Abstract

本发明涉及把液晶显示器的后置灯的反射板安装在液晶单元的内侧时所用的夹子的改良。其目的是使夹子本身具有后置灯的光不会从配置在后置灯反射板的安装用框板上的夹子安装孔中泄露出去的结构。以从支撑板的内侧面突出出来的形状配备具有卡合部的脚部而成的夹子,将具有卡合部的脚部从液晶单元侧被推入设在液晶单元的内侧的框板上所形成的安装孔、和设在框板的表面上的后置灯的光的反射板上所形成的贯通孔,利用暂时弹性变形后被推到极限位置的反弹,使该卡合部与安装孔卡合。脚部的基部一体连接在具有把在支撑板的内侧面上所形成的安装孔可大体堵塞住的尺寸的隆起部上。

本发明涉及把液晶显示器的后置灯的反射板安装在液晶单元的内侧时所用的夹子的改良。
背景技术
在液晶显示器中,诸如液晶电视机等,一般来说,在液晶单元L的内侧配置有后置灯K,此后置灯K的光c可以透过此液晶单元L。在此后置灯K的后方,还配置有反射板R(一般为白色的板状体),同时,此反射板R通过夹子C′被安装机在架板F(一板为金属板)上。(参照图8)
该夹子C′是,当夹子C′上的具备卡合部111的脚部110从液晶单元L侧被推入所述框板F上所形成的安装孔Fa、和设在框板F的表面上的反射板R上所形成的贯通孔Ra中时,暂时发生弹性变形后再被推入到达反弹位置发生反弹,由此该卡合部111与安装孔Fa相卡合,该脚部110具有从支撑板100的内侧面突出出来的形状。
然而,由于图8所示的以往的夹子C′是在支撑板100的内侧面上,一体连接比安装孔Fa的孔径还细的脚部110的基部112而构成,因此,透过了支撑板100的后置灯K的光c通过所述贯通孔Ra和安装孔Fa向后方泄露出去。(图8)当光c这样泄露出去时,通过形成于液晶显示器的箱体背部P上的通气孔Pa等在其后方的壁H的表面等处生成了不需要的光点等,所以,以往技术中,在框板F的内侧面上还要再贴上无纺布等的遮光片S,以防止光从所述安装孔Fa泄露出去。(图9)
发明内容
本发明要解决的主要的问题点是,对于此种夹子来说,使该夹子本身具有后置灯的光不会从后置灯的反射板的安装用框板上所设置的夹子安装孔中泄露出去的结构。
为了解决所述课题,本发明中的夹子,以从支撑板的内侧面突出出来的形状配备具有卡合部的脚部而成,当夹子上的具有卡合部的脚部从液晶单元侧被推入构成液晶显示器的液晶单元的内侧所设置的框板上所形成的安装孔、和此框板的表面上所设置的后置灯的光的反射板上所形成的贯通孔中时,利用暂时弹性变形后推到极限位置的反弹,将该卡合部与安装孔相卡合,
使所述脚部的基部一体连接在具备将支撑板的内侧面上所形成的安装孔可大体堵塞住的尺寸的隆起部上。
根据该结构,在使贯通孔和安装孔连通的状态下,通过将脚部从液晶单元侧推入这些孔内,将反射板和框板夹在支撑板和卡合部之间,通过夹子的一次操作便可以把反射板安装在此框板上。虽然该脚部为可以被推入安装孔的厚度,但由于隆起部具有把此安装孔可大体塞住的尺寸,所以对于透过了支撑板的后置灯的光通过贯通孔和安装孔向后方泄露出去情况,通过夹子本身就可以尽可能不使其出现。
所述隆起部的结构是具有通过反射板的贯通孔后使其一部分塞在框板的安装孔内的厚壁。
在这种情况下,使隆起部的壁尽可能地厚,就可以使透过了支撑板的光尽可能地首先不从此隆起部透过。
在所述隆起部的厚壁内,或者在位于隆起部的前方的支撑板的厚壁内,形成有减轻重量孔状部,同时,
在该减轻重量孔状部的孔内表面上还附有褶皱。
在这种情况下,能够利用减轻重量孔状部的孔内表面,使从前方透过并射入到减轻重量孔状部内的光发生乱反射使其扩散,由此,可以使后置灯的光尽可能地首先不从所述的隆起部透过。
根据此发明,通过夹子本身可以做到,使该后置灯的光不会通过用于安装液晶单元所用后置灯的反射板的框板上所设置的该夹子的安装孔,向后方泄露出去。

以下,根据图1至图7,对用于实施本发明的优选实施方式进行说明。
在此,图1至图5分别表示本实施方式的夹子C,并且,图6是这种夹子C特别是脚部的放大图。还有,图7表示的是这种夹子C的使用状态。
本实施方式的夹子C是在把液晶显示器的后置灯K的反射板R安装在液晶单元L的内侧时所使用的夹子。
这种夹子C具有支撑板1、和位于该支撑板1的内侧面1a上从该内侧面1a突出出来的脚部2。在这种脚部2上具有卡合部2b,该的卡合部2b当脚部2从液晶单元L侧被推入构成液晶显示器的液晶单元L的内侧所设置的框板F上所形成的安装孔Fa、和此框板F的表面上所设置的后置灯K的光c的反射板R上所形成的贯通孔Ra中时,利用暂时弹性变形后的在极限位置的反弹,而卡在安装孔Fa中。如此的反射板R一般成白色,并且,这种夹子C也一般成白色。
即,这种夹子C的用处是,在使所述安装孔Fa与贯通孔Ra连通的状态下,通过将脚部2推入这些孔内,直至支撑板1的内侧面1a与反射板R的表面Rb相接的位置,在该支撑板1和脚部2的卡合部2b之间夹持着反射板R和框板F,反射板R通过夹子C被安装到该框板F上。
