Abstract

本发明涉及制作穿戴式监视系统的制作方法,所述方法包括提供织物基底弹性带以盛装电极的步骤。
本发明还涉及心脏监视系统。
从WO98/41279可以了解穿戴式监视系统的一种制作方法。按照已知的方法,在织物衣服上设有监视电极,所述电极缝制、刺绣、镶嵌或用粘接剂附着在衣服上。
现有技术中已知类型的监视系统可用于监视病人生理活动,例如监视心率技术领域。在该情况下,十分重要的一点是监视系统有利于使用者使用,并可由病人长时间穿戴而不会感到不适。还有很重要的一点是,这样的监视系统中电极数量应最少,并且电极系统可靠耐用。
本发明的目的是提供一种佩戴式监视系统的制作方法,其中电极可靠地附着在衣服上,并且制作成本降低。
本发明的方法的特征在于电极由穿过弹性带的电极材料模制而成。已发现,采用本身公知的模制方式将电极附着到衣服的带子,例如内衣带子或胸罩上可生产出可靠而便宜的监视系统。所需电极与衣服的带子制成一体使这种监视系统受到使用者的欢迎。另外,这种系统可洗涤,这样更会使病人感到舒适。由于电极与弹性带制成一体,这样当身体运动时它是柔软的,因此电极的位置相对于病人的皮肤而言不固定,这样对皮肤的刺激为最小。由弹性带的张力产生的作用于电极上的适当压力使测量的移动伪象为最小。弹性带的张力优选选择为在12至24N范围内。已发现,施加张力还有利于电极下的皮肤出汗,提高电极的导电性能,从而使噪声降低。由于总的来说人们习惯于在腰部承受张力,因此不会使人不舒服。另外,电极尺寸小还有利于使用者接受监视系统。
本发明方法的一个实施例的特征在于在提供电极的步骤中,所用电极由包含有与电极电连接的电线的模制件构成,所述电线在模制件撤去之后永久附着在电极上。按照这种技术措施,所需的电线也可以与带子做成一体,这样还有利于使病人感到舒适,并且监视系统更耐用。电线材料可以为传统的铜线,或者备选的是,它可以为导电硅条。硅条可适当选择成与弹性带的弹性匹配。
本发明方法的一个实施例的特征在于,电极材料包括导电橡胶,并且在模制中对导电橡胶进行硫化。采用导电橡胶制作电极的优点在于,橡胶可以拉伸,以利于使用者接受该系统。已发现,采用本身公知的硫化工艺(加压和加热)将电极材料附着到衣服的带子上可制作出可靠耐用的监视系统。
本发明方法的又一个实施例的特征在于电线材料采用其弹性基本上与弹性带材料相同的材料。这种技术措施确保弹性带的拉伸性能基本相等,并且有利于监视系统的稳定。可以采用导电橡胶,它特别适于达到这些目的。
本发明还涉及监视系统,其特征在于监视系统为心脏监视系统。已证实,心率异常的病人特别需要连续的监视。根据前面所述的方法制作出的系统非常方便,因为它可以象普通内衣那样穿戴,不会引起病人额外的不适。这种监视系统还适于在出现危及生命的异常情况时发出局部和/或移动报警。出于该目的,该监视系统可以如心脏受阻监视领域已知的那样与装饰报警系统做成一体。
监视系统的一个实施例的特征在于,所述系统包括至少两个电极。已发现,当用于心脏受阻监视目的时,提供两个电极足矣。这些电极可与内衣的腹带或胸罩的胸带做成一体。用于ECG监视时至少三个电极就足够了。
本发明监视系统的又一个实施例的特征在于,所述系统还包括一个运动传感器。该技术特征具有的优点为,在监视系统检测心脏受阻的情况下,这种情况经过了移动检测器的双重检查。该附加特征减少了误报警的机会。
下面将结合附图讨论本发明的这些及其它方面。
图1为监视系统的一个实施例的示意图。
图2为本发明方法中附着在弹性带上的一个传感器的实施例的剖视图。
图1所示为本发明穿戴型监视系统1的示意图。病人P提供有与弹性带2为一整体的传感器组3,根据本发明的方法,该传感器附着在弹性带上。传感器组3因此稳定地定位在与病人的皮肤接触的位置上,以便采集所需的生理信号。例如,这种监视系统可布置用于进行心脏活动的测量,或提取心脏活动的信号。传感器3包括与存储分析装置(SAD)4电连接的电极(未示出)。SAD可布置用于进行初步数据分析,以解释采集到的生理数据,或者可用作中间数据采集站。在前一种情况下,可将控制信号,例如报警信号传送给移动站6,此时经初步数据分析进行异常检测。在后一种情况下,数据传送给移动站6用于进行分析。后一种情况的优点是可以出于不同的目的对大量的数据进行分析。已发现,为了检测心脏受阻事件,仅采用两个整体做在带子中的电极就足够了。可以在弹性带中挨着这些传感器组装一个移动检测器。可采用任何已知的便携式移动检测器来达到该目的。在心脏受阻事件出现的情况下,病人不移动,这是移动传感器提供的信息。在这种情况下(没有病人移动),已发现可以采用定位于病人腹部区域的两个传感器来测量ECG。
图2为一个传感器的剖视图,根据本发明的方法,该传感器包括一个附着在弹性带10上的电极组20。该电极材料20例如可以由导电石墨和硅胶混合制成。也可采用其它合适的材料,例如导电橡胶来制作电极。在采用导电橡胶的情况下,可采用本身公知的包括加压和加热步骤的硫化过程来将电极本体附着在弹性带上。也可以是弹性带经过预处理而包括了切掉区域,其中电极定位在该区域内。如图2所示,电极24的一部分位于弹性带的这种切掉区域中,而电极的另一部分22与弹性带10相连。电极外主体可由在电极背侧表面23上的模制件(未示出)覆盖。采用30表示的电线来实现与传感器的电极的电连接。电线30通向监视器中的其它电极和移动传感器(可选)以及也附着在弹性带上的存储分析装置(未示出)。这样,采用本发明的方法可以简单地制作出便宜、耐用并且可靠的穿戴式监视系统。
Claims (8)
1.一种制作穿戴式监视系统的方法,所述方法包括提供用于盛放电极的织物基底弹性带的步骤,其特征在于该电极由穿过弹性带的电极材料模制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在提供电极的步骤中,所用电极由包含有与电极电连接的电线的模制件构成,所述电线在模制件撤去之后永久附着在电极上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于电极材料包括导电橡胶,并且在模制过程中进行导电橡胶的硫化。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于电线材料采用其弹性基本上与弹性带的材料相同的材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于电线材料为导电橡胶。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求制作的监视系统,其特征在于该系统为心脏监视系统。
7.根据权利要求6所述的监视系统,其特征在于所述系统包括至少两个电极。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的监视系统,其特征在于所述系统还包括一个移动传感器。
