技术领域
本发明涉及一种传导纤维。更具体地,本发明涉及一种柔性的传导硅纤维,其用在与皮肤接触的可穿着的电子和传感器设备中。
背景技术
传导纤维在用作传导迹线、生物传感器、电极和其它可穿着电子设备的各种经缝纫或编织的织物中的使用是众所周知的。还通常所知的是将传导硅结合进入这些不同的织物以防止典型地包括至少一些金属的传导纤维与皮肤直接接触。硅的使用提供了柔软性且有助于消除与金属直接接触皮肤相关的负面影响。然而,硅的缺点是当它暴露于湿气(如,出汗)时往往变滑。因此。存在对一种具有传导硅的有益特性而没有上述所提缺点的传导纤维的需求。本发明的优选实施例满足这种需求。

本发明的另外目的是提供这样的传导纤维,其增加舒适性并且降低源自长期与皮肤接触所导致的负面效应。
本发明的这些以及其它目的和优点是通过本发明传导纤维的第一优选实施例而取得。包括纤维网或结构的传导纤维优选地具有一个或更多个不滑纤维以及与所述一个或更多个不滑纤维缠绕的一个或更多个传导纤维。这些不滑且传导的纤维通过使用任何已知的用于编织、缝纫或编结的传统方法而被缠绕。优选地,该一个或更多个传导纤维具有由传导半流体套筒所包围的传导丝状芯。

Claims (14)
1.一种纤维结构(1),包括:
不滑纤维(5);以及
传导纤维(10),其包括传导芯(15)和用于包围所述传导芯(15)的传导半流体套筒(20),
其中所述不滑纤维(5)和所述传导纤维(10)被缠绕成传导的不滑网。
2.一种传导纤维(10),包括:
传导芯(15);以及
围着所述传导芯(15)的传导半流体套筒(20)。
3.根据权利要求2的传导纤维(10),其中使所述传导芯(15)适应于接合所述传导半流体套筒(20)。
4.根据权利要求2或3的传导纤维(10),其中所述传导芯(15)由传导的聚合体、传导的金属化纤维、传导的石墨化纤维或传导的金属化箔制成。
5.根据权利要求3或4的传导纤维(10),其中所述传导半流体套筒(10)具有便利于粘接到所述传导芯(15)的粘性。
6.根据权利要求2、3、4或5的传导纤维(10),其中所述传导半流体套筒(20)被声波焊接到所述传导芯(15)上。
7.根据权利要求2、3、4、5或6的传导纤维(10),其中所述传导半流体套筒(20)由硅胶制成。
8.一种传导纤维(30),包括:
传导纤维芯(35);
包围在所述传导纤维芯(35)周围的不滑纤维(45);以及
包围在与所述不滑纤维(45)重合的所述传导纤维芯(35)周围的传导半流体纤维(50)。
9.根据权利要求8的传导纤维(30),其中使所述传导纤维芯(35)适合于接合所述不滑纤维(45)和所述传导半流体纤维(50)。
10.根据权利要求8或9的传导纤维(30),其中所述传导纤维芯(35)由传导的聚合体、传导的金属化纤维、传导的石墨化纤维或传导的金属化箔制成。
11.根据权利要求8、9或10的传导纤维(30),其中所述传导半流体纤维(50)具有便利于粘接到所述传导纤维芯(35)的粘性。
12.根据权利要求8、9、10或11的传导纤维(30),其中所述传导半流体纤维(50)被连接到所述传导纤维芯(35)。
