技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于窗户调节器尤其是用于车窗调节器的滑动件组件。
背景技术
窗户调节器使得可以在一关闭位置和一打开位置之间移动一窗玻璃,例如移动车门上的窗玻璃。通常,窗户调节器包括至少一个引导件,所述引导件通常形成为导轨并大致以竖直方向安装。一滑动件设置在该引导件上并可在其上移动。窗玻璃连接到该滑动件,从而,沿引导件驱动滑动件导致窗玻璃移动。为了驱动滑动件,能够使用诸如驱动线缆和电动马达之类的驱动装置。
由于窗玻璃不仅连接到滑动件,而且还由一框架引导,因此,正确定位所有零部件对于窗户调节器的正常运行具有重要的意义。但是,即使窗户调节器系统各零部件的公差尽可能地小,还是需要一定程度的柔性或弹性——特别是在滑动件区域,尤其是考虑到车辆纵向(通常称为X轴)上的公差时更是如此。对于使用两个平行引导件的窗户调节器系统而言,公差问题就更为重要了。若希望避免超定的系统,只能用一个滑动件来限定窗玻璃在X轴上的位置,而另一滑动件必须允许公差补偿。在现有技术中,已尝试通过使用由塑料材料制造的零部件来为滑动件提供柔性。此类设计的缺点在于整个系统仅提供有限的防盗保护。该有限的防盗保护是因为需要以一有限壁厚形成滑动件来获得所需柔度和变形能力。若在窗玻璃上施加过大的力,窗玻璃可能从滑动件分离或者滑动件可能破裂,从而能够向下移动窗玻璃,籍此使得可以进入到车辆内部。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种滑动件组件,该滑动件组件使得在获得较好的防盗保护的同时可以进行公差差补偿。
本发明的目的是通过采用一种用于窗户调节器尤其是车窗调节器的滑动件组件而实现的,所述滑动件组件包含一个适于沿一引导件移位的滑动件、以及一个连接到滑动件从而可沿一预定的路线相对于滑动件移位的紧固夹,该紧固夹具有一个适于紧固到窗玻璃的紧固结构。本发明基于下述构思:使用两个可彼此相对移位的分离零部件,即所述滑动件和所述紧固夹。使用两个可彼此相对移位的分离零部件使得能够以一定的刚度来形成所述每个零部件,且所述刚度就防盗保护而言是足够的。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方式,使用一长孔来将紧固夹连接到滑动件上。该长孔与例如一接合到该孔中的凸缘相配合,使得可以限定一个用于紧固夹相对于滑动件移位的有限路径。而且,该相对移位的方向为预设的,即通过选定所述孔的长轴取向而预设。所述长孔可直接形成在一个紧固突出部上或形成在一个分离部件上。
根据该优选实施方式,还使用一螺钉将紧固夹连接到滑动件上,该螺钉还用于将紧固结构连接到窗玻璃。该螺钉由金属制成,使窗玻璃和滑动件之间的连接特别坚固,因而增强了防盗保护。

具体实施方式
在图1中,所示的引导件5为一窗户调节器系统的一部分。在一特定的实施方式中,引导件5为车辆中所用窗户调节器系统的一部分并以竖直或大致竖直的方向安装到车体侧部上。
滑动件10安装到引导件5上并可沿该引导件移位。在此未示出用于沿引导件移动该滑动件的装置,因为该装置对于正确地理解本发明不是必需的。
滑动件(请参见图2和3)包括一个连接到引导件5的滑动件本体12和一连接到窗玻璃(图未示)的紧固突出部14。滑动件本体12和紧固突出部14优选地由塑料材料一体地制成。紧固突出部14上设置有一长孔16。长孔16的长轴设置成大致平行于车辆的纵轴(一般称为X轴)。
设置一紧固夹18(请参见图6和7),紧固夹18包括一个紧固夹本体20、一个圆筒形的凸缘22、一个保持凸耳24和一个紧固结构26。凸缘22的直径对应于长孔16的宽度,而其高度L(请参见图6)稍大于紧固突出部14在长孔16边缘区域内的壁厚。优选地,紧固夹18也由塑料材料制成。
保持凸耳24以大致垂直于紧固夹本体20的方向从紧固夹本体20伸出。保持凸耳24用于在装配过程中将紧固夹临时地保持在滑动件上。这将在下文描述。
紧固结构26由四个紧固凸耳28形成,每个所述紧固凸耳28以大约90°的扇形延伸,并且所述紧固凸耳28形成为使得紧固结构26的形状为带有一中央开孔30的圆形。每个所述紧固凸耳包括一个鼻状部32,所述鼻状部32用于接合在窗玻璃的一个表面,该表面与接触紧固夹18的紧固夹本体20的表面相对。
为了组装所述滑动件组件,紧固夹18安置在紧固突出部14上,使得紧固突出部14的凸缘22延伸穿过长孔16(请参见图7)。保持凸耳24用于将紧固夹18临时地保持在该位置。接着,安装由图9概略示出的窗玻璃36,使得紧固凸耳28延伸穿过窗玻璃上的开孔。此后,一螺钉34插入中央开孔30中使得螺钉杆撑开紧固凸耳,从而将窗玻璃牢固地连接到紧固夹上。紧固螺钉34,直到螺钉头抵靠在凸缘22的自由端上,该自由端用作螺钉的止挡。由于凸缘22的高度大于紧固突出部14的壁厚,在螺钉34的头部和紧固突出部14之间留有一个小间隙P(请参见图9)。通过可靠地防止将紧固突出部14夹紧在螺钉头和紧固夹之间,该间隙P确保所述紧固夹18能在图4和5所示的两个极限位置之间在长孔内移动。而且,螺钉34提供更好的防盗保护功能,因为它延伸穿过滑动件10的紧固突出部14、紧固夹18以及窗玻璃的开孔,从而显著地增强了除螺钉之外由塑料制成的组件的强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于窗户调节器尤其是用于车窗调节器的滑动件组件,其包括一个适于沿着一个引导件(5)移位的滑动件(10)、以及一个连接到所述滑动件(10)从而能够沿着一预定的路线相对于所述滑动件(10)移位的紧固夹(18),该紧固夹(18)具有一个适于紧固到窗玻璃(36)的紧固结构(26)。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑动件组件,其中,设有一个用于将紧固夹(18)连接到滑动件(10)的长孔(16)。
3.如权利要求2所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述长孔(16)设置在滑动件(10)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述紧固夹(18)具有一个接合到所述长孔(16)内的凸缘(22),所述凸缘(22)的直径小于所述长孔(16)的长度。
5.如权利要求4所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述凸缘(22)的高度大于滑动件(10)在所述长孔(16)区域内的壁厚。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述紧固结构(26)包括至少两个紧固凸耳(28),所述紧固凸耳(28)从紧固夹(18)突出并适于接合到一个设在窗玻璃(36)上的开孔内。
7.如权利要求6所述的滑动件组件,其中,设置有一个延伸穿过所述紧固夹(18)并撑开所述紧固凸耳(28)的螺钉(34)。
8.如权利要求5和7所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述凸缘(22)的自由端用作所述螺钉头的止挡。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的滑动件组件,其中,所述紧固夹(18)包括一个保持凸耳(24),所述凸耳(24)在插入螺钉(34)前的装配过程中用于将所述紧固夹(18)保持在滑动件(10)上。
