2.相关技术

本发明的详细描述

参考图2,在图2中在相似的形式中探测的扫描区域4通常为用实线表示的矩形区域。然而,混杂电子波形成技术可以被用来形成一个扇形区域41,甚至在使用直线排列的情况下,通过用预先设定角控制到达排列末端的声波束。能够注意到在这个区域内图像的质量有所下降但是使用者仍可以得到只有在使用弯曲的或定相排列时才能得到的一些特点。
回到图1,导管装置也包括肩状部分12,用于与可弯曲连接器5末端的连接部分实现相互连接。
本领域内的专业人员能够懂得,这里使用的传感器阵列区域指定所有的传感器阵列种类包括基本传感器元件在同一方位角的一个方向排列,并且这种区域包括直线,弯曲的和相位排列。
图3显示的是优选实施方案中传感器末端的横截面图。如描述的,传感器装置2安装在传感器末端1上的顶部并且包括夹在一个或多个匹配层23和支撑元件21中的压电元件22。传感器2的前面优选的覆盖着声学覆盖透镜13,由人造橡胶制成使这里的声音传播速度低于在声波传播介质中的速度,例如通用硅制品公司的硅橡胶TSE3331。支撑元件21包括一套平行的弹性元件或棒10,相互之间并列排放在或临近于支撑元件21后部或底面上。
可变形的印刷电路11通过如下面描述的连接部分连接到压电元件的后电极(未显示)上并且被折叠呈现在图4中纵向形状。
传感器装置2被安装在使用合适的树脂或聚合体材料制成的并且具有与导管内径相配横截面的保护外壳3中。适合于制作插入外壳3的聚合体可以在以下几种中选择聚氨酯,硅,和聚醚氨基化合树脂(例如Pebax)和可变形的环氧化合物。传感器2安装装置的铸造方法包括可靠的和表面的结束装置。然而,其它用来得到一个插入式的传感末端装置的方法,例如,将完成的传感器装置安装进预先成型的保护末端外壳中。
为提供一个更好的对于本发明中优选的实施方案中的图像导管传感器末端的制造方法的更好的理解,参考图4到图10中的描述。这里介绍的制造方法适合于小横截面的传感器阵列和低成本制作。
在图4、5和6中显示的实施方案中,一个特殊的可变形电路11的排列方式,在图5中显示的是平面的形状,有短的用于单面设计中其中传导轨迹113被镀在聚酰胺膜上面厚度为5-25微米(μm)。膜的背面可以用金属板或层(没有显示)用来控制传导轨迹113的电阻特征。进一步这个金属层为通过传导轨迹113的电子信号提供了防干涉功能。
在这个实施方案中,可变形电路11是矩形的并且包括第一顶端或上面部分110包括整齐排列轨迹113具有与传感器阵列相同的斜度。第一部分110中的传感轨迹113没有外壳层或保护层的。部分110的宽度等于或小于传感器仰角的宽度。
可变形电路的第二部分111位于电路11的中心区域并且可以在需要的时候被外壳层保护。可变形电路11的其他部分形成了可变形电路11的第三部分112。可变形电路11的第三部分112可以由纵向分为同样宽度的条形112a到112d。要注意虽然在图中显示了4条,但是并不限制可变形电路中组成第三部分的条的数量。通常情况下,条的数量由长度和阵列的高度的比例来确定的。条112a到112d占据了可变电路11中的第三部分112的切割空间。切割操作由激光切割或模切完成。条112a到112d末端没有保护设施,金属板轨迹功能可以为接收,或用于连接可选择的提供延长电缆。
在可变形电路11的可选择实施方案中,可变形电路11包括一个中心部分110,被相对于部分111是相反的,按顺序终止包含了条112a到112d的区域112包围着。
图6是可变形电路11的安装在传感器装置(未在图中显示)上之前,部分被折叠后的透视图。尽管为使视图更加清晰,传感器装置没有在图6中显示,可以理解折叠电路11可以建立以电路11中的部分110和部分111围成的普通的矩形空间,用于放置传感装置。图6中显示的是第一部分110定位在也就是连接在传感装置压电元件的背面,并且折叠与部分111相垂直。部分112被使用相同的方式折叠垂直于111,与110平行。条112a沿着相对于轨迹113(未在图中显示)成45°角折叠,这样条112a就在排列的方位角轴方向上。第二条112b以相似的方式折叠以至于叠加在第一条112a上,以此类推。在完成这个操作后,传感器装置将展现出一个纵向形状其中可变形电路11占有很小的空间,并且被很好的安装传感器的背面,如图4中显示的。
再参考图1和图3,如前面描述的,压电元件22被夹在支撑元件21和匹配层23之间。压电元件22可能是PZT陶瓷,单独的或基于单独晶体或合成物包括压电和惰性材料的混合。压电元件22具有一个电极(未显示)板,在它的主要背面并且一个电极被对应传感器元件分成多个单独电极。为了干涉保护的原因,希望将压电元件22的接地电极朝向声波传播介质,其它的电极都被安装在传感器的背面并且与可变形电路11相连。在压电元件22和可变形电路11之间的连接操作在压力下完成来避免形成多余的连接。这种方法也保持了传感装置的可变形性。环氧或聚氨酯橡胶族的粘结剂和胶适合在这个操作中使用。
为保证传导功能的最大传导能量,压电元件22的前面必须与传导介质通过附加的一个或更多的匹配层23相相配(如上面图3中描述的)具有由下面的关系决定的合适的厚度:t=λ/4。另一种方法用于优化传递线包括变压器,由勃拉汉姆(B.Bramham)在电子工程(1961年1月)中描述的“用于匹配同轴线的方便变压器”。进一步这个设备的声波电阻用来决定关于其它发射线或使用由戴斯莱茨(Desilets)提出的多项式公式。关于普通需求,使用两个匹配层时,第一匹配层具有比用于此的第二层高的阻抗,这样被安装在传感器装置得最外层。制造和设计匹配层的方法在文献中有广泛的描述,例如,在基诺(Kino)的“声波”或安德森(Anderson)的“声音传感器”中。匹配层包括铸造的和机械粉碎的树脂或聚合物。压电装置22使用压力连接到匹配层或匹配层23上,并且可变形电路11来形成一个中间传感器装置。
传感器装置2中的支撑元件21按照其中的优选实施方案,包括加强或增强安排提供由一对平行的延长元件或“棒”10嵌入到支撑元件21中。如上面指出的,图3显示传感器装置2的横截面其中平行元件10位于与传感器中心纵向轴对称位置。平行元件10也作为“背部加强棒”被提及。
参考图7,表现了一个优选的制作支撑元件21方法。如描述的,使用一个具有两组开口15a和15b的长方形的模子14。开口15a和15b的直径与加强元件10a和10b相对应。加强元件或杆10a和10b被优选的由弹性材料制作,用来提供可变形的支撑元件21,如果后面的遭受弯曲力但是有能力在施加的力撤销后恢复原有形状或曲率。合金比如:NivaFlex或不锈钢(PrEN10270-3)适合于本发明。
可以知道在弯曲传感器阵列的结构中,支撑元件14的模子也是弯曲的,并且加强元件10a和10b也具有同样的曲率。
如在图7中显示的,树脂210由倾倒容器P中倒进模子14种并且使其变硬。在本发明的“细线”传感器结构中,支撑元件21中使用的支撑材料优选的由粒状填充的衰减树脂,例如诶默森&克明公司(Emerson&Cumings)生产的Eccogel,和软的聚亚安酯中选择。包括高的衰减材料的方法是众所周知的并且颗粒比如空气填充的塑料球或空气球,被用来为支撑材料提供对附加散射波强大的后向散射功能。另外,假设线型或相位排列传感器,加强元件支撑元件21可由单独长基础元件和单独支撑元件组成,包括切割基础元件到需要的长度。
图8和图9描写用来铸造传感器顶部加工设备。当传感器装置工作结束,传感器装置2就被放在模具中或模子19中。模子19包括背部承担或元件16被设计成,如果设备弯曲了,其具有与传感器装置2同样曲率的曲率。背部承担16在两端用螺丝系统与板18a和18b相连。例如,多重螺丝。必须对板—背部承担装置几何形状很注意,为了在精确公差范围内为加工工具提供安装位置。
在这个实施方案中,成型工具19加上两个平侧面板或边部元件17c和17d后完成并允许进行在图3中描述的聚焦透镜13的成型。因为承担16与传感器装置具有相同的宽度,这里应该没有多余的射线树脂。
当透镜材料凝固了,平侧面板或边部元件17c和17d被从工具19中移开并且由进一步的由在图10中显示的边部成型元件或“夹板”17a和17b代替。如描述的,图10中的板17a和17b形成一个圆柱形空心截面当两个板17a和17b连在一起时组成圆形开口。圆形空间接下来被填满树脂来制造传感器2的保护外壳3,并且这样,确定了传感器顶部1的直径。应该注意的透镜13所使用的树脂材料,通常不同于保护外壳3使用的材料。可是,在没有特殊要求的情况下两者是可以使用同样的原料的并且这样只要重复图10中描述的步骤就可以了。
本发明优选实施方案关于心脏导管的另一个方面涉及到有能力探测到图像传感器阵列插入到病人身体内部器官时的方位。在实践中,使用血管造影术X射线图像跟踪和监视导管设备。在插入和使用过程中,使用者能够在X射线电离下显现病人体内的导管顶部。但是,当传感器是线型延长形状与线型弯曲形状相反,没有关于传感器扫描平面的角度信息,这样就需要操作者手工搜索需要的图像。当传感器顶部1例如在图1中显示的弯曲形状时,X射线图像能够通过比较传感器顶部1与其提供的图像之间的弯曲度提供给使用者关于传感器方位的信息。这种情况在图11(a)11(c)中显示。例如,如果图像如在图11(b)中显示的线型,这表示传感器扫描平面与电离源排成一列。另一方面,当传感器扫描平面相对于电离源旋转90°角图像将具有最大的弯曲度。当然扫描平面(0°)的排列方向被特殊的由探头的旋转确定,例如,导管的向左旋转伴随着左弯曲率(-90°)如图11(a)中所示(例如在图中显示的一个左向的面对的凸起曲率)显示了传感器的前表面正面对着电离源(朝向电离源)。但是在左曲率为(+90°)时图11(c)中显示的,传感器面向电离源的相反方向,其发射与电离源方向相同。
另一个探测传感器顶端角度位置的方法基于观察在传感装置2中插在支撑元件21中的背部棒或元件11a、11b。参考图12(a)到12(e),在这个实施方案中,传感器顶部具有与背部元件10a、10b相同的长度。如描述的那样,元件10a比10b短以至于传感器阵列2的各个主要的角度(90°,180°)位置可以通过观察两个元件10a和10b的外观得知。图12(a)到12(e)显示了10a和10b在-180°-90°0°+90°+180°的相对位置。使用这个方法,可以实现精确的角度位置。
但是另一个方法用来确定和认识传感器顶端的角度位置用一系列具有同样的长度但是直径不同的背部元件10a和10b,在图13(a)和13(e)中表现的。更特殊的是,在这个实施方案中,一系列的元件和棒包括第一棒10a具有第一直径,第二棒10b具有明显大于第一直径的第二直径。当传感器顶端1面对电离源时(0°)两个直径可以很明显的由监视图像分辨出来,并且此外在每个主要的顶端位置(90°,180°)其不同位置的特殊位置图像包括在图13(a)到13(e)中分别为-180°-90°0°+90°+180°。因此,角度位置可被基本的定义为相同的形式如上面所描述的。类似的空的元件或棒将被使用与标准的元件或棒一起使用,或一个弯曲的棒与标准棒一起使用,用来提供类似的位置信息。
在本发明的第二实施方案中,基本的传感器装置仍然是不可更换的,然而为了减少设备的制造成本,保护外壳的成型过程被忽略了或由预先成型的带有孔或内部横截面的空心管代替,其横截面形状根据传感器装置的横截面形状决定。在图14(a)和(b)中显示了预先成型管20。管20可以是连续拉拔或挤压工艺成型的管切割形成的。管20的适合材料包括由弹性橡胶比如Pebax,PU和相类似的种类。需要被选择的物质具有与生物组织相类似的声音传播速度为了不对传感器的几何焦点位置产生干扰。然而,如果出现明显的声速不同现象,对透镜13曲率半径的调整可以对其进行适当的补偿。
用来形成外壳3的管20的部分,被切割使其长度与传感器装置2的长度相同。如基本管由挤压成型方法制成,空间23的尺寸要稍小于传感器装置2的尺寸以至于,一旦他们装配在一起,管20将对装置2的外表面将会有一点小挤压变形,来确保在外壳管20和传感器元件2外表面之间的良好接触。
如图16中所述,插入操作其中传感器装置2插入到管20中很方便的使用真空管25来完成,它可以使管20的内径扩张,其比例为允许传感器装置2被插入管20中过程中没有受到附加摩擦。如描述的那样,真空管25由通过输入管28与真空泵VP连接的内部体积26构造。管25的内表面251具有随意分布的孔29(由虚线表示)和管25优选的要比管20的外轮廓大5%。管25在两端用两个板或盖子(没有显示)封闭,这样就形成了较管20的外形稍小的中心空间。在操作中,管20被放在管25中并且盖子(没有显示)被安装在管25的两端,接下来由泵VP为管25抽真空,管20的外表面向外扩张与表面251相接触。管20中的空间或开口23是固有的可提供扩张的这样传感器装置2可以被插在里面。在插入传感器装置2之前,粘合剂例如合适的胶,被提供优选的涂在传感器装置的全部表面上,用来实现无空气间隙的连接。
图15显示的是末端成型操作这里传感器顶端1被放置在具有半球体开口30的模子22中。液状树脂21被注入开口24充满传感器装置2和模子22之间的空隙来形成顶部末端传感器探针。这个顶端成型方法更适合于用于高质量预期异型管产品制造中。很重要的注意到这种制造传感器保护外壳的方法仅仅在被应用于带有良好不变的横截面的传感器装置上才是适用的。另外,由于保护外壳部分连续的厚度和弹性最终的产品将展现不规则的外表面。
尽管上面描述的发明与这里的优选的实施方案相关,本领域内的专业人士会懂得变化和更改能对这些优选的实施方案产生不超出本发明范围和精神的影响。
Claims (14)
1.一种导管中使用的超声传感器阵列装置,所说的装置包括:
至少一个匹配层;
支撑元件;
具有电极的,并夹在至少一个匹配层和支撑元件之间的压电元件;
至少一个嵌入在支撑元件中的增强元件;
可变形的相互连接装置用来提供电极和压电元件和至少一个外部电缆之间的连接;和
周围保护外壳。
2.根据权利要求1中所述传感器阵列装置,进一步包括聚焦透镜贴在至少一个匹配层的前表面。
3.根据权利要求1中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的至少一个增强元件包括一对并列安装的延长元件。
4.根据权利要求3中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的增强元件具有不同的长度。
5.根据权利要求3中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的增强元件具有不同的厚度。
6.一种导管用的超声传感器阵列包括至少一个元件可以阻挡无线电频率的传感器并且完整的沿着传感器的方位角轴使得使用者可以通过传感器输出的图像观元件并确定传感器的角度位置。
7.根据权利要求5中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的至少一个元件包括一对并列安装的延长元件。
8.根据权利要求6中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的元件具有不同的长度。
9.根据权利要求6中所述传感器阵列装置,其中所说的元件具有不同的厚度。
10.一种用于为具有预先确定横截面形状用来形成传感器顶端的超声传感器提供保护外壳的方法,该方法包括:
提供带有内部空间的弹性体管,那里的横截面形状与传感器的横截面形状相符合。
将传感器插入管的内部来形成传感器顶端;和用可变形树脂浇铸一个传感器顶端的末端并获得一个光滑的末端。
11.一种用来制造压缩型号的导管用超声传感器阵列的方法,方法包括的步骤有:
将至少一个匹配层覆盖在带有前后电极的压电元件的前表面上;
装配可变形电路到压电元件的后电极上;
在压电元件的后面装配支撑元件;
将可变形电路沿支撑元件的侧面折叠;
使用可将可变形电路条重叠在支撑元件的后表面的方式折叠可变形电路带。
12.一种制造超声传感器阵列的方法,方法包括的步骤有:
提供包括至少一个纵向延长加强元件的模子;
将树脂注入到模子中形成具有至少一个加强元件嵌入在其中的支撑元件;和
将支撑元件装配在压电元件上和至少一个匹配层组成传感器阵列这里所说的压电元件夹在所说的至少一个匹配层和所说的支撑元件之间。
13.根据权利要求12中所述方法,进一步包括使用形状成形元件来制造在所说的至少一个匹配层末端表面上的透镜。
14.根据权利要求12中所述方法,进一步包括使用带有匹配的半圆柱切掉部分的形状成形元件来为所说的传感器阵列制造圆柱形树脂外壳。
