Abstract

一种多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池,包括:充有电解液的壳体、由两块以上矩形片状锂离子电池正负极片和隔膜交替叠韵摞构成的电池芯体;电池芯体的正、负极片的无涂层基板面端以相反方向布排,正、负极片无涂层基板面端分别由带极柱束头装订连接,其特征在于:两端束头上分别至少设有两只输出极柱;电池芯体两端设置的多只正、负极柱分别从壳体的两端引出。通过在束头上增加输出极柱之方法,增加同一电池的输出量,以满足大功率设备运行供电之需要;亦适用于小功率设备,它可根据需要择选输出,能适应各种不同负载条件设备的供电需求。本发明之技术方案适用于液态锂离子电池、半固态锂离子电池,亦适用于固态聚合物锂离子电池。

Description

多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池
【技术领域】
本发明涉及的是锂离子电池,尤其是一种多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池。
【技术背景】
目前,为增加锂离子电池的储电能力,以延长锂离子电池的放电时间,制造商提出了很多可提高锂离子电池容量的技术方案,如中国专利CN1307376A《一种可反复充放电的铬氟锂固体动力电池》、CN2615878Y《结构改进之可反复充放电大容量动力锂电池》、CN2615877Y《可反复充放电之高电压锂离子电池》等,为制造大容量锂离子电池提供了切实可行的技术方案,从公开的专利文献可看到,现有大容量锂离子电池都采用多层正负极板叠摞结构,即:在充满电解液的壳体内设置设置有两正、负极板和隔膜叠摞构成的锂离子电池芯。壳体的一端或两端分别设有单一的正极输出极柱和负极输出极柱。大容量锂离子电池大大延长了其工作能力,能满足电能长时间输出之需要,解决了普通锂电池储电量小的缺陷。但受其结构上的限制,现有单一正负极输出的锂离子电池在为一些特殊需要瞬间启动之大功率设备供电时,需要配备多组单一输出之大容量锂离子电池,多组大容量锂离子电池的配备不仅会增加设备的运行费用,同时会因为多组锂离子电池的设置而增加设备的重量,给设备的移动、运输、安装和使用都会带来不便。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是针对上述大容量锂离子电池存在的不足,提供一种能满足大功率设备运行需要的多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池。
本发明多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池,包括:充有电解液的壳体、由两块以上矩形片状锂离子电池正负极片和隔膜交替叠韵摞构成的电池芯体,以及充满壳体的电解液;电池芯体的正负极片的无涂层基板面端以相反方向布排,正、负极片无涂层基板面端分别由带极柱束头装订连接,其特征在于:两端束头上分别至少设有两只输出极柱;芯体两端的正、负极柱分别从壳体的两端引出,形成多个正输出极柱A和多个负输出极柱B。
本发明多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池设计科学,结构合理。其设计原理与已公开的专利文献相同,区别是:通过在束头上增加输出极柱之方法,增加同一电池的输出量,以满足大功率设备运行供电之需要;这种多极柱输出结构的锂离子电池在用于小功率设备时,可根据需要择选输出,因此,它的适用范围大大加宽,能适用各种不同负载条件设备的供电需要。本发明之技术方案适用于液态锂离子电池、半固态锂离子电池,亦适用于固态聚合物锂离子电池。
本发明多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池的具体结构由以下附图和实施例详细给出。

【具体实施方式】
实施例:从图1可以清楚地看到多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池由充有电解液的壳体1和电池芯体2组成,所述电池芯体2如图2所示,由两块以上矩形片状锂离子电池正极片21、负极片22、隔膜23交替叠摞后,通过两只带极柱束头3装订连接构成;所述正、负极片21、22的两端分别设有无涂层基板面24、25,正、负极片21、22两端的无涂层基板面24、25以相反方向布排;所述带极柱束头3由束头体31、设置在束头体31两侧用螺栓32固定的压板33、设置在束头体31上的三只极柱34构成;交替叠摞的正、负极片21、22之无涂层基板面24、25端分别通过带极柱束头3的压板33和螺栓32固定装订连接在束头体31上,在电池芯体2两端形成正输出极柱A、负输出极柱B。
束头体31的极柱34侧配设有绝缘面板35,绝缘面板35上开设有供极柱34穿置的圆孔,绝缘面板35安装在束头体31的极柱34侧,并通过极柱34上的螺母36固定,从而形成三只相不连接的输出极柱。电池芯体2被安装在充满电解液的壳体1内,电池芯体2两端带极柱束头3的正、负极柱34分别从壳体1的两端引出,各形成三个同极输出的正输出极柱A和负输出极柱B。

Claims (2)

1、一种多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池,包括:充有电解液的壳体、由两块以上矩形片状锂离子电池正负极片和隔膜交替叠韵摞构成的电池芯体,以及充满壳体的电解液;电池芯体的正负极片的无涂层基板面端以相反方向布排,正、负极片无涂层基板面端分别由带极柱束头装订连接,其特征在于:两端束头上分别至少设有两只输出极柱;电池芯体两端的正、负极柱分别从壳体的两端引出,形成多个正输出极柱A和多个负输出极柱B。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多极柱大功率输出之锂离子电池,其特征在于:束头体(31)的极柱(34)侧配设有绝缘面板(35),绝缘面板(35)上开设有供极柱(34)穿置的圆孔,绝缘面板(35)安装在束头体(31)的极柱(34)上,并通过极柱(34)上的螺母(36)固定,形成多个同极输出极柱。
