Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于自动化系统的分配装置,其包括一个分配器和一外壳,该外壳配设有多个电接头,用于连接传感器、执行元件、启动器等,所述电接头分别设计为插头件或插座件,它们可与尤其在一电缆上一相应的插座件或插头件耦合。
背景技术
由现有技术已知这种装置。通常电缆连接到设计为带插座件的分配器的现场总线终端上,所述电缆在其朝向分配器的一端具有一个相应的插头件。所述装置本身证明是有效的。但在极度恶劣的环境条件下,由插头件和插座件组成的耦合出现裂缝或电缆在插头件上的连接区域出现裂缝。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,用简单的装置解决这个问题。
本发明通过按权利要求1所述的对象来达到该目的。
对此,按本发明设置一个可轴向推到由插头件和相应的插座件组成的耦合单元上的保护套管,该保护套管优选在由插头件和相应的插座件组成的单元的整个轴向长度上延伸。
这样,以简单结构的花费确保在分配器上由插座件和插头件组成的耦合特别牢固的保护。
有利的扩展结构由从属权利要求得出。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个用于自动化系统的分配器1,其具有一个外壳2,该外壳设有多个电接头3、4,用于连接传感器、执行元件、启动器等。所述接头3、4通常根据所谓的M-标准设计为M5-接头、M6-接头、M12-接头等。
所述接头3、4分别具有一个插座件5,该插座件以至少一个圆柱形区段6从外壳中突出几毫米,优选为大于3mm。在电缆8的一端上的插头件7可插入到插座件5中。根据所谓的“M-标准”,螺母(在这里未示出)附加地确保插头件和插座件7、5之间的连接。
按图1,为了保护由插头件和插座件7、5组成的耦合,一个由金属制成的牢固的保护套管9轴向地推到这两个元件上,该保护套管具有一内径,该内径与圆柱形区段6的直径这样地相对应,使得在圆柱形区段6上确保一个良好的配合,当保护套管9搭接圆柱形区段6并且-如这里所示-平放在更大直径的另一区段11上或直接平放在外壳2上。
保护套管9的轴向长度在最大地推至分配器1上的状态下这样选择,使得保护套管正好延伸到电缆在插座件7上的套口10,从而电缆8不会被保护套管9的边缘切入。

Claims (6)
1.一种用于自动化系统的分配装置,包括一个分配器(1)和一外壳(2),该外壳配设有多个电接头(3、4),用于连接传感器、执行元件、启动器等,所述电接头分别设计为插头件或插座件(5),它们与在一电缆(8)上一相应的插座件或插头件(7)相耦合,其特征在于,设有一个保护套管(9),它轴向地推到由插头件和相应的插座件(7、5)组成的耦合单元上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的分配装置,其特征在于,所述保护套管(9)在由插头件和相应的插座件(7、5)组成的单元的整个轴向长度上延伸。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的分配装置,其特征在于,所述保护套管(9)具有一个内径,该内径适配于外壳(2)上插座件(5)的从分配器(1)外壳(2)突出的圆柱形区段(6)的直径,从而保护套管(9)可推到所述区段(6)上。
4.按照权利要求1、2或3所述的分配装置,其特征在于,在外壳(2)上的插座件(5)根据M-标准设计为接头,其中圆柱形区段(6)分别从外壳(2)中突出超过3mm。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的分配装置,其特征在于,保护套管(9)的轴向长度在最大地推至分配器上的状态下这样地选择,使得保护套管(9)正好延伸到电缆在插座件(7)上的套口(10)。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的分配装置,其特征在于,所述保护套管(9)由金属制成。
