本发明公开了一种振动烧罐倾翻机,它由机架、倾翻框架、提升油缸、提升架、振动电机、气囊式夹具、振动台、隔振弹簧、倾翻油缸组成,振动台安装在机架上,振动电机与气囊式夹具安装在振动台上,隔振弹簧安装在振动台与机架之间;倾翻油缸安装在机架上,其驱动杆与倾翻框架相连;提升架与提升油缸安装在倾翻框架上;在振动台上设有V形槽。本发明具有结构简单,安全、可靠性强、操作方便,对环境污染小等优点。

振动烧罐倾翻机
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种生产高功率石墨化电极的焙烧装卸系统中使用的烧罐倾翻机,特别是一种振动烧罐倾翻机。
背景技术:
目前,在石墨化电极焙烧装卸系统中要将焙烧后的电极从烧罐中分离,通常采用吊车式机械手臂将整个烧罐倾翻,使烧罐内的电极与填充物(石英砂)随着烧罐的倾翻而被倒出。由于烧罐的规格(直径×长度)从φ650mm×3100mm(2000kg)~φ900mm×3500mm(4300kg)不等,其不但很长而且很重,对机械手臂的强度和灵活性的要求特别高,操作不方便,工作不可靠,而且存在较大的安全隐患,并且这种直接倾倒的形式很难将焙烧后粘结得比较牢的填充物从烧罐中分离,增加了下一工序的工作负担,同时要将电极完全从烧罐中倒出,须用吊车拖着烧罐行走一定的距离,这样造成填充物不易收集,收尘困难,环境污染严重。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种安全、可靠性强、操作方便、能使烧罐与电极及填充物完全分离、易于收集填充物和收尘、对环境污染小且结构简单的振动烧罐倾翻机,以克服上述
现有技术存在的不足。
本发明是这样实现的:它由机架(8)、倾翻框架(1)、提升油缸(2)、提升架(3)、振动电机(4)、气囊式夹具(5)、振动台(6)、隔振弹簧(7)、倾翻油缸(9)组成,振动台(6)安装在机架(8)上,振动电机(4)与气囊式夹具(5)安装在振动台(6)上,隔振弹簧(7)安装在振动台(6)与机架(8)之间;倾翻油缸(9)安装在机架(8)上,其驱动杆与倾翻框架(1)相连;提升架(3)与提升油缸(2)安装在倾翻框架(1)上;在振动台(6)上设有V形槽(12)。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明通过振动来实现烧罐与电极及填充物的完全分离,填充物在下一工序进行集中收集和收尘,它结构简单,安全、可靠性强、操作方便且对环境污染小,因此本发明与现有技术相比其具有结构简单,安全、可靠性强、操作方便,对环境污染小的优点。

具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:如附图1所示,将振动台(6)安装在机架(8)上,将振动电机(4)与气囊式夹具(5)安装在振动台(6)上,并在振动台(6)与机架(8)之间安装上6~8组隔振弹簧(7),然后将倾翻油缸(9)安装在机架(8)上,并将其驱动杆与倾翻框架(1)相连,最后将提升架(3)与提升油缸(2)安装在倾翻框架(1)上即可。其中倾翻油缸(9)用来驱动倾翻框架(1)的上升和下降,提升油缸(2)实现提升架(3)与烧罐(11)的分离,气囊式夹具(5)用来将烧罐(11)夹紧与振动台(6)成一体。
在使用时,通过链式输送机(10)输送来的烧罐(11)靠在倾翻框架(1)的V形槽上,然后倾翻框架(1)在倾翻油缸(9)的作用下倾翻,同时提升架(3)将烧罐(11)从链式输送机(10)上提取下来,随着倾翻框架(1)一起倾翻到水平位置,此时提升架(3)在提升油缸(2)的作用下向下旋转,直至完全脱离烧罐(11),以防止烧罐(11)振动时冲击提升架(3),然后倾翻框架(1)在倾翻油缸(9)的作用下继续下降,在此过程中烧罐(11)将会自动从倾翻框架(1)的V形槽上平稳过渡到到振动台(6)的V形槽(12)上,倾翻框架(1)下降到终位后停止,此时倾翻框架(1),倾翻油缸(9)及提升架(3)与振动台(6)和烧罐(11)不接触,以免振动时随着振动台(6)一起振动。然后振动台(6)上的气囊式夹具(5)关闭,将烧罐(11)夹紧与振动台(6)成为一体,夹紧到位后,振动台(6)在振动电机(4)的驱动下开始振动,使得电极和填充物从烧罐(11)里被振出,并送至下一工序。振动台(6)的激振力由振动电机(4)来提供,振动台(6)与机架(8)通过隔振弹簧(7)进行隔振。当振动完毕,气囊式夹具(5)打开,倾翻框架(1)上升,当上升到低于水平位置的某一个角度时,将自动从振动台(6)的V形槽(12)上提取烧罐(11),当上升到水平位置时,提升架(3)旋转回到原位,然后倾翻框架(1)继续上升直至垂直位置,此时烧罐(11)被放在链式输送机(10)上,随即被送走,即完成一个周期,全部动作均由设置在设备上的感应器联锁控制。

1、一种振动烧罐倾翻机,其特征在于:它由机架(8)、倾翻框架(1)、提升油缸(2)、提升架(3)、振动电机(4)、气囊式夹具(5)、振动台(6)、隔振弹簧(7)、倾翻油缸(9)组成,振动台(6)安装在机架(8)上,振动电机(4)与气囊式夹具(5)安装在振动台(6)上,隔振弹簧(7)安装在振动台(6)与机架(8)之间;倾翻油缸(9)安装在机架(8)上,其驱动杆与倾翻框架(1)相连;提升架(3)与提升油缸(2)安装在倾翻框架(1)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的振动烧罐倾翻机,其特征在于:在振动台(6)上设有V形槽(12)。
