Abstract
本实用新型是一种工厂化生产环保节能型房屋的房顶,钢梁(1)的外侧面连接有蒸压轻质加气混凝土板(2),蒸压轻质加气混凝土板(2)的外侧面设置有岩棉板层(3),岩棉板层(3)的外侧面有一层水泥保护层(4),水泥保护层(4)的外侧面有一层防水卷材(5),在防水卷材(5)外侧面设置有光伏板固定支架(6),并在光伏板固定支架(6)上安装有光伏板(7)。能够实现工厂化生产、现场组装,不产生建筑垃圾,完全替代了传统瓦片。具有明显优于现有建筑房屋房顶的防水、抗风、防辐射、防潮、隔音、隔热、保温、耐火效果。最大限度地利用了房顶表面积发电,达到了最大限度利用清洁能源的目的,大幅度提高了整个房屋的整体节能指标。

[0004] 现有的居住型建筑房屋多采用钢筋混凝土结构,建好框架后做防水处理、外墙装饰铺设和室内装修,并在符合条件的建筑物屋顶或者窗外悬挂太阳能板用于加热室内用水。其主要缺点是:第一、建筑施工程序复杂,劳动量大,工期长,并且产生大量建筑垃圾。第二、抗震、抗风、防水、隔音、防辐射、保温效果难于达到理想状态。第三、太阳能利用率低,节能效果不明显。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型旨在提供一种工厂化生产环保节能型房屋的房顶,用以克服现有建筑房屋的缺陷,所要解决的技术问题是,房顶以钢构为骨架工厂化组装而成,并且所述房顶外侧面整面带有光伏板,达到节能、环保、施工简便的目的。

[0010] 本实用新型的积极效果在于:第一、房顶主体骨架采用钢结构,并利用蒸压轻质加气混凝土板作为屋面板,能够采用组装式建造,具有安装快捷,省工省时的突出特点,并且能够实现工厂化生产、现场组装,不产生建筑垃圾,完全替代了传统瓦片,从而节省了瓦片生产成本和场地费用。经检测,本实用新型具有明显优于现有建筑房屋房顶的防水、抗风、防辐射、防潮、隔音、隔热、保温效果,耐火等级达到A级。特别适合于城区改造,新农村建设,丘陵地带房屋建设,多雨、强风地带、地震多发带房屋建设中使用。第二、采用了太阳能发电集成一体化方案,光伏板固定支架与房顶一体化,美观大方,最大限度地利用了房顶表面积发电,达到了最大限度利用清洁能源的目的,大幅度提高了整个房屋的整体节能指标。

[0017] 本实用新型所用的蒸压轻质加气混凝土板为以水泥、石灰、砂为主要原料按标准制作的高性能蒸压轻质加气混凝土板材,具有轻质、高强、耐火、隔热、防水、隔音、无放射性、精度高、施工安装便捷、抗震性好等特点。要求其主要性能指标符合以下要求:干体积密度≤520kg/m3,立方体抗压强度≥4.0MPa,干导热系数≥0.13ff/m.K,干燥收缩率≥0.3mm/m,软化系数> 0.85,抗冲击性≥5次,单点吊挂力> 1200N。耐冻性(冻融100次):质量损失≥1.5%,冻后强度≥3.5 MPa。

1.工厂化生产环保节能型房屋的房顶,包括钢梁(I),其特征在于:钢梁(I)的外侧面连接有蒸压轻质加气混凝土板(2),蒸压轻质加气混凝土板(2)的外侧面设置有岩棉板层(3),岩棉板层(3)的外侧面有一层水泥保护层(4),水泥保护层(4)的外侧面有一层防水卷材(5),在防水卷材(5)外侧面设置有光伏板固定支架(6),并在所述光伏板固定支架(6)上安装有光伏板(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的工厂化生产环保节能型房屋的房顶,其特征在于:还包括外端与所述光伏板固定支架(6)相连接的连接螺栓(8),连接螺栓(8)依次穿过所述防水卷材(5)、水泥保护层(4)、岩棉板层(3)和蒸压轻质加气混凝土板(2)并且内端与钢梁(I)固定连接。
