Abstract

本发明涉及一种血糖检测装置,和一种把测量的血糖水平通过互连网上传至给药服务器的方法。在一个实施例中,血糖检测功能合并在移动终端内。在另一个实施例中,把血糖检测适配器与移动终端的连接端连接,该血糖检测适配器装备了完成血糖检测的最小功能。此外,该合并血糖检测功能的移动终端,和与上述血糖检测适配器连接的移动终端两者,都能把测量的血糖水平,发送到血糖水平给药服务器。对前者,在移动终端本身的外表面,设有条片盒,而对后者,条片盒放在适配器的外表面。

Description

血糖检测器及数据上传方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种血糖检测装置,和一种把测量的血糖水平通过互连网上传至血糖水平给药服务器的方法,具体说,是涉及一种使移动通信终端能通过合并在该移动通信终端内的血糖检测功能来检测血糖水平的装置,和一种使移动通信终端能通过与该移动通信终端连接的血糖检测适配器来显示血糖水平的装置,该血糖检测适配器装配了最小的完成血糖检测的功能。此外,该合并血糖检测功能的移动通信终端,和与上述血糖检测适配器连接的移动通信终端两者,都能把测量的血糖水平,发送到互连网上的血糖水平给药服务器。
背景技术
测量血中葡萄糖水平的的血糖检测,应当对具有波动葡萄糖水平的病人每天进行。而对严重糖尿病或其他专科疾病病人的诊断,一天内甚至要重复进行多次血糖检测。虽然血糖检测在诊所或其他医学研究机构中经常进行,但目前商店里有各种便携式血糖检测装置,可供病人在日常生活中每天自己检测他的葡萄糖水平。对葡萄糖水平的自行检测,病人通常需要有能测量葡萄糖水平的血糖检测装置,用于抽取血样的针(刺血针)、一张检测纸条片、和记录检测结果的糖尿病日记。
图1画出常规的便携式血糖检测装置100。该血糖检测装置的作用如下:如果在检测条片130上涂上血样,并插入血糖检测装置的接插件120,血样的葡萄糖水平便自动测量,并在显示窗110显示测量的葡萄糖水平。
这样测量并记录在糖尿病日记中的葡萄糖水平,能够作为通过饮食、运动、紧张等等的控制和监护以及作为糖尿病给药的指南。良好的葡萄糖水平给药法,能够防止因高葡萄糖水平引发的眼睛、肾脏、神经系统、血管等并发症,并有助于高或低血压的迅速监护及治愈。
但是,对葡萄糖水平的自行检测,病人必须携带血糖检测装置、条片盒、和记录检测结果的糖尿病日记,这在日常生活中是极不方便的。在检测之后,他要记录检测结果并把记录送至医生,供进一步诊断和治疗。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种血液检测装置,它能使移动通信终端或血糖检测适配器检测葡萄糖水平,据此在该移动通信终端或血糖检测适配器外表面设有条片盒,从而避免用户另外携带条片盒。
再有,本发明的目的,是通过使医生在互连网的血糖水平给药服务器上,利用自动记录的血糖检测结果,实时地检查病人的葡萄糖水平,从而避免用户必须记录血糖检测结果。
本发明还有一个目的,是提供一种血糖检测适配器,它不像常规的血糖检测装置,它通过在移动通信终端的显示窗显示测量的葡萄糖水平,能使常规的移动通信终端用作血糖检测装置,从而便于携带,并在大小和价格两方面,比常规便携式血糖检测装置更有竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供两种血糖检测装置,能使用移动通信终端来测量葡萄糖水平。
上述装置之一,涉及一种把血糖检测功能合并在其内的移动通信终端(本文此后称为“合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端”),另一种装置涉及装备最小血糖检测功能的适配器(本文此后称为“葡萄糖检测适配器”),该适配器与移动通信终端的串行口连接,并在与之连接的移动通信终端显示器上,显示该适配器测量的葡萄糖水平。上述合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端及与上述葡萄糖检测适配器连接的移动通信终端,都能把它们测量的葡萄糖水平,发送到互连网上的血糖给药服务器,因此,对前者,在合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端的外表面,设有条片盒,而对后者,在葡萄糖检测适配器的外表面,设有条片盒。
按照本发明的合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端,包括:中央处理部分;无线电部分;输入部分;条片接插件,能使涂上了血样的条片插入其中;传感器部分,用于测量与葡萄糖水平对应的电流;温度传感器部分,用于测量温度;信号变换部分,用于参照相应的温度,把测量的电流变换为葡萄糖值;和显示部分,用于在移动通信终端的显示窗显示测量的葡萄糖水平。
按照本发明的葡萄糖检测适配器,包括与该移动通信终端对应的条片接插件、传感器部分、温度传感器部分、和信号变换部分,此外还有中央处理部分,用于控制葡萄糖检测适配器的功能部件,及串行口,用于向移动通信终端发送测量的数据。
下面参照附图,给出本发明各实施例的详细说明。
图2和3涉及合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端,而图4和5涉及葡萄糖检测适配器。
图2画出合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端的内部方框图。
条片接插件270是把涂上血样的条片插入的部分,以便测量血样中含有的葡萄糖量。条片是检测纸,用于按下述方式测量葡萄糖水平:病人用针或刺血针取出血样,把血样涂在条片上,然后插入条片接插件。
传感器部分260是用于测量血样中出现的电流的部分。在把条片插入条片接插件270之后,传感器260自动起动,测量电流,然后,把测量值发送到信号变换部分250。因为该传感的作用是在条片插入条片接插件时自动发生的,无需用户手工操作,所以不需要分开的用户接口。
该传感作用按与常规便携式血糖检测装置相同的原理进行,即,当通过葡萄糖氧化酶的葡萄糖氧化过程中发射电子时,测量流过传感器的电流,并计算对应的葡萄糖水平。因此,传感器部分260在血液的葡萄糖氧化过程中测量电流,然后把测量值发送到信号变换部分250,再通过后者把电流值变换为对应的葡萄糖值。
温度传感器部分280测量葡萄糖水平测量时的温度,并把测量结果发送到信号变换部分250,以便能够通过温度变化校正葡萄糖值中的最终误差。
信号变换部分250把从传感器部分260接收的电流值,变换为葡萄糖值,把该葡萄糖值发送到中央处理部分230,并根据温度传感器部分280发送的温度,校正测量的葡萄糖值中的误差。
中央处理部分230不仅控制移动通信终端的所有通信功能,还控制涉及葡萄糖水平测量的所有功能部件。它还在把葡萄糖值发送到显示部分220中起作用,以便使葡萄糖值显示在移动通信终端的显示窗上,让用户观察显示的葡萄糖水平。
显示部分220能让用户通过显示的葡萄糖水平,观察葡萄糖值。
输入部分240向用户提供通信的接口,这是移动通信终端的基本功能。
图3是合并血糖检测功能的移动通信终端透视图,已经插入了涂上血样的条片。
这里要指出,葡萄糖检测结果显示在移动通信终端的显示窗310上,图3画出葡萄糖值的例子(120mg/dl)。
因为各种常规便携式血糖检测装置使用不同的条片大小,所以在本发明的合并血糖检测功能的移动通信终端中,使用的条片300的大小,要适合条片接插件340。虽然在上述图中,条片接插件340设在移动通信终端的一侧,但也可以把它设在移动通信终端的其他位置,例如在顶部或底部。
此外,移动通信终端也可以包括储存条片的条片盒320。虽然上图的条片盒320被安放在移动通信终端的右侧,但也可放在其他可用的位置,如左侧、底部、与电池盒一起放在背面,等等。
图4是透视图,画出移动通信终端如何与外部血糖检测适配器连接。
在把涂上血样的条片570插入条片接插件560之后,葡萄糖检测适配器500测量葡萄糖水平,并把测量的葡萄糖值,通过葡萄糖检测适配器的串行口510,发送到移动通信终端400。移动通信终端400接收葡萄糖值之后,把葡萄糖值显示在它的显示窗410上,并同时把葡萄糖值发送至互连网的葡萄糖水平给药服务器,于是,测量的葡萄糖值能够储存在该服务器中。
常规便携式血糖检测装置使用的条片570同样可以用于本发明。此外,葡萄糖检测适配器500可以包括储存条片的条片盒580。虽然上图的条片盒570被安放在葡萄糖检测适配器的一侧,但它也可放在葡萄糖检测适配器的其他可用位置,如在前面、在后面,等等。
但是,连接至葡萄糖检测适配器的移动通信终端,应包括葡萄糖检测适配器接口使用的程序,和自动向葡萄糖水平给药服务器报告葡萄糖值使用的程序。该程序可以在制造过程中,或从移动电话制造商服务中心下载,装入移动通信终端。
图5画出葡萄糖检测适配器的内部方框图。
因为条片接插件560、传感器部分550、温度传感器部分540、和信号变换部分530,与图2所示合并血糖检测功能的移动通信终端的对应部分,有相同功能,所以这里省略对它们的解释。因此,下面说明剩余的部分。
用于控制葡萄糖检测适配器所有功能部件的控制部分520,把葡萄糖水平数据发送至串行口,以便再传输到移动通信终端。
与移动通信终端进行RS-232串行通信的串行口510,也可以通过电缆连接至移动通信终端。但是,在本发明的本实施例中,该葡萄糖检测适配器的构造,是通过插入移动通信终端的串行口,直接与移动通信终端连接的。
图3所示合并血糖检测功能的移动通信终端,与图4连接至葡萄糖检测适配器的移动通信终端,两者都在完成测量后,把测量的葡萄糖值发送到互连网上的葡萄糖水平给药服务器。为此,移动通信终端在测量葡萄糖值后自动连接至葡萄糖水平给药服务器,并以用户ID登录。在成功登录后,移动通信终端向葡萄糖水平给药服务器发送葡萄糖数据,同时,后者把发送的葡萄糖值存储在数据库中为个别用户设置的适当区域。在葡萄糖水平给药服务器中的自动存储,让用户避免在糖尿病日记中记录每一葡萄糖检测结果的麻烦,从而为用户提供方便。此外,因为糖尿病要求由医生定期检验和/或治疗,本发明通过使医生能实时地观察远方病人存储在葡萄糖水平给药服务器中测量的葡萄糖值,为病人和医生双方提供了极大的优点。
虽然本发明已参照实施例和附图,作了如上说明,但本发明的权利范围不受上述说明的限制,而由附于后面的权利要求书及其等价叙述确定,所以正如本领域熟练人员知道的,在不偏离本发明的精神下,允许各种修改和变化。
工业可应用性
如上所述,本发明让用户通过包括条片盒的移动通信终端检测葡萄糖水平,免除用户携带常规血糖检测器和分开的条片盒的麻烦,因为该分开的条片盒对常规血糖检测器是必须的。本发明还通过把葡萄糖检测结果从移动通信终端,直接发送到互连网上的葡萄糖水平给药服务器,免除用户对在糖尿病日记中记录葡萄糖检测结果的抱怨,他不必携带糖尿病日记,但能使远方的医生实时地观察测量的葡萄糖值。

Claims (5)

1.一种合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端,包括:
条片接插件,可以把涂上血样的条片插入其中,
传感器部分,用于测量所述条片上血样中存在的电流;
温度传感器部分,用于测量葡萄糖检测时的温度,
信号变换部分,用于对照从所述温度传感器部分发送的所述温度,把从所述传感器部分发送的所述测量的电流,变换为葡萄糖值,
无线电部分,它把所述测量的葡萄糖值,通过与移动通信终端基站的无线电通信,发送到互连网上的葡萄糖水平给药服务器,
显示部分,用于显示测量的葡萄糖值,
输入部分,用于与用户的接口,和
中央处理部分,用于控制所述移动通信终端的功能部件,并把从所述信号变换部分接收的葡萄糖值,发送到所述显示部分及所述无线电部分。
2.按照权利要求1的合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端,还包括在其外表面的条片盒,用于储存条片,所述条片是要把血样涂在上面的条片。
3.一种与移动通信终端连接使用的葡萄糖检测适配器,包括
条片接插件,可以把涂上血样的条片插入其中,
传感器部分,用于测量所述条片上血样中存在的电流;
温度传感器部分,用于测量葡萄糖检测时的温度,
信号变换部分,用于对照从所述温度传感器部分发送的所述温度,把从所述传感器部分发送的所述测量的电流,变换为葡萄糖值,
串行口,用于与移动通信终端通信,能把测量的葡萄糖值,发送至所述移动通信终端,和
中央处理部分,用于控制所述葡萄糖检测适配器的功能部件,并把从所述信号变换部分接收的葡萄糖值,发送到所述串行口。
4.按照权利要求3的与移动通信终端连接使用的葡萄糖检测适配器,包括在其外表面的条片盒,用于储存条片,所述条片是要把血样涂在上面的条片。
5.一种通过无线网络把测量的葡萄糖值发送到互连网上葡萄糖水平给药服务器的方法,包括如下步骤:
合并葡萄糖检测功能的移动通信终端,或与移动通信终端连接的葡萄糖检测适配器,在已经完成葡萄糖检测后,所述移动通信终端自动连接至并在互连网的预定葡萄糖水平给药服务器登录,和
由所述移动通信终端通过无线网络,把测量的葡萄糖值发送到互连网上的葡萄糖水平给药服务器。
