发明内容

本发明的优选实施例旨在研制在正常行动的一段时间能够收集用于肢的身体数据的、用于被截肢者的接口。在一个实施例中,套接件用作肢和假肢之间的接口。被截肢者可以使用衬套来提供套接件内的悬浮和舒适。衬套可以硅树脂或其它材料制成并且可以与套接件一起提供锁定机构。锁定衬套装有销钉并且被依靠来悬浮套接件。通常为了舒适目的非锁定衬套或软垫衬套被使用并且使用带或其它机构来提供套接件的悬浮。术语衬套旨在解释为意义较宽的术语并且可以包含软保护套、套筒、插入物或其它放置在被截肢者的肢上的覆盖物。同时,衬套旨在以其明显和普通意义使用。在一个实施例中,如下面进一步所述,传感器装入放置在肢和套接件之间的套接件衬套中。在可选择的实施例中,传感器可以装入套接件软保护套中或套接件自身中。典型的软保护套提供用于肢的减震并且整天将体积增加到失去的肢。
优选方式是,传感器放置在构成套接件衬套的硅树脂或其它聚合材料(例如,热塑弹性体或聚亚安酯)中。传感器可以包括,但不限于:
用于测量和映射周围的氧的氧传感器,例如,通过高灵敏度的Spo2传感器的阵列;
监测肢上的衬套和/或套接件的配合的压力传感器;
温度传感器;
测量血压的传感器;
湿度传感器;
测量葡萄糖的传感器;
测量整个步态中肢在衬套和/或套接件内的运动的传感器;
测量整天内肢的体积波动的传感器;
测量体脂肪的传感器;
活动监测传感器,即假肢一天一天地穿戴多长时间并且是否具有高活动时间段。
测量衬套和/或套接件在肢上施加的剪力的传感器。
可以理解,对于不同的应用和对于其它诊断或生理学测量,其它传感器可以用于衬套中。
通过传感器获得的数据可以利用装入衬套和与衬套一起安装的通信设备传送到遥远的位置、康复医生和/或CPO(认证的修复学家/矫正器修配者)。这种方法帮助被截肢者融入社会并且使其修复学家获得最大的舒适和充分利用修复学家。另一个目的是以统计学的方式收集关于被截肢者的医学信息,从而给与更好处置的可能性。传感器可以通过使用槽、通道或袋在衬套内保持在适当位置。袋可以具有开口或封闭的端部。作为选择,可以存在槽、通道和袋的组合。此外,传感器可以在衬套上延伸。传感器可以由刚性、柔性材料或刚性和柔性材料的组合制造。
传感器可以装入套接件衬套的两种方式是一体传感器,以及放置在套接件衬套的层之间中的传感器。然而,传感器可以放置在软保护套、套接件插入物,套接件自身中,以及可以装入放置在被截肢者的肢之上的装置内的材料的其它层中。
图1示出了装有生理学传感器,更优选为压力传感器14、16和氧传感器12的套接件衬套的一个实施例。术语生理学传感器旨在限定较宽意义的术语以及其普通的意义。生理学传感器可以用于测量周围的氧、温度、湿度、体脂肪、血液气体、血压、血糖水平以及其它诸如上述的有关数据。生理学压力传感器14、16可以用于监测可以用作病人健康测度的肢施加到衬套上的压力。压力传感器14、16还可以监测衬套10和/或套接件施加在肢上的压力。氧传感器12可以用于测量诸如上述的周围的氧。
衬套10可以包括单层和多层。优选方式是,衬套10以两层18、20制造。在一个实施例中,内层18优选包括传感器12、14、16放置在其中、直到六个的纵向槽或通道22。传感器12、14、16可以放置在一个或多个槽22中。一旦传感器12、14、16已经正确定位,外层20定位在内层18之上。然后,内层18和外层20粘接在一起。两部分优选由硅树脂制成,但是也可以使用其它合适的材料。
图2和3示出了其中设有六个压力传感器14、16的衬套10的内层18。如图6-9中更详细所示,在一个实施例中设有五个短的压力传感器14,以及一个长的压力传感器16。五个短压力传感器14优选沿衬套10的周围每隔大约45度设置,所述一个长压力传感器16与五个短压力传感器14中最中心的相对180度定位。在使用300mm长的硅树脂衬套10的例子中,短传感器14优选大约260mm长,并且一个长传感器16大约410mm且围绕内层18的底部卷绕到相对侧。上面提供的这些长度涉及各个传感器14、16的柔性部分的总长度。传感器14、16优选还包括位于衬套10的上边缘24之上的刚性部分26(如图6-9中所示)。传感器的任何部分可以由柔性材料或刚性材料构造。传感器可以由硅树脂或其它类似的聚合材料制造。在一个实施例中,传感器可以由金属和泡沫材料组合制造。在图示的实施例中,刚性部分26优选大约30mm长。
图4和5示出了其中设有氧传感器12的衬套的内层18。氧传感器12可以定位在包括接近压力传感器14、16,在压力传感器14、16之下或在压力传感器14、16之上延伸的各个位置。如图4和5中所示,氧传感器12设置在压力传感器14之上,并且氧传感器12和压力传感器14、16在衬套10的边缘24之上延伸。在另一个实施例中(图中未示出),传感器12、14、16完全定位在衬套10的内层18和外层10之间。在另一个实施例中,氧传感器12装入衬套10中,而不连接到压力传感器14、16。作为选择,氧传感器12可以与任何上述的生理学传感器12、14、16组合或单独装入衬套10、软保护套、插入物、和/或套接件中。如图1中所示,在组装的衬套10的一个实施例中,三个氧传感器12设置在衬套10中。
可以理解,传感器12、14、16在衬套10中的数量和布置可以变化。还可以理解,将传感器12、14、16装入衬套10中的其它方式也可以采用。此外,传感器12、14、16不必位于衬套10中并且可以位于其自身的插座中。上述装置的其它变化也可以构思出。因此,本发明的范围不限于上述优选实施例。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的套接件衬套,包括:
适于容纳被截肢者的肢的衬套;以及
设置在衬套中的一个或多个传感器,所述传感器适于监测其中接收的数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中所述传感器是压力传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中所述传感器是氧传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中所述传感器包括压力传感器和氧传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中衬套包括用于容纳所述传感器的多个槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中衬套包括用于容纳所述传感器的多个袋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中传感器是沿衬套的表面设置的条带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的套接件,其中衬套由粘接在一起的两部分制成。
9.根据权利要求7所述的传感器,其中一个传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
10.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的衬套,包括:
内层和外层;
内层包括至少一个通道;
至少一个传感器,所述至少一个传感器设置在所述至少一个通道中并用于监测肢的生理学特性;以及
外层构造为覆盖内层。
11.根据权利要求10所述的衬套,其中所述通道是袋。
12.根据权利要求10所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是氧传感器。
13.根据权利要求10所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是压力传感器。
14.根据权利要求10所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是条带。
15.根据权利要求14所述的衬套,其中传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
16.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的套接件衬套,包括:
用于保持生理学传感器的衬套;
生理学传感器,该生理学传感器构造为从肢接收关于其生理学特性的数据;
传感器与发送器连接;
发送器构造为将数据发送到接收器,以允许最终用户分析肢的生理学特性。
17.根据权利要求16所述的套接件,其中:
衬套具有内层和外层;
内层构造为保持传感器;以及
外层用于提供内层和套接件之间的接口。
18.根据权利要求17所述的套接件,其中传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
19.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的服装,包括:
适于容纳肢并保持多个传感器的容纳部分;
适于从肢接收生理学数据的传感器;
所述服装构造为将生理学数据传送到最终用户以监测肢的健康。
20.一种用于监测肢的生理学特性的方法,包括:
提供其中具有至少一个生理学传感器的衬套;以及
利用从传感器积累的数据监测肢的生理学特性。
