一种防止锂离子电池铝质外壳在生产中受损的方法,包括如下步骤:①在将电池外壳投入装配生产线之前,为每一块所述外壳的表面都贴附一层保护薄膜;②在完成极片的卷绕、焊盖帽、盖盖帽和化成之各项工序,并在整形、封口后,撕下贴附的薄膜,即是一块表面光亮如初的电池。所述保护薄膜,可以是低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜,或是聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜,或是聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜。同现有技术相比较,所述方法的优点是,完成装配工序的铝壳锂离子电池可以作到外壳表面光亮如初,几乎没有刮痕。方法简单、易行。

Description

防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法
技术领域  本发明涉及二次电池,特别是涉及片状锂离子电池非活性部件的生产工艺,尤其涉及锂离子电池铝质外壳在生产过程中防止受损的方法。
背景技术  现有技术锂离子电池通常拥有钢质外壳,其硬度较高,不容易被刮伤,但是重量大。近年来,锂离子电池市场朝轻、薄方向发展,移动电话电池生产商为满足此类需求,都趋于采用铝质外壳。但是铝合金外壳虽然质轻,却极容易在生产过程中发生被刮花等外观不良现象,品质往往不能满足高端客户需要,令铝壳电池的竞争力大大降低。
发明内容  本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提出一种防止电池外壳在生产过程中受损的方法,使得拥有铝质外壳的锂离子电池从装配生产线上下来后仍然光亮如初,毫无刮伤痕迹。
本发明解决所述技术问题采用的技术方案是:提出一项防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法,包括步骤
①在将电池外壳投入装配生产线之前,为每一块所述外壳的表面都贴附一层保护薄膜;
②在完成极片的卷绕、焊盖帽、盖盖帽和化成之各项工序,并在整形、封口后,撕下贴附的薄膜,即是一块表面光亮如初的电池。
同现有技术相比较,本发明方法的优点是,完成装配工序的铝壳锂离子电池可以作到外壳表面光亮如初,几乎没有刮痕。方法简单、易行。

具体实施方式  以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步说明:本发明方法,如图1所示,包括步骤
①在将电池外壳投入装配生产线之前,为每一块所述外壳的表面都贴附一层保护薄膜;
②在完成极片的卷绕、焊盖帽、盖盖帽和化成之各项工序,并在整形、封口后,撕下贴附在外壳上的薄膜,即是一块表面光亮如初的电池。
所述保护薄膜,可以是低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜,或是聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜,或是聚碳酸酯(PC)薄膜。
申请人曾经在生产实践中,各用10,000只型号为043048A的锂离子电池,在铝壳表面不贴保护膜和在铝壳表面粘贴保护膜的情况下作试验对比,统计结果如下:

  装壳   1300只刮花   保护膜未破裂
  焊盖帽   800只刮花   保护膜未破裂
  盖盖帽   1200只刮花   保护膜未破裂
  化成   720只刮花   保护膜未破裂
  整形封口   3400只刮花   有1只保护膜破裂
  合计   7420只,占74.2%   1只保护膜破裂,占0.01%
实践证明,本发明方法用于保护锂离子电池的铝质外壳防止刮伤,是行之有效的。

Claims (4)

1.一种防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
①在将电池外壳投入装配生产线之前,为每一块所述外壳的表面都贴附一层保护薄膜;
②在完成极片的卷绕、焊盖帽、盖盖帽和化成之各项工序,并在整形、封口后,撕下贴附的薄膜,即是一块表面光亮如初的电池。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法,其特征在于:所述保护薄膜是低密度聚乙烯薄膜。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法,其特征在于:所述保护薄膜是聚氯乙烯薄膜。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种防止电池外壳在生产中受损的方法,其特征在于:所述保护薄膜是聚碳酸酯薄膜。
