Abstract
一种供源于朝被印平片材(16)的输送方向不断地相互跟随的印刷格式生产各个部分用的横切装置(10)具有在输送方向(18)彼此隔开的两个供平片材(16)用切割单元(12、14)。每个切割单元(12、14)具有一定刀(24、34)和一在圆环形轨迹上旋转的刀(22、32)。每个可转刀(22、32)被分配一台产生相应旋转的独立马达驱动器(26、36)。每台马达驱动器(26、36)有一专用控制器,可在其中存储参考旋转位置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在被印平片材(printed flat web)的输送方向不断相互跟随地按印刷格式(printing format)生产各个部分用的横切装置(crosscutter device)。
借助这种装置,已印连续片材被切成具有理想格式的单张。
背景技术
在一种大家知道的横切装置中,二刀被固定在一转辊(rotatingcylinder)上并在旋转剪切(rotational shearing cut)中与定刀相互配合。二刀彼此环周相距一固定距离。此固定距离决定了要从平片材生产的部分的片材长。为使此部分长度能有所不同,转辊上的刀间距须加变换或须安装一套新刀。
另外,一种有两个可转地可驱动的横切刀辊(crosscutter cylinder)的横切装置为大家所知。固定到这两个横切刀辊的每一个上的是与也在旋转剪切中与定刀相互配合的刀。两个横切刀辊被设置在平片材之上。横切刀辊共同由单一马达驱动。两个横切刀辊中每一个的整体尺寸决定了这两个横切刀辊的最小相互间隔。此最小间隔致使要用这两个横切刀辊从一平片材切下的各个部分的长度不能落在一特定最小值之下。此外,此部分的长度可通过改变两个横切刀辊上二刀的相互旋转位置适当加以改变。在部分长度上作出此种改变所需的转换因必要的人工努力相当费时。另外,必要的手动调整工作要求相应操作人员有很高的技术和动手能力。
发明内容
从此前述现有技术出发,本发明的基本目的是限定本文开头提及的那种横切装置,此装置可从技术与经济角度尽可能最佳地加以操作。
本发明具备等效权利要求1、2的特征。本发明的有利的发展形成了接着的从属权利要求的技术方案。
按照本发明横切装置的发明,其第一种配置包括下列事实:可转地驱动的二刀中的每一个都被分配一台使每刀分别转动的独立马达驱动器,而且有一专用于每台马达驱动器的控制器,参考转动位置可在控制器中存储。这使得一旦由刀具调整工在紧张加工过程中找对(found for)特定部位通常就固定到相应地可转驱动的辊上的可转驱动的刀的设置能在任何理想时间再次被简单地检索并被自动地调整。一旦确定,这种格式设置(format settings)的再现性就必然是可能的,且对无训练人员都不难。
按本发明横切装置的第二种配置包括下列事实,即在两个具有一可转地可驱动的切割单元中,一个被设置在片材的一侧,另一个在所有情况下都设置在平片材相对的另一侧。二切割单元相对平片材的这种交错设置也使格式部分具有一非常小的格式长度,因为最小格式长度不再由平片材上设置的二横切刀辊间的较大相互间隔所确定。假使这样的话,同样可将独立的马达提供给两个切割单元中的每一个,另外,可将一控制器分配给这两台马达驱动器中的每一台,而且可在其中存储理想的参考旋转位置。此时这种补充配置设计就具有补充优点,即任何理想的格式区段-即使很小-都能以直接的形式可再现地加以设置。
本发明另外的优点、特点可从权利要求和以下典型实施例看出来。

具体实施方式
一横切装置10具有两个切割单元12、14,其中一切割单元12被设置在一平片材16的上方,另一切割单元14则设置在平片材16下方,平片材16由一点划线表示。本例中平片材16为一印刷纸片材(printedpaper web),由未绘示于图1的惯常传送带或辊子传送器引导沿传送方向18通过横切装置10。
上切割单元具有一横切刀辊20,有一切刀22固定在其上。此刀22通过以旋转切割(rotational cut)著称的方式与设置在带16下方的定刀24相互配合切断带16。
横切刀辊20具有一专用马达驱动器26。横切刀辊20的任何理想的旋转位置均可存储在供马达26用、未绘示在图中的控制器中。结果,横切刀辊20的适宜旋转位置可毫无困难地加以检索并再次调整设置好。
下切割单元14以与上切割单元12相同的方式构成。切刀32也被固定在其辊30上并与设置在平片材16上方、固定在一切刀夹持器35的定刀34相互配合以便产生旋转切割。横切刀辊30由一独立马达驱动器36驱动。此马达驱动器36具有一控制器,可在其中存储横切刀辊30的参考位置。
二切割单元12、14之二辊20、30的相互旋转位置一旦调整设置好,就可基于二马达驱动器26、36之二控制器中存储的旋转位置可再现地再次加以检索,亦即二辊20、30之旋转位置从而特定切割任务所要求的其刀22、32的旋转位置均可便当地再次调整设置好。
二切割单元12、14在材料片16上活动以便-例如-以通过图2、3中的例子绘示的方式切出部分40。相同的部分40、40.2、40.3、40.4是要从平片材16上切下的(图2)。所有这些部分都具有长度42并且短于已印在片材16上的具有长度44的相应总格式。总格式可连续相互固附,留有间隔,也可无缝地相互对接,如本例所示。
一旦平片材16随待切去部分40.2的前线50到达-例如-上切割单元12区域中,此线50就以旋转切割方式由刀22、24切割(图2)。在此部分40.2的后线52随后到达下切割单元14的区域中后,片材16也由所述单元之刀32、34沿线52以旋转切割方式切断。这样,部分40.2与片材14分离开来。随后的部分40.3、40.4均如法炮制顺序进行。一旦要产生的部分40.3的前线50.3抵达前切割单元12,适当的横断隔线就在线50.3上产生。然后相应的切口也由下切割单元14在部分40.3的后线52.3上产生。这样,各部分随之与片材16分离开来。
由于相继的部分40.2、40.3的相应前界线50、50.3间的距离54与这些相继的两部分40.2、40.3的后界线52、52.3的相互间隔尺寸一模一样,二辊20、30就可同步驱动。在本例中,马达26、36为伺服马达,每机都有一专用记录控制器。二辊相对待产生的个别部分40的相应旋转位置存于此记录控制器中。结果,与部分有关的数据可预存储并在二横切刀辊20、30需按相应理想部分再次另行调整设置时易于再予检索(retrieve)。
二定刀24、34间区域中的平片材16倚在本例中环绕三个挠辊(deflection roll)连续循环的输送带60上。在其两个上挠辊61、63间的区域中,此输送带60沿输送方向18从而以与平片材16相同的方式由一未予绘示的驱动马达驱动。因此,伴随着沿输送方向18输送通过横切装置10的平片材,在它-例如-沿后线52由下切刀单元14沿横向切断后,在此线52与位于其后面的线50.3间的片材段70就被此片材段后面的平片材的区域朝第一切刀单元12的方向推。借助传送带60,此片材段70可在输送方向18活动。对所有在二切割单元14与12间区域中的所有片材域来说,此活动均是可能的。
存在在部分40.2、40.3、40.4间且在本例中相同的片材段70在通过第一切割单元12后从平片材16完整地切下。在上切割单元12的横切刀辊20中,横切刀辊20的圆周在环周邻接其刀22的圆周区域72中被穿孔或设置有孔。此穿孔提供了一些吸孔,这些吸孔在它们指向辊20内部的孔端被连接到一未绘示在图中的真空源上。在一切片在绘示在图4中的上切割单元12的区域中产生后-例如-一相关片材段70就从平片材16完整切下。然后,此段经穿孔圆周表面74被吸到辊20上,在辊20进一步旋转的过程中沿旋转方向76斜向上脱离平片材16的区域而升起,随后被吹离辊20。吹离的作用是由穿孔表面72的区域中一适当的正气压产生的。供在片材段70上抽吸的空气经穿孔表面72被摄取,特别地持续一段特定的时间,然后空气再次经此穿孔表面区域排出,以便再次将片材段70驱离辊20表面。随着辊20完整地转过360°,新的片材段70可从平片材16的区域再次被吸上。从辊20,片材段70可被放入废料箱。
刀22-相应地固定到下切割单元14的刀32也是如此-由多个沿旋转轴线80配置的螺钉82保持牢固地拧到辊20上。此外,刀22借助调节螺钉84朝固定的下刀24的方向被加压。最后,刀22的切刃88可借助另外的调节螺钉86沿平行于固定螺钉82的工作轴线的方向驱离辊20。结果,刀22的切刃88就可与下刀24的切刃89准确对准并这样保持在这种对准状态。下刀24也和刀22一样加以固定。如此,有一些将刀24牢固地夹持在刀夹持器25上的固定螺钉92。另外,有一些与调节螺钉84类似的螺钉94。最后,还有一些与螺钉86类似的螺钉96,在图4中仅绘示出它们的螺钉轴线。类似的固定也用于下切割单元14的刀32、34。切割单元14的构成与切割单元12一样,区别在于,无需将平片材16的任何部分吸到其横切刀辊30并予以吹离,因此它没有穿孔表面72。
切割单元12-类似陈述也适用于切割单元14-可在一平行于平片材16的平面内绕枢轴旋转。在这种情况下,旋转轴线80就保持成一线平行于平片材16。不同的绕框轴旋转的位置使情况成为这样,即取决于平片材16相应的输送速度,切线50、52总是可以与输送方向18成直角准确产生。这种调整本身在旋转切割中是已公知的。
与示例性实施例不同,二切割单元12、14也可加以设置,使它们沿输送方向18交换位置。如此,相对于图4,右手的辊30可位于平片材16之上方而左手的辊20可低于平片材16。

-具有在输送方向(18)彼此隔开的两个供平片材(16)用的切割单元(12、14),
-具有属于每个切割单元(12、14)的定刀(24、34)和在圆环形轨迹上旋转的刀(22、32),
-其中
-每个可转刀(22、32)被分配一台实现相应旋转的独立马达驱动器(26、36),
-对于每台马达驱动器(26、36)有一专用控制器,可在其中存储参考旋转位置。
2.一种用于沿被印平片材(16)的输送方向(18)不断地相互跟随地按照印刷格式生产部分的横切装置(10),
-具有在输送方向(18)彼此隔开的两个供平片材(16)用的切割单元(12、14),
-具有属于每个切割单元(12、14)的定刀(24、34)和在圆环形轨迹上旋转的刀(22、32),
-其中
-一切割单元(12)处于平片材(16)的一侧,另一切割单元(14)处于平片材(16)的相对的另一侧。
