和所述主管道(2)之间的通道;所述腔体(6)通过第一通道(17)和第二通道(18)与所述轴向区段(13)连通,所述轴向区段具有所述主管道(2)上的收敛—扩散型面(15,16),所述第一通道位于与所述收敛型面(15)对应的区域中,所述第二通道位于与所述区段(13)的扩散型面(16)对应的区域中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的流通部件,其特征在于:具有收敛—扩散型面(15,16)的所述区段(13)被所述主管道(2)的局部节流结构(14)限定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的流通部件,其特征在于:所述局部节流结构(14)是圆形的。
