Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过将转数和滑动转换成电信号来检测车轮的转数和滑动(车轮的抱死)并由此判断是否操作防抱死制动系统的车轮滑动检测系统。
背景技术
一般地,因为当汽车在冰面或湿滑的路面上突然停止时,汽车往往由于牵引力的丧失和车轮锁死而打滑,防抱死制动系统在光滑路面上制动期间防止车轮锁死并通过电子控制维持汽车方向的稳定。如果车轮通过被锁死停止旋转,车轮会丧失方向性。因此,车轮应在被锁死前连续地旋转。
为防止车轮锁死,车速和车轮旋转被检测。如果车轮旋转的减速速率大于车速的减速速率,施加在制动分泵的水压应减少。如果车轮没有被上述系统锁死,制动距离就会减少。因此,车轮的滑动状态应被精确地检测以防止车轮打滑并通过对防抱死制动系统的操作来进行精确和短距离的刹车。
当检测到车轮滑动时,操作防抱死制动系统。车轮滑动检测系统通过使用软磁材料烧结合金制造的音轮(tone wheel)来检测车轮的滑动。当突然停车时,车轮的滑动(锁死)被传输到电子控制单元(ECU)来促使汽车操纵,因此通过迅速地应对危险情况来预防重要事故的发生。
然而,传统的车轮滑动检测系统中使用的烧结合金音轮的一个缺点是高脆度,因此即使在轻度冲击下也易于被损伤并因此导致大量缺陷单元的产生。音轮的另一缺点是可能被地面异物损伤或异物可能进入音轮的齿形部分中,因此可能使防抱死制动系统不能运行。此外,音轮的所有原材料均价格昂贵,因此增加了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种防止受到外部冲击的损伤并有效降低其制造成本和重量的音轮。本发明还提供具有防尘罩功能结构的音轮。
通过检测车轮滑动来操作防抱死制动系统的车轮滑动检测系统包括一个音轮,其含有金属环形本体,在环形本体的平板上以恒定间距成型的穿孔和无孔(imperforation),以及通过弯折环形本体的圆周表面来延伸地形成的凸缘。一个在音轮旋转时检测穿孔和无孔的检测器。一个根据检测器的检测结果来控制防抱死制动系统的控制器。
该音轮优选地由轧制钢板制造并由加压方法进行生产。
该检测器优选地为一个磁场传感器并可使用由光电二极管和光电晶体管构成的传感器。
本发明中另一实施例的音轮被安装在车轮上来检测车轮的旋转差。该音轮包括由金属材料制造的环形本体,沿着环形本体周围以恒定间距形成的穿孔和无孔,以及通过沿着其周围弯折环形本体来延伸地形成的凸缘。

具体实施方式
参考图1,根据本发明一个实施例的在预定厚度内具有金属环形构造形状的音轮10安装在主动轴2的接头3或轮毂(未显示)上。该音轮10包括穿孔10a,无孔10b,以及凸缘。该穿孔10a为在平板上沿着环形部件的外围以恒定间距排列的截断部分。该无孔10b在穿孔之间形成。该凸缘通过将平板沿着音轮的外围弯折来延伸地形成以挡防异物,如同防尘罩。
该音轮10是使用轧制钢板以加压方法制造的。具有高延展性的轧制钢板防止了传统地由软磁材料烧结合金制造的音轮由于损伤或异物导致的非正常运行。因此,轧制钢板的音轮10可以精确地检测车轮滑动。同时防止了防抱死制动系统的警报灯传统地通过在汽车行驶过路面时被道路上的异物损伤而点亮。
参考图2,车轮滑动检测系统包括一个安装在主动轴2或轮毂(未显示)上的音轮10。车轮传感器11在音轮10旋转时检测穿孔10a和无孔10b并生成不同的正弦波电信号。电子控制单元12接收车轮传感器11产生的正弦波电信号并检测车轮滑动。液压装置13响应ECU12的控制来控制制动器14。
车轮传感器11优选地为磁场传感器,其检测音轮10的穿孔10a和无孔10b产生的感应电功率。光电二极管和光电晶体管或类似元件可以用来通过检测穿孔10a和无孔10b来确定音轮10的旋转状态。
本发明中的音轮为形成有穿孔和无孔的环形部件。车轮传感器检测穿孔和无孔来感知音轮的转数。与烧结合金制造的传统音轮相比,本发明实施例中的轧制钢板可容易地获得并且可以通过减少制造工序来降低制造成本。烧结合金的传统音轮由于其硬度而使其难以具有轻薄的构造;然而,本发明的轧制钢板可以形成各种厚度,因此极大地降低了其重量。此外,传统的烧结音轮配置了附加的防尘罩或形变来防止路面上的异物进入音轮或轮毂轴承。然而,具有轧制钢板的音轮被整体形成有凸缘以起到防尘罩的作用。
从上面说明中易知,音轮的一个优点是避免了外部冲击带来的损伤并且制造成本和重量有效降低。本发明实施例的音轮还被提供了起防尘罩作用的构造。
Claims (4)
1.一种通过检测车轮滑动来操作防抱死制动系统的车轮滑动检测系统,包括:
音轮,其包括金属环形本体,在所述环形本体的平板上以恒定间距形成的穿孔和无孔,和通过弯折所述环形本体的圆周表面来延伸地形成的凸缘;
在所述音轮旋转时检测所述穿孔和所述无孔的检测器;和
根据所述检测器的检测结果来控制所述防抱死制动系统的控制器。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述音轮由轧制钢板制造。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述检测器包括磁场传感器。
4.安装在车轮上的来检测所述车轮旋转差的音轮,包括:
金属材料制造的环形本体;
在所述环形本体上沿着所述环形本体的外围以恒定间距形成的穿孔和无孔;和
通过沿着所述环形本体的外围弯折所述环形本体的平板来延伸地形成的凸缘。
