Abstract
本发明公开了属于移动通信终端零部件范围的一种移动通信终端的防短路电源端子。设置于电池容纳槽的下部并与电池进行接触的电源端子的移动通信终端中,其电源端子包含有:构成外形的软质弹性体;安装在软质弹性体的内部并可导电的导电性材料构成的引线。安装在终端本体的金属端子的接点部,因此由于本身具有减震作用并能够吸收振动和冲击的橡胶材料结构,此外,接点部的中心还插入有可导电的引线,从而使其结构简单化并提高耐久性的同时,还可有效防止线路的短路现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于移动通信终端零部件范围,具体地说,本发明涉及一种与移动通信终端的电池相连接,为终端本体供给电源的移动通信终端的防短路电源端子。
背景技术
图1是对现有移动通信终端的电池进行分离后的背面结构立体图,图2是图1中“II-II”线的截面图,图3(a)为现有移动通信终端的电源供给端子与电池的分离结构立体图和图3(b)是现有移动通信终端的电源供给端子与电池的结合结构立体图。
如图所示,现有移动通信终端,其结构包括:本体部100;能够相对本体部100进行旋转的翻盖部200。
在本体部100的背面,设有可拆装设置并用于供给电源的电池110,以及用于安装上述电池的电池容纳槽120;在上述本体部的上端一侧,设有用于收发电波的天线130,在上述本体部的内部空间,则设置了安装有印刷电路板接点部141并执行电子控制作用的印刷电路板140。在与电池容纳槽120相连接的上述电池110接触面的下端设置有板状金属端子111,在电池110的上端面的中央设置具有既定深度的结合槽112,使其插入后述的结合凸起122a并使上述电池110与本体部100相结合;在上述电池110的下端面两侧则设置有既定深度凸出形成的固定凸起113,使在上述电池110结合于本体部100时,可将上述电池110的下端固定在上述本体部100中。
上述金属端子111最好是由导电性材料构成,并在对应于下述接点部的位置上,与上述接点部123相同的个数安装在上述电池的下端。
上述电池容纳槽120沿着外围设有与上述电池110相对应形状的外廓壁121,从而使上述电池110坚固固定在上述本体部100。上述外壳壁121的上端中央设有结合构件122,上述结合构件122的一侧插入于上述结合槽112,另一侧则向外部露出。上述外壳壁121的下端两侧设有既定长度凹陷形成的固定槽121a,上述固定槽121a中插入上述电池110的固定凸起113,用于固定上述电池110的下端。上述电池容纳槽120的下部两侧,在上述电池110的金属端子111相对应的位置,设置有与上述金属端子111相同个数的接点部123。
为使电池110装卸于上述本体部100时插入或可脱离上述结合槽112,上述结合构件122通过弹簧(未图示)弹性安装在上述本体部100中。上述接点部123的接点端子123a在上述电池110安装在上述本体部100时,为使接触到上述金属端子111并插入于上述本体部100的内部,其下端接触到弹性弹簧123c并可向上下方弹性运动设置于上述接点端子容纳孔123b中。
上述接点端子123a的下端周围形成有卡块凸起123d,上述卡块凸起123d将接触到沿着上述接点端子容纳孔123b的圆周方向形成的卡块101。上述弹性弹簧123c的下端最好是通过上述印刷电路板接点部141和焊垫123e固定安装。
如图3(a)和(b)所示,下面对具有如上结构的现有技术中移动通信终端的电池110和本体部100的结合动作进行说明。
在将上述电池110结合到本体部100时,上述电池110的下端面两侧形成的固定凸起113插入于上述本体部100的固定槽121a中,从而固定上述电池110的下端。同时,在上述电池110的背面紧贴于上述本体部100时,上述电池110的上端面形成的结合槽112中将插入上述结合构件122的结合凸起122a,从而使上述电池110安装在本体部100的电池容纳槽120中。
此时,上述电池110的金属端子111将上述接点部123的接点端子123a向上述本体部100的内部按压,上述接点部123的接点端子123a则在下端设置的弹性弹簧123c的作用下插入到上述本体部100的内部,从而保持与上述金属端子111的点接触状态并完成结合操作。
上述电池110和本体部100的分离操作与上述结合操作的顺序相反,为使将上述结合构件122的结合凸起122a脱离上述结合槽112中,与上述结合操作不同,用户用手将外部露出的上述结合构件122上后,将上述电池110从上述电池容纳槽120中分离。
如上所述,在现有技术移动通信终端的电源端子中,安装在本体部100的接点端子123a通过弹簧弹性支撑,并与上述电池110中安装的板状金属端子111点接触供给电源。因此,在终端本体受到冲击或振动时,上述本体部100中安装的接点端子123a进行摇动,使上述接点端子123a脱离电池110中安装的板状的金属端子111,从而导致电源将被断开。为使连接上述接点端子123a和上述印刷电路板接点部111而需要使用上述焊垫123e,由此导致其装配操作较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,曲坛在移动通信终端的一定的内部空间设有印刷电路板,其背面设有电池容纳槽的本体部;可装卸容纳在电池容纳槽中,并在与本体部的接触面一侧设有金属端子的电池;设置于电池容纳槽的下部并与电池进行接触的电源端子的移动通信终端中,其特征是上述电源端子包含有:构成外形的软质弹性体;安装在上述软质弹性体的内部并可导电的导电性材料构成的引线。
本发明的有益效果是移动通信终端的本体部中安装的金属端子的接点部由橡胶或硅材料构成,使其自身具有缓冲作用并可吸收振动和冲击。并且,在上述接点部的中心插入可导电的引线,使其结构简单的同时提高耐久性,并可有效防止短路现象。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种移动通信终端的防短路电源端子。下面结合附图予以说明。
图4是对本发明移动通信终端的电池进行分离后的背面结构立体图;图5是图4中“V-V”线的截面图;图6的(a)和(b)是本发明移动通信终端的电源供给端子与电池的不同状态结构截面图。
此外,在上述附图中,对于与现有技术相同的部分将赋予相同的符号,同时为明确本发明的基本技术思想而省去相关的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明中的移动通信终端,其结构包括:本体部100;与本体部100相连接的能够进行相对旋转的翻盖部200。
本体部100包括:电池110,可装卸设置于本体部100的背面并用于供给电源;电池容纳槽120,用于安装电池110并可进行装卸;天线130,安装在本体部100的上端一侧并用于收发电波。
在电池容纳槽120的下部一侧,为了能够向移动通信终端供给电源,设置有长方形的软质弹性体容纳孔23b,并在上述软质弹性体容纳孔23b中安装软质弹性体23a。
在电池110安装在本体部100时,软质弹性体23a受到压力并按压软质弹性体23a的上端面,为使软质弹性体23a的侧面完全接触到软质弹性体容纳孔23b的内壁,使其与电池110的金属端子111保持稳定的接触状态,软质弹性体23a的侧截面成梯形状。同时,为使防止软质弹性体23a脱离本体部100,在软质弹性体23a的下端部形成有卡块凸起23d,使其与沿着上述软质弹性容纳孔23b的周围形成的卡块101相互接触。
为使电池110和印刷电路板140之间进行导电连接并供给电源,上述软质弹性体23a的内部沿着高度方向安装有导电性的引线23c,引线23c的上下端向外部露出,其上端接触到上述金属端子111,下端则接触到印刷电路板接点部141。上述构成软质弹性体23a的材料最好是具有弹性并可自身吸收冲击的硅或橡胶材料。
以下,对于本发明移动通信终端的防短路电源端子与电池之间的结合操作进行详细说明。
如图6(a)所示,在上述软质弹性体23a与电池110的金属端子111接触之前,软质弹性体23a的内部包含有下端接触到印刷电路板接点部141、上端向外部露出的引线23c,软质弹性体23a的侧截面则保持梯形状。
当需要将电池110结合到移动通信终端的本体部100时,首先,将电池110的下端凸出形成的固定凸起113插入于本体部100的外廓壁121下端形成的固定槽121a中,从而固定电池110的下端。接着,将电池110向本体部100的背面倾斜使其逐渐接触,从而使电池容纳槽120的下端安装的软质弹性体23a接触到金属端子111,并使金属端子111逐渐按压软质弹性体23a。
在金属端子111的作用下,软质弹性体23a的上端面处于按压状态,侧面将向前后、左右方向伸长,使其与上述软质弹性体容纳孔23b的内侧壁相互接触,从而软质弹性体23a的高度随之降低。此外,下端接触到印刷电路板接点部141的引线23c,其上端将接触到电池110的金属端子111,从而形成如图6(b)所示的状态。
当电池110从本体部100分离时,电池110的金属端子111将脱离软质弹性体23a。同时,软质弹性体23a由具有弹性的橡胶或硅材料构成,因此在脱离操作后将恢复原有的梯形状。
通过如上所述的方法,本发明中的移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,即便移动通信终端受到冲击,其材料本身起到抑制冲击或振动的缓冲作用,使可保持与电池110的金属端子111的稳定接触,从而防止电源被断开的现象。为使在本体部100中安装电源端子,现有技术中的电源端子需要经过焊接操作,但是在本发明移动通信终端的防短路电源端子中,只需将软质弹性体23a插入于本体部100中形成的软质弹性体容纳孔23b即可完成安装操作,从而达到简化装配操作的目的。
Claims (4)
1.一种移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,针对包含有:在一定的内部空间设有印刷电路板,其背面设有电池容纳槽的本体部;可装卸容纳在电池容纳槽中,并在与本体部的接触面一侧设有金属端子的电池;设置于电池容纳槽的下部并与电池进行接触的电源端子的移动通信终端中,其特征是电源端子包含有:
构成外形的软质弹性体;
安装在软质弹性体的内部并可导电的导电性材料构成的引线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,其特征是:软质弹性体由橡胶或硅材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,其特征是:引线沿着高度方向安装在软质弹性体的内部,其上下端各露出于软质弹性体上下端面的外部,使引线的上端接触到金属端子,下端则接触到印刷电路板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动通信终端的防短路电源端子,其特征是:软质弹性体的截面成梯形状,使在接触到电池的金属端子时,将保持稳定的接触状态。
