本发明公开了一种胶体磨,它广泛应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,在机体内腔轴孔处增设有防漏管成整体,防漏管平口稍高出料口,主轴从机体防漏管(轴孔)穿过,主轴的轴头上设置动磨体,动磨体与设置在机体上的静磨体相匹配,其静磨体上面增设有圆形的钢珠槽与调节环上面增设有圆形钢珠槽,槽中放满钢珠,静磨体和上面调节环、调节盖相匹配,料斗安装在调节盖上,其料斗的进料口主轴上设置有多叶片的搅拌进料器,本发明的最大优点是在长期高速运转下不易发生空转,防止损坏机体发生渗漏,而且减轻电机负力,调控准确稳定、轻松灵活、结构简单。

本发明涉及一种用于食品、医药、化工等物料湿式粉碎研磨胶体磨,尤其是机体内腔轴孔处增设防漏管成整体。
技术背景
目前,公知的胶体磨结构一般由电机、主轴、机体、静磨体、动磨体、料斗、V形搅拌刀片等构成,电机与机体配套,机体上设置有静磨体、料斗,动磨体设置在电机轴上,并与静磨体相匹配,其主轴上采用机械密封,调节环加铜片,进料口主轴头设有搅拌V形刀片,其主轴采用机械密封最大缺点是进料口搅拌V形刀片短,遇到高粘度块料会堵塞进料口,容易发生空转,使主轴机械密封温度迅速升高,轻时损坏密封造成渗漏,严重时会烧坏电机,而且调节环调节控制不灵活。
发明内容
为了克服现有的胶体磨采用机械密封容易损坏、调节环调节控制不灵活的技术不足,本发明提供一种胶体磨,该胶体磨不仅能消除进料口物料堵塞防止机器空转,而且调节环利用钢珠滚动调节,轻松灵活、调控准确稳定。
本发明的目的是提供一种胶体磨,在机体内腔轴孔处增设防漏管成整体替代机械密封,防漏管平口稍高出料口,在高速运转下物料经过防漏管平口前即转送出料,主轴从机体防漏管(轴孔)穿过,主轴的轴头上设置动磨体,动磨体与设置在机体上的静磨体相匹配,其静磨体上面和调节环上面增设有圆形的钢珠槽,槽中放满钢珠,静磨体和上面调节环、调节盖相匹配,料斗安装在调节盖上,其料斗的进料口主轴上设置有多叶片的搅拌进料器,以达到进料畅通的目的。
本发明的有益效果是在机体内腔轴孔处增设防漏管替代机械密封,其在静磨体上面与调节环上面钢珠槽中填满钢珠,在料斗的进料口处主轴上设置有多叶片的搅拌进料器,清除进料堵塞,使高速运转下不易发生空转,防止损坏机体发生渗漏,而且减轻电机负力,调节准确稳定轻松灵活、结构简单。

在图中,电机(11)下面配置有脚架(12),上面主轴(22)处配有轴承(26)用端盖(25)盖住,端盖(25)主轴孔处凸形上配置有油封(24)防止防漏管(20)渗水,以确保不渗漏,其端盖(25)上设置有机体(19),机体(19)内腔轴孔处增设有防漏管与机体(19)成整体,以替代机械密封,防漏管平口稍高出出料口(9),主轴(22)从机体(19)、防漏管(20)[轴孔]穿过,主轴(22)的轴头上设置有动磨体(15),动磨体(15)与设置在机体上的静磨体(16)相匹配,其机体(19)上设置有静磨体(16)静磨体冷却道(17)与机体(19)连接配合,在调节环(7)外沿还设置有调节定位手柄(6),调节环(7)上面配上调节盖(4),调节盖(4)上面中心位置设有料斗(1),料斗(1)进料口处的主轴(22)轴头上配有多叶片搅拌进料器(2),消除进料堵塞,使进料口、出料口(9)畅通,使用时,先松开调节定位手柄(6)运转刻度调节环(7),调节环(7)随着静磨体(16)与调节环上的钢珠槽中的钢珠(5)滚动,轻松灵活调节静磨体(16)和动磨体(15)之间的间距,以控制稳定原料细度,调节好后,再用调节定位手柄(6)旋紧固定,使原料细度长期稳定在理想适度的范围内。

1、一种胶体磨,包括电机、主轴、静磨体、动磨体、料斗,在电机上设置有机体、静磨体、动磨体固定在主轴的轴尖上,其特征是在机体内腔轴孔处增设有防漏管成整体,防漏管平口稍高出料口,静磨体、调节环上面增设有圆形的钢珠槽、槽中放满钢珠,静磨体和上面调节环、调节盖相匹配,料斗安装在调节盖上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的胶体磨,其特征在于料斗的进料口处主轴上设置有多叶片的搅拌进料器。
3、根据权利要求1所述的胶体磨,其特征在于端盖主轴孔处凸形上配置有油封。
