Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于碾压行车路段的机器。
背景技术
WO 93/08003公开了一种碾压建筑物内部的地板区域以实现平整目的的机器,在该机器中设置有检测地面高度的装置,该检测装置包括机器上的激光接收器,该激光接收器校核表示基准高度的外部激光束并且替换所使用的基准线。根据该文件所述,该机器后轮的高度可被调整,因此碾压深度被保持在预定的级别上。
而且,DE 196 32 456 C1公开一种自推进的,即不需要驾驶员的,用于刮整诸如网球沙场或者类似的人工场地的机器,其中该机器用于根据位于场地上的标记确定位置并由此进行控制,在该机器中使用了激光扫描器,该扫描器按照要求根据水平面上的标记扫描该机器前方行进方向上的区域,如果在其前进路径中检测到诸如人或者较大物体等的没有预计的物体时该扫描器使该机器停止移动。
在用于碾压行车路段也称为“道路地段”的机器中,已公知使用高度调节方法从而通过调节底盘相对于将要碾压的行车路段的高度而设定并保持用于碾压机构的特定碾压深度。
此外,在使用碾压行车路段的机器时,存在下述问题,即行人会进入机器侧面的危险区域,尤其是道路边缘,而机器的驾驶员不会注意到他们。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于碾压行车路段的机器,在该机器中可用简单的方式对该机器的危险区域进行监控并对高度进行调节。
该目的是根据权利要求1的特征得以实现的。
因此,本发明提供一种用于碾压行车路段的具有垂直方向上可调整底盘的机器,该底盘承载可操纵的行进机构和驱动单元,用于移动该机器并且驱的机器,该底盘承载可操纵的行进机构和驱动单元,用于移动该机器并且驱动连接于所述驱动单元的碾压机构,激光扫描器装接于该底盘的至少一侧上,该底盘相对于将要碾压的行车路段的表面的高度可使用该激光扫描器进行测量,并且该底盘可根据相对于将要进行碾压的所述行车路段的表面的测量值进行垂直设定,该激光扫描器装接于该底盘的侧壁区域的中心处,其扫描平面基本上平行于该底盘的侧壁区域并且其高度允许对至少延伸过所述机器侧面长度的危险区域进行监控,并且如果在所述扫描平面上出现扰动时产生触发信号。采用这种方式,该激光扫描器可以较低的成本执行双重的功能,除了高度调节外,还可对所述危险区域进行监控。

具体实施方式
所示的用于碾压行车路段的机器包括底盘1,该底盘以垂直方向上可调整的方式相对于行进机构2进行布置,该行进机构经由诸如安装于底盘1中的柴油发动机的驱动单元3进行驱动。碾压机构4装接于底盘1的下方,该碾压机构可同样经由驱动单元3驱动并包括与碾压位5相配合的碾压滚筒6。
底盘1相对于将要进行碾压的行车路段7的高度经由激光扫描器8进行测量。该激光扫描器8位于侧壁9上的底盘1的顶部侧壁区域的中心处,其扫描平面基本上平行于侧壁9。激光扫描器一般都具有至少是几乎180°的角度扫描范围,从而使位于底盘1的侧壁9前方的限定危险区域10由该激光扫描器8进行扫描。因此,该激光扫描器8首先扫描距离行车路段7的距离d,底盘1根据该测量值按照相对于将要碾压的行车路段7的表面垂直的箭头H进行调节,从而设定碾压深度t,然后该扫描器对侧壁9前方的区域进行扫描从而判断是否有物体,诸如人,进入激光扫描幕的限定危险区域10。
不过,该激光扫描器8可检测行车路段7表面外形的相对较大区域,该区域延伸超过危险区域10,扫描区域的平均值经计算以作为高度参考值,从而使用该参考值对较小的局部缺陷或者明显的粗糙区域进行补偿。
当某物体进入危险区域10时,即如果出现由此引起的扰动,那么激光扫描器8将触发信号传输至连接于该激光扫描器8的装置11上从而传送声音和/或光学警告信号,激光扫描器8的该触发信号也优选用于使该机器停止移动。
由于该碾压机构4正常情况下是对准该机器右侧的侧壁9,所以激光扫描器8也可布置于诸如该机器行进方向F上的右手侧。不过,激光扫描器8最好布置于该机器的每侧上。
如果危险区域10可选定为大到足够诸如在前方延伸,那么激光扫描器8也可布置于较深的位置,并且该激光器也需要布置在后部稍稍超过该机器长度的位置上,从而在该机器的最大工作或者行进速度时,行人可根据触发警告信号避开危险区域。在机器较大的情况下,可将该激光扫描器8布置于从机器底部向上大概一半的位置处,以使所述激光扫描器位于所述控制平台的类似阶梯的踏板下方,从而使该激光扫描器8由该踏板进行保护。
用于碾压行车路段7的较小机器常常具有摆动的后轮,从而当后轮摆动时,如附图所示,两个后轮都同轴布置并且碾压滚筒6与其轴位于通过后轮轴的垂直平面中。在这种情况下,可相应地限定所述危险区域10或者该激光扫描器8可布置成以适当的距离突出,从而使后轮的摆动不产生警告信号。

Claims (8)

1、一种用于碾压行车路段(7)的机器,具有垂直方向上可调整的底盘(1),该底盘承载可操纵的行进机构(2)和驱动单元(3),以用于使所述机器移动并且驱动连接于所述驱动单元(3)的碾压机构(4),激光扫描器(8)装接于所述底盘(1)的至少一侧上,所述底盘(1)相对于将要碾压的行车路段(7)的表面的高度可使用所述激光扫描器(8)进行测量,并且所述底盘(1)可根据相对于将要进行碾压的所述行车路段(7)的表面的测量值进行垂直设定,所述激光扫描器(8)装接于所述底盘(1)的侧壁区域的中心处,其扫描平面基本上平行于所述底盘(1)的侧壁区域并且其高度允许对至少延伸过所述机器侧面长度的危险区域进行监控,并且如果在所述扫描平面上出现扰动时所述扫描器产生触发信号。
2、根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述触发信号被输入到用于产生声音和/或光学警告信号的装置(11)中。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的机器,其特征在于,所述触发信号用于立刻停止所述机器。
4、根据权利要求1至3中一项所述的机器,其特征在于,所述激光扫描器(8)装接于所述底盘(1)的顶部侧壁区域的中心处。
5、根据权利要求1至3中一项所述的机器,其特征在于,所述激光扫描器(8)布置于所述底盘(1)的侧壁区域中心处向上大概一半的位置处。
6、根据权利要求5所述的机器,其特征在于,所述激光扫描器(8)装接于所述机器的控制平台的踏板下方处。
7、根据权利要求1至6中一项所述的机器,其特征在于,所述激光扫描器(8)装接于某一高度处,该高度允许将对危险区域的限定延伸超过相对于所述机器前侧的机器侧面长度。
8、根据权利要求7所述的机器,其特征在于,所述危险区域延伸超过相对于所述机器后侧的机器侧面长度。
