Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩托车尾气净化催化剂。
背景技术
汽车尾气排放严重污染了人类赖以生存的大气环境,并极大地威胁着人类身体健康,随着人们对汽车尾气排放污染危害性认识的加深,世界各国纷纷制定更加严格的汽车尾气排放标准方案,然而摩托车对大气污染的危害性易被人们忽略,随着我国摩托车产量及社会保有量的日益增加,摩托车对大气污染日益增加,摩托车污染排放远远大于轻型汽车污染。因此,国家制订了严格的尾气排放标准。催化转化技术是减少汽车排气污染的简单而有效的方法,各国都在积极研究和开发汽车尾气净化催化剂,有关的研究报告和专利也不少,如ZL97120101,公开了一种以水合氧化铝干胶粉的浆状液体作浸渍原液,加入多种组分制成的催化剂,但是这种氧化物催化剂起燃温度太高,一般在250-300℃左右,US5013705公开了一种以含γ-Al2O3和其它助剂的悬浮液作浸渍原液制成的贵金属催化剂,但这种催化剂高温稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种摩托车尾气净化催化剂,它具有活性组份附着力强,易于保温,能在反复交变的低速工况下保持高的净化率。
本发明是这样来实现的:其催化剂重量比组成为:蜂窝陶瓷∶三氧化二铝∶贵金属∶稀土氧化物∶过渡金属=75∽85∶10-20∶0.05∽0.25∶1∽3∶1-3;载体为堇青石蜂窝陶瓷:其目数为40∽200目,外形尺寸(圆柱形)为直径φ20mm∽60mm,长度为30mm∽90mm,吸水率:17-30%;贵金属为钯,稀土氧化物包括镧、铈、钇中至少两种,过渡金属包括镍、铜、锌等至少两种。
本发明的催化剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将定量的拟水薄石氧化铝和蒸馏水混合,配成氧化铝含量为20-40%的浆料,再加入定量的稀土可溶性盐,过渡金属盐,在球磨机中球磨24-72小时,得到均匀的复合氧化铝浆料。
(2)将表面清洗干净的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体,用步骤(1)得到的浆料进行涂布,然后干燥、焙烧,涂布量为载体重量的10-25%。
(3)负载贵金属:配制定量的硝酸钯等可溶性钯盐,加入适量的络合剂(如EDTA等)、竞争吸附剂(有机胺类、尿素等),用步骤(2)得到的载体进行浸渍,然后干燥、焙烧。
本发明采用独特的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为催化剂载体,具有活性组份附着力强、易于保温,能在反复交变的低速、急速工况下保持高的净化率。
具体实施方式
本发明的催化剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
实施例(一)
(1)将定量的拟水薄石氧化铝和蒸馏水混合,配成氧化铝含量为20%的浆料,再加入定量的硝酸镧、硝酸铈、氯化镍、氯化铜,在球磨机中球磨24小时,得到均匀的复合氧化铝浆料。
(2)将表面清洗干净的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体,用步骤(1)得到的浆料进行涂布,然后干燥、焙烧,涂布量为载体重量的10%。
(3)负载贵金属:配制定量的硝酸钯溶液,加入适量的络合剂EDTA、竞争吸附剂尿素,用步骤(2)得到的载体进行浸渍,然后干燥、焙烧。
实施例(二)
(1)将定量的拟水薄石氧化铝和蒸馏水混合,配成氧化铝含量为40%的浆料,再加入定量的硝酸镧、硝酸钇、氯化镍、氯化锌,在球磨机中球磨72小时,得到均匀的复合氧化铝浆料。
(2)将表面清洗干净的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体,用步骤(1)得到的浆料进行涂布,然后干燥、焙烧,涂布量为载体重量的25%。
(3)负载贵金属:配制定量的硝酸钯溶液,加入适量的EDTA、尿素,用步骤(2)得到的载体进行浸渍,然后干燥、焙烧。
实施例(三)
(1)将定量的拟水薄石氧化铝和蒸馏水混合,配成氧化铝含量为30%的浆料,再加入定量的硝酸钇、硝酸铈、氯化锌、氯化铜,在球磨机中球磨50小时,得到均匀的复合氧化铝浆料。
(2)将表面清洗干净的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体,用步骤(1)得到的浆料进行涂布,然后干燥、焙烧,涂布量为载体重量的15%。
(3)负载贵金属:配制定量的硝酸钯溶液,加入适量的EDTA、尿素,用步骤(2)得到的载体进行浸渍,然后干燥、焙烧。
本发明采用独特的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为催化剂载体,具有活性组份附着力强、易于保温,能在反复交变的低速、急速工况下保持高的净化率,在10000/h的速下,于模拟气(CO的体积百分含量为1.35%,N2为稀释气)下检测得如下结果:

Claims (3)
1、一种摩托车尾气净化催化剂,其特征在于催化剂重量比组成为:蜂窝陶瓷∶三氧化二铝∶贵金属∶稀土氧化物∶过渡金属=75∽85∶10-20∶0.05∽0.25∶1∽3∶1-3。
2、根椐权利要求1所述的摩托车尾气净化催化剂,其特征在于贵金属为钯,稀土氧化物包括镧、铈、钇氧化物中至少两种,过渡金属包括镍、铜、锌等至少两种。
3、一种权利要求1所述的摩托车尾气净化催化剂,其特征在于催化剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将定量的拟水薄石氧化铝和蒸馏水混合,配成氧化铝含量为20-40%的浆料,再加入定量的稀土可溶性盐,过渡金属盐,在球磨机中球磨24-72小时,得到均匀的复合氧化铝浆料;
(2)将表面清洗干净的堇青石蜂窝陶瓷载体,用步骤(1)得到的浆料进行涂布,然后干燥、焙烧,涂布量为载体重量的10-25%;
(3)负载贵金属:配制定量的硝酸钯等可溶性钯盐,加入适量的络合剂、竞争吸附剂,用步骤(2)得到的载体进行浸渍,然后干燥、焙烧。
