Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及电信数据技术设备的端子板的插头及其制造方法。
背景技术
电信数据技术设备的端子板典型地包括连接输入端芯线的第一排触点元件和连接输出端芯线的第二排触点元件。在第一和第二排对应的触点元件之间设置分接触点,里面可插入测量插头、检测插头和保护插头。这些分接触点被设计成接通触点或切断触点。公知的检测插头和保护插头结构对称,其中插头的外壳遮盖住第一和第二排触点元件的触点元件,因而这些触点元件无法用于接入。如果所使用的测量插头或者检测插头的连接续绳恰好是临时接线连接,而且该临时接线连接要由固定跳接代替,那么在能进行固定跳接之前必须先通过取下该插头来断开用户连接。
另一问题在于,在插接测量插头、保护插头或检测插头时,不应断开已经存在的连接,因为否则会导致数据丢失。
DE 34 46 622 A1公开了一种端子板插头的插头部件,整体的插头部件由多个彼此电绝缘的并构成印制导线的冲压件组成,它们封装在塑料中并因此埋在塑料里。这些冲压件最好以在插入区域内加宽的形式构成。由此保证了能够不导致中断地插拔该插头。这些已知插头的缺点是加工起来相当麻烦。
此外,知道了用于端子板的保护插头,它们可插入端子板的开关触点和切断触点内并且具有不对称结构。这些插头主要包括外壳上部和同时封闭外壳的印刷电路板组成。结果,即使在保护插头插入的情况下,仍能用接线工具自由接入分配给用户的触点元件。但由于选择这印刷电路板作为触点元件,这些插头的缺点丝,因为印刷电路板轮廓缺少边缘金属化,这些插头不能不导致中断地被插接。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,从上述技术问题出发,提供一种电信数据技术设备的端子板的插头,它制造简单并能够不中断地插在端子板的分接触点内,以及提供一种相关的制造方法。
通过具有权利要求1和7特征的主题给出了解决该技术问题的方案。本发明的其它有利的改进方案来自从属权利要求。
为此,插头包括相印制导线接的塑料的底部和上部,其中该底部比上部长,该底部具有电镀金属结构,它们至少构成触点元件并一直延伸到底部的下边缘。这允许触点元件不导致中断地接触分接触点。此外,由于插头的不对称构造,所以,在插入插头的情况下,可以自由接入分配给用户的触点元件,因而,即使在插入插头的情况下也能配线,而不会切断可能已建立的临时连接。
构成触点元件的金属结构和/或底部最好在下边缘上具有小斜面,从而改进触点元件的引入,结果,也进一步改进不中断的触点连接过程,这是因为触点元件和分接触点在触点弹簧因受力而弯曲分开之前已经接触上。
在另一格优选的实施方式中,金属结构还包括印制导线和/或印刷电路板的接线元件。
最好印刷电路板的接线元件作为金属化的圆柱体构成,它们嵌入印刷电路板的金属化孔内并与后者接通。于是,根据要求,可以在印刷电路板上设置不同的部件和/或功能组件。
在此情况下,印刷电路板最好设置在上部同底部重叠的区域内,因此,可以防止印刷电路板发生实体接触和机械冲击。
在另一格优选实施方式中,底部和上部的长度这样选择,即在插入状态下,端子板的面向底部的触点允许钳接工具接近。

具体实施方式
图1、2表示带有电流连接部2的底部1的俯视图和仰视图。在这里,底部1由基体3和待金属化的芯部4制成整体。芯部4包括金属化结构,所述金属化结构作为触点元件5、印制导线6和接线元件7并被电镀加强。为此,例如底部1是用两次注塑法制成的,其中,通过第一次注塑注入可金属化的预处理的塑料,通过第二次注塑形成基体3,而此时还没有以后的触点元件5、印制导线6和接线元件7。在这些暴露表面上,用化学方法构成基本金属化。随后,底部1通过导电的电流连接部2被固定在与电源连接的支架上,而底部1被浸入对应电极所处的电镀槽内。在随后接通电流时,金属沉积在已先完成基本金属化的部位上,只有与支架导电连接的表面被加强。随后,可以将电流连接部2从底部1除去。图1所示为电镀后的底部1,其中,底部1的上侧和下侧各自沉积一个12极插头(12-pin plug)的六个触点元件5。触点元件5然后通过印制导线6与呈金属化圆柱销形式的接线元件7连接。触点元件5和底部1的下边缘9各自略微倾斜。为了将电流连接部2更好地连接在支架上(未示出),该电流连接部带有配合的缺口10。
根据插头的指定用途,在上侧和下侧上的触点元件可以通过金属化钻孔8.1-8.6互连。在用于两根屏蔽双芯线布线的所示实施方式中,在上侧的规定用于屏蔽的触点元件5.1和5.4与在下侧的对应的触点元件5.7和5.10通过钻孔8.1和8.4相互连接并通过印制导线6.1或6.4与共用的接线元件7连接。另一方面,其余触点元件5.2,5.3,5.5,5.6,5.8,5.9,5.11和5.12分别通向自己的接线元件7,结果,通过将电位分成系统侧和用户侧而允许进行测量。为此,触点元件5.8,5.9,5.11和5.12的电位通过镀通的钻孔8.2和8.3或8.5和8.6通到底部1的上侧,在这里,通过印制导线6建立了与接线元件7的电连接。为了简明起见,以下省略了在触点元件5、钻孔8和印制导线6上的下标。
图3、4分别表示整体安装的插头11。除了已经介绍的底部1外,插头11还包括短于底部1的上部12。上部12与底部1的基体3连接。在上部12和底部1的组装之前,在底部1内装入印刷电路板13,可通过在图3的上部12内画出的缺口看到该印刷电路板。印刷电路板13带有金属化孔,通过这些孔来接通接线元件7。结果,印刷电路板13与触点元件5电连接。在印刷电路板13上设置功能组件14并钎焊上临时接线16的导线15。然后,通过上部12和底部1的基体3将印刷电路板13完全保护起来。已除去的电流连接部的残余接片17不再有功能目的,但它们可以帮助将插头11插入端子板的分接触点中。
图5、6表示插入端子板18内的插头11。此外,用于跳接芯线20的钳接工具19已安放到位。由于插头11的不对称形状以及上部12的长度,所以,可自由接近端子板18的面向底部1的触点并可以被接到芯线20上。为此,钳接工具19的刀片21将芯线20压入刀形端子触点内,然后在那里形成电连接。

Claims (9)

1.电信数据技术设备的端子板的插头,包括相互连接的塑料的底部和上部和至少一个可插接在端子板分接触点内的触点元件,其特征在于,底部(1)比上部(12)长,该底部(1)具有电镀金属化结构,所述电镀金属化结构至少构成触点元件(5)并且一直延伸到该底部(1)的下边缘(9)。
2.按权利要求1所述的插头,其特征在于,在该下边缘(9)上的金属化结构和/或该底部(1)具有斜面。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的插头,其特征在于,所述金属化结构具有用于印刷电路板(13)的印制导线(6)和/或接线元件(7)。
4.按权利要求3所述的插头,其特征在于,该接线元件(7)为金属化圆柱体,该接线元件(7)嵌入该印刷电路板(13)的金属化孔内并与其接通。
5.按权利要求3或4所述的插头,其特征在于,该印刷电路板(13)设置在该上部(12)和该底部(1)重叠相连的区域之间。
6.按前述权利要求之一所述的插头,其特征在于,该底部(1)和该上部(12)的长度这样选择,即在插入状态下,该端子板(18)的面向该底部(1)的触点可让钳接工具(19)接近。
7.一种用于制造电信数据技术设备中的端子板(18)的插头(11)的方法,该方法借助至少一个塑料的底部(1)和上部(12),所述底部和所述上部相互连接,该底部(1)比该上部(12)长,该方法包括以下步骤:
a)将至少一个金属化结构电镀在该底部(1)的上侧和下侧上,该金属化结构构成该插头(11)的触点元件(5),其中,该金属化结构一直延伸到该底部(1)的上侧和下侧的下边缘(9),
b)单个或多个该触点元件(5)与功能元件(14)和/或导线(15)相连,
