Abstract
本发明公开了属于移动通信技术的一种对移动通信终端机内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法。其更新方法包括如下步骤：(1)通过移动通信服务器连接到内容提供服务器的服务器接入步骤；(2)向内容提供服务器实施进行使用权结束基准更新请求的步骤；(3)内容提供服务器下载实施内容使用权结束基准更新的必要数据的步骤；(4)利用更新数据对移动通信终端机所存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的使用权更新步骤。因此在内容使用权快结束或已经结束的情况下，内容使用者也可以对内容使用权结束基准进行更新而重新使用该内容，从而解除了必须下载全部内容的不便，节约了时间与精力，也减轻了移动通信服务器、移动通信基站和内容服务器的负荷。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于移动通信技术，具体地说，本发明是一种对移动通信终端机内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法。
背景技术
现有下载到移动通信终端机中的为使用者所提供的内容多种多样，比如游戏、音乐、铃声、视频画面、电影、免费餐卷、数字彩票等等。其中，这些内容大部分都设定了使用权结束基准，如果到达了移动通信终端机使用者的内容使用权结束基准时间，就将无法继续使用这些内容。另外，如果移动通信终端机的使用者还想继续使用期结束的内容，由于服务商没有提供更新使用权的服务，所以，使用者必须重新下载所述内容并进行使用，这就给使用者带来了许多不便。
为解决所述存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供在移动通信终端机使用者希望继续使用所存储内容的情况下，能够对内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法，从而免除了重新下载的不便，能够对利用移动通信终端机的内容实现使用效果的最大化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对移动通信终端机内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法。其特征在于：其步骤包括：1)通过移动通信服务器连接到内容提供服务器的服务器接入步骤；2)对内容提供服务器实施进行使用权结束基准更新请求的更新请求步骤；3)从内容提供服务器下载实施内容使用权结束基准更新的必要数据的更新数据下载步骤；4)利用更新数据对移动通信终端机所存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的使用权更新步骤。
所述使用权结束基准应当包括内容的可使用期间或者可使用次数中的至少一项。所述使用权结束基准通常由内容提供商在提供服务的同时予以告知，在使用权即将结束的时候，也应当向内容使用者，即移动通信终端机的使用者进行告知。
根据所述步骤，如果移动通信终端机的使用者接入内容提供服务器，提出了更新使用权结束基准的请求，内容提供服务器就会向该移动通信终端机提供更新使用权结束基准的必要数据；移动通信终端机利用所下载的更新使用权结束基准的必要数据，就可以对使用权结束基准进行更新了。因此，使用者就能够实现对使用权结束的内容进行使用权的更新再使用，或者，对使用权即将结束的内容实施使用权结束基准的更新，从而延长使用期间。
此外还应注意，所述使用权结束基准的更新步骤，应当利用所述更新数据，对内容的可使用期间或者次数进行初始化，即，把该内容更新为在最初下载时的期间或者次数。根据所述步骤，就可以把使用权结束的内容更新为最初下载时的可使用期间或者次数，从而实现再次使用。尤其对于那些使用期间或者次数很短的内容，或者是一次性设置的内容，本发明的效果更佳。
本发明的有益效果是在内容使用权快结束或已经结束的情况下，内容使用者也可以对内容使用权结束基准进行更新而重新使用该内容，从而解除了必须下载全部内容的不便；在此过程中所需要传输的数据，也变成了对内容使用权结束基准进行更新的数据，相比于下载全部内容，其数据量得到了大幅度的降低，从而节约了时间与精力，也减轻了移动通信服务器、移动通信基站和内容服务器的负荷。

图3是本发明对内容使用权结束基准进行更新的方法流程图。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了对移动通信终端机内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法。以下，参照附图对本发明的理想实施例进行详细说明。
图1是本发明中内容管理系统的结构图。如图1所示，内容管理系统的结构包括：移动通信终端机1、移动通信服务器5、内容提供服务器3。所述内容提供服务器3应当包括内容数据库，以提供电影、游戏、音乐等内容的下载服务。此外，所述移动通信终端机1和移动通信服务器5还应当包括对移动通信终端机提供的移动通信组件，例如利用能够执行PCS或者CDMA和GSM等移动通信方法的组件，进行无线通信。所述移动通信服务器5和所述内容提供服务器3应当能够执行有线或者无线的通信，以进行数据的传输。
通过所述结构，所述移动通信终端机1的使用者能够利用移动通信组件，与所述移动通信服务器5实施无线通信，与所述内容提供服务器3实施内容下载、内容使用权结束基准的更新请求等功能。
图2是现有技术的内容使用权管理方法流程图。图2所示的内容使用权管理方法，是一种内容使用权的管理方法。即，如果在移动通信终端机中对内容的使用超过了内容使用权所规定的次数，就将结束该内容的使用。但是，在使用权结束基准之内的使用期间等情况下，也可以通过类似的方法来结束使用权。
如图2所示，现有技术的内容管理方法，其步骤特征包括：接入内容服务器下载内容的步骤S200；如果下载内容的内容使用权结束基准在既定次数之内，就对该次数实施设定的步骤S300；移动通信终端机使用者试图使用内容的步骤S400；对该内容使用与否进行判断的步骤S500；如果内容使用权结束基准的次数变为0，就对是否已经结束内容使用权进行判断的步骤S700。在判断所述内容使用与否的步骤S500中，如果结果值为“是”，就进入在内容使用权结束基准的次数中逐次减1的步骤S700；如果结果值为“否”，即没有使用该内容，就进入等待下一次使用的步骤S500。在对所述内容使用权结束与否进行判断的步骤S700中，如果结果值为“是”，就进入结束内容使用权的步骤S800；如果结果值为“否”，就进入等待下一次使用的步骤S500。
所述构成的现有技术，并不能对内容使用权结束基准进行更新，内容使用者如果在超过内容使用权结束基准的次数的情况下，还希望继续使用该内容，就必须重新接入内容服务器，从下载内容的步骤S200开始重新执行，这就给使用带来了许多的不便。这样不仅增加了内容提供商和移动通信服务提供商的服务器负荷，也增加了基站的负荷，很容易造成损害。
图3是本发明对内容使用权结束基准进行更新的方法流程图。图3所示的内容是表示图2中内容使用权结束基准限制为次数的时候的更新方法，即，内容使用权结束基准为使用期间而不是次数的情况下也可以构成与之对应的。
如图3所示，本发明对内容使用权结束基准进行更新的方法，与所述现有技术的相比，在内容使用权结束基准方面还包括了一个判断是否存在更新请求的步骤S900。在所述步骤S900中，如果判断值为“是”，就会进入把内容使用次数增加到初始值5的步骤S300；如果判断值为“否”，就会进入结束内容使用权的步骤S800。
此外，这种判断是否存在使用权结束基准的更新请求的步骤S900，也可以设置在内容使用权限制次数变为0之前的步骤S600之前的步骤中，还可以根据内容使用者的请求，不对内容使用权结束基准进行初始化，而是把它变更为使用者所希望的次数。
另外，所述内容使用的管理方法与使用权结束基准的更新方法，应当在移动通信终端机所提供的程序及移动通信终端机的控制部当中形成；对内容使用权结束基准实施更新的数据，应当从内容提供服务器处进行下载。
根据所述构成，内容使用者可以通过移动通信终端机进行内容的使用，在达到使用权结束基准的情况下，如果还希望继续使用该内容，只需下载更新所述内容使用权结束基准的必要数据即可，然后对内容使用权结束基准进行更新之后，就可以继续使用该内容了。这种方法与下载内容相比，只需以较低的费用和时间就可以重新取得对内容的使用，扩大了使用上的方便性，减轻了移动通信服务器与内容提供服务器的负荷，也减轻了执行移动通信的基站的负荷。
虽然参照附图对本发明的实施例进行了说明，但是附图及说明仅仅是为了更好地理解本发明。本发明的权利范围并不局限于此，本发明的权利范围应当依照发明权利要求范围所叙述的为准。
此外，针对发明权利要求范围的、发明从业人员所自明的改良、变更乃至修正自然也均属于本发明的权利范围。
Claims (3)
1.对移动通信终端机所下载存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法，其特征在于：该方法包括如下步骤：
通过移动通信服务器连接到内容提供服务器的服务器接入步骤；
对所述内容提供服务器实施进行使用权结束基准更新请求的更新请求步骤；
从所述内容提供服务器下载实施内容使用权结束基准更新的必要数据的更新数据下载步骤；
利用所述更新数据对所述移动通信终端机所存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的使用权更新步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述对移动通信终端机所下载存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法，其特征在于：所述使用权结束基准应当包括内容的可使用期间和次数中的至少一个。
3.根据权利要求2所述对移动通信终端机所下载存储内容的使用权结束基准进行更新的方法，其特征在于：在所述使用权结束基准的更新步骤中，利用所述更新数据，对内容的可使用期间或者次数进行初始化，即，把该内容更新为在最初下载时的期间或者次数。
