Abstract
本发明提供至少由碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物、低级醇系溶剂、水、色材所组成的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,其中碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物的分子量为7000~15000、酸值为30~100、玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃。本发明所提供的用具用水性墨水组合物,其外观为有色或无色透明,笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及外观为有色或无色透明笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,特别涉及使用该墨水组合物所描绘笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物。
背景技术
在以往广告画、插画或装饰领域里,有时需要笔迹为隆起且有厚实感的产品,为得到这样的笔迹提出了各种墨水组合物的方案。例如特开平3-290473号公报揭示了这样一种隆起用绘画用具,其特征在于:它是由溶入水中放置一定时间后作为隆起主体的粘土、溶入乙醇中用于着色的丙烯基绘画用具、提高素材和绘画用具之间的亲合性及胶粘性的粘结材料和表面润饰用微细粒子所组成的修饰土混合而成的。特开平6-220382号公报揭示了在由油相及水相所组成的油包水型乳胶中,其特征为使用水包油型树脂乳胶作为该水相的孔版印刷用乳胶墨水,而且记载着用该孔版印刷用乳胶墨水印刷的文字表现出厚实感。再者,特开2002-285066号公报揭示了其特征为用石蜡作为胶粘剂的涂料墨水组合物,记载着通过在厚壁上涂布该涂料墨水便使具有立体表现及立体感的装饰成为可能。
但是,这些笔记用具缺乏透明性,到现在还不能提供墨水组合物外观为有色或无色透明、笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外观为有色或无色透明、笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物。
本发明者为解决上述课题,进行了锐意的研究,结果发现当笔记用具用水性墨水组合物至少由碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物、低级醇系溶剂、水和色材所组成的且其中碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物的分子量为7000~15000、酸值为30~100、玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃时,便可提供一种外观为有色或无色透明、笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,从而实现了本发明。
即本发明的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,是一种外观为有色或无色透明、笔迹同时具有透明感和立体感的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物。
具体实施方式
下面详细说明本发明。
本发明使用的碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物,为丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸、马来酸、甲基丙烯酸等适当地共聚而成的,为结构中具有羧基等酸性基、且在碱性物质共存下可溶于水的共聚物。本发明添加20~55重量%的分子量为7000~15000、酸值为30~100、玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃的共聚物来使用,例如可列举出丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、聚丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物、马来酸苯乙烯共聚物等,混合1种或2种以上这些物质来使用。分子量未达7000时,不但粘度太低而无法得到立体笔记线条,而且笔迹本身很难粘固;分子量超过15000时,因为少量使用就使墨水粘度显著增加,所以无法得到充足的添加量,这样不但使笔迹无法得到充分立体感,而且流动性也变差。
另外,使用酸值为30~100的共聚物,酸值未达30时,难以在墨水溶剂中溶解,会变成浑浊而影响透明感,酸值超过100时,则耐水性变差,笔记时拉丝现象变得明显。
而且,本发明所使用的碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物为使用玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃的共聚物,-10℃以下时,干燥后的笔迹会发粘,60℃以上时,干燥后的笔迹会产生裂纹。
上述碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物,相对于墨水总量添加20~55重量%来使用,如果低于20重量%,则描绘立体笔记线条时,笔迹干燥后残留的树脂成分不足,55重量%以上时,墨水粘度会明显增大而使流动性变差。另外,为了使树脂能够溶解,所使用的碱性物质为选自20℃下呈气态的低级胺,即氨、一甲胺、一乙胺、二甲胺、三甲胺的一种或二种以上,如果考虑到速干性则优选氨。碱性物质的添加则优选的是使树脂溶解的PH值为7~10。
本发明所使用的溶剂为水和低级醇溶剂的混合物,相对于溶剂总量,水的使用比例为的20~80重量%,水的添加量为20重量%以下时,虽然也会因纸张种类的不同而不同,但墨水变得容易向纸面渗透,难以描绘出立体的笔记线条;使用80重量%以上时,虽然也会因树脂酸值的不同而不同,但变得不易溶解。作为醇系溶剂可列举出的有:乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇、丙二醇单甲基醚等,混合1种或2种以上这些物质来使用。
作为本发明所使用的色材,在墨水外观不失透明性的程度上,可以使用一般醇系、水系墨水所采用的染料或颜料来着色,可用于不使墨水外观失去透明性程度的着色,具体地说,可以从水性或醇溶性染料中混合1种或2种以上来使用,C.I.直接黄44、C.I.直接黄50、C.I.直接红84、C.I.直接红225、C.I.直接紫9、C.I.直接蓝2、C.I.直接绿30等直接染料,C.I碱性黄25、C.I碱性橙2、C.I碱性红9、C.I碱性紫3、C.I碱性蓝1、C.I碱性蓝9等碱性染料,C.I.酸性黄1、C.I.酸性黄7、C.I.酸性橙7、C.I.酸性红1、C.I.酸性红13、C.I.酸性红87、C.I.酸性紫7、C.I.酸性蓝7、C.I.酸性蓝9、C.I.酸性蓝74、C.I.酸性蓝90、C.I.酸性绿7、C.I.酸性绿16、C.I.酸性棕39等酸性染料,或醇溶性染料,C.I.溶剂黑5、C.I.溶剂黑7、C.I.溶剂蓝5、C.I.溶剂蓝12、C.I.溶剂蓝25、C.I.溶剂蓝38、C.I.溶剂蓝70、C.I.溶剂红1、C.I.溶剂红8、C.I.溶剂红23、C.I.溶剂红82、C.I.溶剂黄6、C.I.溶剂黄21、C.I.溶剂黄56、C.I.溶剂黄61、C.I.溶剂橙45、C.I.溶剂紫21、C.I.溶剂绿3、C.I.溶剂棕20,荧光染料等。也可以从以下颜料中混合1种或2种以上来使用,如碳黑和作为白色颜料的二氧化钛等无机颜料,酞菁蓝(C.I.74160)、酞菁绿(C.I.74260)、二重氮黄GR(C.I.21100)、永固红4R(C.I.12335)、亮洋红6B(C.I.15850)等有机颜料、荧光颜料、夜光颜料等。
而且在本发明的墨水组合物中,除了上述成分以外,可依据需要使用笔记用具用墨水组合物中所采用的公知的添加剂等,例如分散剂、增稠剂、湿润剂、高沸点有机溶剂、防腐剂、防锈剂等。
而且在本发明中,将上述墨水组成物使用公知的搅拌机于室温至50℃或60℃左右温度下混合并搅拌,使之成为笔记用具用墨水,所制得的笔记用具用墨水为无色或透明,使用它所描写的笔迹具有透明感、立体感。所谓笔迹的透明感为漆膜不模糊而能让光透过,更具体地说,意味着透过用笔记用具所描写的笔迹,可辨认出纸等被记录物上的颜色及事先被写上去的文字等,另外,所谓立体感是指干燥后的笔迹部分的膜处于隆起状态。
实施例
接下来列出实施例、比较例,更具体的说明本发明,但本发明并不受该实施例所限制,另外,份为表示重量份,%为表示重量%。
实施例1
制造由99.9重量%的丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的水醇溶液及0.1重量%的C.I.溶剂蓝38所成的水性墨水组合物。
丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的水醇溶液具有以下的组成。
丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物 48.1份
(分子量为10900、酸值为59.5、Tg为20.0℃)
乙醇 32.3份
异丙醇 1.9份
正丙醇 2.6份
离子交换水 13.0份
氨水(28重量%) 2.0份
实施例2
制造具有以下组成的水性墨水组合物。
聚丙烯酸酯共聚物水溶液 74.6重量%
(分子量为13900、酸值为76.5、Tg为-7.5℃)
乙醇 20.3重量%
丙二醇单甲基醚 4.9重量%
C.I.酸性蓝90 0.2重量%
其中聚丙烯酸酯共聚物水溶液由以下组成所形成。
聚丙烯酸酯共聚物 35.8.份
离子交换水 36.0份
氨水(28重量%) 2.8份
比较例1
取一半实施例2的聚丙烯酸酯共聚物水溶液,减量部分换成离子交换水。
实施例3
制造具有以下组成的水性墨水组合物。
丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物 30.0重量%
(分子量为8500、酸值为73.0、Tg为40.0℃)
乙醇 10.0重量%
异丙醇 5.9重量%
离子交换水 52.0重量%
一甲胺 1.9重量%
C.I.酸性红87 0.2重量%
比较例2
将实施例3的离子交换水设定为10.0重量%,减量部分换成异丙醇。
比较例3
将实施例3的树脂增加一倍,相应地减少离子交换水的用量以弥补该增量部分。
比较例4
制造具有以下组成的水性墨水组合物。
丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物 34.0重量%
(分子量为8500、酸值为200.0、Tg为85.0℃)
乙醇 8.0重量%
异丙醇 5.9重量%
离子交换水 47.2重量%
氨水(28%重量) 4.8重量%
荧光颜料 0.1重量%
比较例5
丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的醇溶液 99.9重量%
(分子量为52200、酸值为78.8、Tg为1.7℃)
C.I.溶剂蓝38 0.1重量%
其中丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物的醇溶液具有以下组成。
丙烯酸甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物 48.1份
乙醇 47.3.份
异丙醇 1.9份
正丙醇 2.6份
比较例6
将实施例2的聚丙烯酸酯共聚物(分子量为13900、酸值为76.5、Tg为-7.5℃)水溶液换成聚丙烯酸酯共聚物(分子量为24000、酸值为19.0、Tg为-15.0℃)的乳胶(乳胶树脂比例为45.5重量%)。
比较例7
将实施例3的丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物(分子量为8500、酸值为73.0、Tg为40.0℃)换成丙烯酸苯乙烯共聚物(分子量为4600、酸值为108.0、Tg为60.0℃)。
实施例1~3、比较例1~7均在量好各组成成分的量后,使用公知的搅拌器,于50~60℃搅拌2小时左右使之溶解。
对于所得到的制品的性能,用如下方法进行测定,其结果表示于表1中。
(1)墨水的透明性…将墨水各自放入玻璃瓶中,目视其外观的透明性,以○及×进行评定。
(2)笔迹的透明感、立体感…将实施例1~3、比较例1~7的墨水装入本公司极细修正笔容器内,制得笔记用具,使用它于玻璃板上手写画成螺旋状,对于笔迹的透明感,即用肉眼观察有无模糊及立体感,以○及×进行评定。

由上述结果清楚地知道,至少由碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物、低级醇系溶剂、水、色材所组成的、且其碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物的分子量为7000~15000、酸值为30~100、玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,已经判明其墨水组合物的外观为有色或无色透明,笔迹为同时具有透明感、立体感的笔迹。
Claims (3)
1.一种笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,其至少含有碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物、低级醇系溶剂、水和色材,其中该碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物的分子量为7000~15000、酸值为30~100、玻璃转化温度为-10~60℃。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,其中该碱可溶性丙烯酸系共聚物的含量相对于墨水总量为20~55重量%。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的笔记用具用水性墨水组合物,其中墨水溶剂总量的20重量%至80重量%为水,余量为水溶性低级醇系溶剂。
