减震节能系列墙体,属建筑行业,墙体改革技术领域,系混泥土浇制的一层及一层以上连续筒体墙,(附图)。
减震节能系列墙体,异于传统的砖石墙、空斗墙、多孔砖墙、混泥土砌块墙、现浇大板墙、钢筋混泥土肋形、槽板墙、盒子房建筑、加拿大皇家建筑及其它两层皮等墙体。
减震节能系列墙体,适用于民用单层及多层建筑,尤其适合对建筑墙体性能有特殊要求的业主
减震节能系列墙体优点:
普及型:防震、防臃(节地)、防热(夏凉)、防寒(冬暖)、防噪。
提高型:防闷,(除常规水平穿堂风外,不敷设其他管路,利用墙体空腔,多一套垂直通风通道)、防雷、防火。(兼普及型性能)
技术特征:
1、可在墙体空腔内,密闭循环冷热水,调节室温,充分利用不可再生资源;
2、连续筒体墙,力学性能优异,进深开间不受限制,墙与柱、圈梁、楼板可互锚,整体抗震性能好;
3、能利用部分工业或建筑废渣料,墙体空心率可达35%以上;
4、不需重型装运设备;
5、强弱电线,给排水管,天然气管及垂直通排风道等,可引入墙内;
6、可扩展新的产业链,如风能、太阳能、水收集处理等,凡近溪、河、湖(人工湖),地热温泉,钢铁、发电厂热余水,防空洞室冷气等地,其节电、节能效果越益显着。
