发明内容

图2和3示出了其中设有六个压力传感器14、16的衬套10的内层18。如图6-9中更详细所示,在一个实施例中设有五个短的压力传感器14,以及一个长的压力传感器16。五个短压力传感器14优选沿衬套10的周围每隔大约45度设置,所述一个长压力传感器16与五个短压力传感器14中最中心的相对180度定位。在使用300mm长的硅树脂衬套10的例子中,短传感器14优选大约260mm长,并且一个长传感器16大约410mm且围绕内层18的底部卷绕到相对侧。上面提供的这些长度涉及各个传感器14、16的柔性部分的总长度。传感器14、16优选还包括位于衬套10的上边缘24之上的刚性部分26(如图6-9中所示)。传感器的任何部分可以由柔性材料或刚性材料构造。传感器可以由硅树脂或其它类似的聚合材料制造。在一个实施例中,传感器可以由金属和泡沫材料组合制造。在图示的实施例中,刚性部分26优选大约30mm长。
图4和5示出了其中设有氧传感器12的衬套的内层18。氧传感器12可以定位在包括接近压力传感器14、16,在压力传感器14、16之下或在压力传感器14、16之上延伸的各个位置。如图4和5中所示,氧传感器12设置在压力传感器14之上,并且氧传感器12和压力传感器14、16在衬套10的边缘24之上延伸。在另一个实施例中(图中未示出),传感器12、14、16完全定位在衬套10的内层18和外层10之间。在另一个实施例中,氧传感器12装入衬套10中,而不连接到压力传感器14、16。作为选择,氧传感器12可以与任何上述的生理学传感器12、14、16组合或单独装入衬套10、软保护套、插入物、和/或套接件中。如图1中所示,在组装的衬套10的一个实施例中,三个氧传感器12设置在衬套10中。
可以理解,传感器12、14、16在衬套10中的数量和布置可以变化。还可以理解,将传感器12、14、16装入衬套10中的其它方式也可以采用。此外,传感器12、14、16不必位于衬套10中并且可以位于其自身的插座中。上述装置的其它变化也可以构思出。因此,本发明的范围不限于上述优选实施例。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的套接件衬套,包括:
适于容纳被截肢者的肢的衬套,所述衬套包括内层和外层;以及
设置在衬套的内层与外层之间的一个或多个传感器,所述传感器适于监测传感器中接收的数据。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中所述传感器是压力传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中所述传感器是氧传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中所述传感器包括压力传感器和氧传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中衬套包括用于容纳所述传感器的多个槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中衬套包括用于容纳所述传感器的多个袋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的套接件衬套,其中一个传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
8.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的衬套,包括:
内层和外层;
内层包括至少一个通道;
至少一个传感器,所述至少一个传感器设置在所述至少一个通道中并用于监测肢的生理学特性;以及
外层构造为覆盖内层;
其中所述至少一个传感器位于内层和外层之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的衬套,其中所述通道是袋。
10.根据权利要求8所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是氧传感器。
11.根据权利要求8所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是压力传感器。
12.根据权利要求8所述的衬套,其中所述传感器是条带形传感器。
13.根据权利要求12所述的衬套,其中传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
14.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的套接件衬套,包括:
用于保持生理学传感器的衬套,所述衬套包括内层和外层;
生理学传感器,该生理学传感器构造为从肢接收关于其生理学特性的数据并且设置在衬套的内层与外层之间;
传感器与发送器连接;
发送器构造为将数据发送到接收器,以允许最终用户分析肢的生理学特性。
15.根据权利要求14所述的套接件衬套,其中:
内层构造为保持传感器;以及
外层用于提供内层和套接件之间的接口。
16.根据权利要求15所述的套接件衬套,其中传感器绕内层的底部卷绕。
17.一种用于容纳被截肢者的肢的服装,包括:
适于容纳肢并保持多个传感器的容纳部分,所述容纳部分包括内层和外层;
所述传感器设置在内层与外层之间且适于从肢接收生理学数据;
所述服装构造为将生理学数据传送到最终用户以监测肢的健康。
