Abstract
一种可由运动员、工人以及上了年纪或体弱的人使用的可穿戴服装,包括易于操作的手动互连设备,使得穿戴该服装的使用者只要联接一连接器就能操作该互连设备,该连接器依次由联接到电源或外部电子设备。通过使用者的可松开锁定动作,该联接器电联接至该互连设备,该互连设备联接到集成在服装内的编织电路,使得锁定动作的实施将相关的辅助设备如电源或电子设备启动。
Description
本发明涉及一种互连系统,该互连系统允许将电子设备或电源连接到嵌在服装内的编织电路。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种电互连系统,该电互连系统在最方便于穿戴者接近的一个或多个位置中具有合并到服装内的电互连设备。
用在衣服内的集成电开关通常是被缝制、胶合或以其它方式安装在使用标准“现货”电子元件的衣服上,相信这在本领域中是熟知的。然而,就当前的发明人所知,在可穿戴的电子应用中,现有技术中的设备没有处理这样的问题,即确保简单且直观的电连接器以致其被广泛使用。
因此,本发明涉及服装电连接器,该服装电连接器可以以简单、直观、可靠且便宜的实施来实现。而且,本发明便于以尽可能接近于服装工业中所使用的制造技术来制造这些连接器,以便在服装制造工业内获得广泛认同。
本发明公开了一种具有电互连系统的可穿戴服装,该服装包括钮扣孔和连接器,该钮扣孔具有至少一个安装在服装主体上的导电外边缘,该连接器可拆卸地联接到该钮扣孔的导电区域,以便联接外部电子设备或电源。本发明的电互连系统包括钮扣孔,该钮扣孔可以用传统的锁眼机轻松制成。该钮扣孔电联接到集成在服装材料中的编织电路上。
按照本发明的一个方面,具有所需形式和功能的服装可以以传统的方式使用容易买到的织物和材料来构造,而且该电互联系统最好是设在钮扣孔内,以允许人能容易地手动启动。必要的连接缆或连接线可以从该互连系统延伸到嵌在服装材料内的电子设备或延伸到外部电源。
按照本发明的另一方面,具有至少一个导电外边缘的钮扣附着在第一服装层,该导电外边缘又电联接到集成在该服装材料中的第一编织电路。该钮扣可松开地联接到具有至少一个导电外边缘的钮扣孔,该导电外边缘联接到集成在第二服装层中的第二编织电路,使得各个层的第一和第二编织电路可以电联接在一起。
图1示出了按照本发明的电互连系统的实施例。
图2示出了按照本发明第一实施例的图1的电互联系统。

在下文的说明中,为了解释而非限制的目的提出了诸如特定的构造、接口和技术等具体细节,以便提供对本发明的彻底理解。为了简单和清楚而省略了公知的设备、电路和方法的详细说明,以防止不必要的细节混淆本发明的说明。
现在参见附图中的图1,按照本发明的可穿戴服装2包括电互连设备12和连接器16。该连接器16包括从互连设备12延伸出来的电缆,该电缆联接至电源或其它外部电子设备。在图1所示的实施例中,该可穿戴服装2为传统的无袖上衣,尽管容易理解,该上衣例如也可选择成是长袖、短袖、背心或夹克。另外,服装2的材料可以是天然的或者合成的,而且用这些材料形成的织物可以是织造的或者是以任何公知方式片状成形的。
参见图2,该服装2的一侧具有电互连系统12,该电互连系统12包括由外环11限定的开口10,该外环11在其两个端部处具有一个或多个导电区域11a。为织物提供开孔10是技术人员所熟知的,变化的只是这种附加物的细节上。外环11电联接至编织电路4的导电路径上,该导电路径具有环路的形式,以便接纳辅助设备或以其它方式将辅助设备接合到该互连系统12,该辅助设备诸如是外部心脏监视设备、外部去颤器或其它电子设备。或者是,这些辅助设备或其它电子设备可以集成在服装2内并且与该互连系统12一起用来以任何公知方式传输所需信号或电力。
参见图3,如上文所述的允许连接电源或外部电子设备的连接器16包括钮扣连接器40,该钮扣连接器40具有一个或多个导电表面40a,该导电表面40a可以电联接至外环11的导电区域11a来传输信号或电力。如图所示,该钮扣连接器40的形状适于与相应的导电区域彼此可松开地物理连接且电连接。相应地,穿戴者容易通过只用一只手将该钮扣连接器40安装到适当的服装开口中而接合辅助设备。本领域的技术人员容易理解,在本发明的这个实施例中,从钮扣连接器40延伸出来的任何连接电缆16都可以毫不困难地联接至辅助设备,这些辅助设备诸如是蜂窝式电话、收音机、寻呼机、GPS设备、个人通信助理或者其它信号发射器或双工交互系统,这些辅助设备可以携带在穿戴者人身的任何位置。图4示出了按照本发明另一个实施例的电互连系统12。如图所示,服装2的一侧具有带有一个或多个导电区域20a的钮扣部件20。该钮扣部件20的导电区域20a电联接至编制电路4的导电路径。注意到,在由普通服装材料制成的服装2上处于正确位置的钮扣部件20易于使用熟知的缝制技术和或其它织物连接技术来完成。该服装的材料可以是天然的或者是合成的,用这些材料形成的织物可以是织造的或者是以任何公知方式片状成形的。
参见图5,可以由穿戴者用可松开的锁定动作将该钮扣部件20与外环11a连接在一起。在该实施例中,穿戴者只要通过将服装2的第一层上的钮扣连接器20紧固到服装2的第二层上的外环12上就能容易地将该互连系统12接合。连接到一起的这两层在形成互连系统12的区域可制成是耐水的或防水的,以提供附加的保护。
应当注意,联接到钮扣连接器20的编织电路4的导电路径可以为环路的形式,以便接纳辅助设备或以其它方式将辅助设备接合到该互连系统12,该辅助设备诸如是心脏监视设备、去颤器以及其它电子设备,这些设备可以集成在服装2内并且与该互连系统12一起用来以任何公知方式发射所需信号或电力。
尽管已经图示出并描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域的技术人员将会理解,在不偏离本发明的真正范围的情况下可以作出各种变化和变型,并且用等价物来替换其元件。例如,尽管为了说明性的目的而示出了椭圆形的互连系统,但是可以理解,本发明能支撑其它的形状。这样,附图中的互连系统形状不应该对本发明的范围加以限制。因而,目的是不将本发明限制为作为实现本发明的最佳模式的特定实施例,而是本发明包括落入所附权利要求书范围内的所有实施例。
Claims (12)
1.一种互连装置,包括:
具有主体结构的可穿戴服装(2);和
至少一个互连元件(12),该互连元件(12)具有至少一个导电接触部(11a)和一开口(10),所述互连元件(12)联接至集成在所述服装(2)内的编织电路(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的互连装置,还包括连接器(40),该连接器(40)具有至少一个导电接触部(40a),所述连接器可松开地联结至所述互连元件(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的互连装置,其中,所述连接器还包括从其延伸出来的电缆(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的互连装置,其中,所述电缆(16)用作到电子设备(14)的联接器。
5.根据权利要求3所述的互连装置,其中,所述电缆(16)用作到电源(14)的联接器。
6.根据权利要求2所述的互连装置,其中,所述互连设备(12)安装在所述服装(2)的外表面上,以便接合和支撑发射电子信号的辅助单元。
7.一种互连装置,包括:
具有主体结构的可穿戴服装(2);和
至少一个互连元件(12),该互连元件(12)具有至少一个联接到第一编织电路(4)的导电接触部(12a),该第一编织电路(4)集成在所述服装(2)的第一层内;和
连接元件(20),该连接元件(20)具有至少一个联接到第二编织电路(4)的导电接触部(20a),该第二编织电路(4)集成在所述服装(2)的第二层内,
其中,所述互连元件(12)借助可松开的锁定动作接合该连接元件,使得相应的导电接触部(12a、20a)形成电接触。
8.根据权利要求7所述的互连装置,其中,所述第一和第二编织电路(4)联接到信号设备(14)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的互连装置,其中,所述第一和第二编织电路(4)联接到集成在所述服装的主体结构内的电子设备。
10.根据权利要求6所述的互连装置,其中,所述连接器(20)是钮扣。
11.一种允许人方便地启动电子设备的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
在可穿戴服装(2)内附着至少一个编织电路(4);
将具有至少一个导电接触部(12a)的互连设备(12)安装到所述可穿戴服装;
让所述人穿戴上所述可穿戴服装(2);和
选择性地将具有至少一个导电接触部(20a,40a)的连接器(20,40)联接到所述互连设备(12),以便用作到电子设备(14)或电源的联接器。
12.一种允许人方便地启动电子设备的方法,所述方法包括步骤:
在可穿戴服装(2)的第一层和第二层中附着至少一个编织电路(4);
将具有至少一个导电接触部(12a,20a)的互连设备(12,20)安装到所述可穿戴服装(2)的第一层;
将具有至少一个导电接触部(20a,40a)的连接器(20,40)安装到所述可穿戴服装(2)的第二层;
让所述人穿戴上所述可穿戴服装(2);和
通过将所述连接器(20,40)接合到所述互连设备(12)而将所述可穿戴服装(2)的两层封闭,使得相应的导电接触部(12a,20a,40a)形成电接触。
