Abstract

本发明涉及一种在自动切割分配器中控制及调节材料卷压力的装置。根据本发明,分配器的各侧板(8)含有一个切口(8a),且所述切口内侧地容纳两个凸缘(10-11),该凸缘被布置在所述切口的上水平面和下水平面中并用来定位和支撑一个转轴(13)。所述轴(13)具有一个叶片(13a),该叶片从切口穿过各侧板(8)并从所述侧板向外伸出。各侧板(8)的后部包括一个爪体用于接收并固定一个复位装置(14),所述复位装置固定连接于所述叶片上。通过这种方式,各叶片被连接且材料卷被持续压住顶着滚筒。

Description

在自动切割分配器中的控制及调节材料卷压力的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及可自动切割擦拭材料的分配器的技术领域。
背景技术
本申请人研制了这种类型的器具且它们均大致以如下方式设计。它们包括一个壳体1其具有一个铰接的保护盖2。在壳体的两翼之间或者说在分别安装于壳体内侧的横向端侧板之间有一个滚筒3,其在外周上具有一个防滑摩擦区域并连有一个切割机构4,材料卷5位于所述滚筒之上并铰接在卷筒支架6上。一个安全辊7位于条带拉出器具的底部位置,并通过一个导板和传动带与滚筒相连,这样还可以控制材料条带的拉出。
在本申请人的多个专利中都描述了操作滚筒或者其切割装置的多种机构,而在本发明的内容中它们与之无关。
在根据使用者或者操作者的需要而逐渐向外拉出材料卷时,控制材料卷在连续展开过程中施加在滚筒上的压力是一个会遇到的问题。
本申请人已经致力于解决有关自动切割型分配器的这类问题。下面简要介绍申请人已研制出的现有技术。
在法国专利No.2621304描述的第一可选实施例中,申请人研制出了一种与弹性复位装置相反位置操作的凸轮机构,该弹簧复位装置与卷筒支架相对,从而可以产生推力并压着材料卷顶住滚筒。这种布置位于器具的中心处并需要将壳体的后部及卷筒支架进行特定的改装。在该实施例中,张力调节装置的中心位置使卷筒支架可以旋转但在沿卷轴长度方向无法产生均匀的压力分布。事实上,已发现使用者施加在材料条带上的张紧力不能产生规则的压力,从而材料卷会由于滚筒表面粗糙度的作用而倾向于向旁边移动。
本申请人在法国专利No.2764278中研制了这种构思的另一可选实施例。与卷筒支架的各个臂相连的调节装置具有导轨,其构成了在壳体横向侧翼与卷筒支架臂之间的滑轨,从而允许浮动安装在轨道上的滑块的滑动及有限的移动,并具有一个可被控制的、适当的弹性位移量直到带卷用尽,其张力恒定。
尽管其功能令人满意,但这样一种布置实施起来仍然是昂贵的,因为需要制造许多组件。
发明内容
因此申请人采用的措施集中在简化机构上,以便能实现上述功能并在需特殊铸模的方面合理化器具的制造工艺。
在进行了多种研究路线后,申请人选定实施一种具有有限数量组件的简化装置,其仍然可提供可靠的压力,无论装载的或即将用尽的材料卷的直径多大。
根据本发明的第一方面,各侧板被设计为具有一成型的切口,同时围绕所述切口在内部接纳成对的凸缘,所述凸缘在下水平面和上水平面内被布置在所述切口的两侧,并对一转轴进行定位和保持;并且,各转轴接纳一叶片,所述叶片从所述相应的切口穿过各侧板并超出所述侧板向外突出;并且,各侧板在其后部具有一爪体,用于容纳并固定一复位装置,所述复位装置还与所述叶片相连,降低所述卷筒支架臂带动各叶片转动并将所述卷筒以连续压力的方式保持压紧所述滚筒。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明更易于理解,下文将参照附图作为示例进行说明。
分配器整体由1指代。它包括一个壳体,其具有一个背面1a,一个倾斜的底1b和侧翼1c和1d。壳体具有一个公知类型的转动盖。附加的侧板8-9位于壳体空间内侧,并以塑料片形式制成,所述塑料片通过各种适当的装置可拆卸地适当固定在壳体壁上。滚筒3安装在这些侧板之间并连有切割机构4。滚筒可以具有本申请人其它专利中的任意特征。仅通过非限制性示例示出一个通过导板和传动带10与滚筒3间接相连的安全辊7,其可以控制并向器具出口输送纸。还表示出了一个装置其具有凸轮11和一个相连的复位装置12,该复位装置可以带动滚筒和使其返回。材料卷5以一种公知的方式安装在一个横架或卷筒支架6上,该卷筒支架铰接在上述侧侧板8-9后部的轴上。卷筒支架及其弯曲臂的结构是以与本申请人之前专利不同的方式设计的。如图所示,卷筒压顶着滚筒而材料条带也被压向滚筒,输送到并露出在器具的后部。
根据本发明,该装置的目的是在持续支撑材料卷时确保张紧控制及调节,其以如下方式实施。
如图4所示,支撑滚筒并铰接卷筒支架臂的各侧板8-9的后部被设计为具有一个有一定轮廓的例如十字形的切口8a-9a并位于在上述侧板内侧的两个夹板或凸缘10-11之间。这些凸缘水平布置在各个上述切口的上部和下部。该凸缘可以容纳并定位一个枢转轴13。该轴优选在其端头具有一个肩部以使其可以被定位并插入在两凸缘之间,确保其相对于所述凸缘固定住。根据本发明的轴被设计为具有一个叶片13a,其定位成直角并在水平面上穿过相对面的切口,并超出各侧板8-9平面向外突出。该叶片与轴一同铸造成一个整体件,并可以随着所述轴转动,如图6所示,从而可以从上述切口8a-9a的一侧到另一侧转动大概180角。因此叶片可以由于横向移动而在右手端和左手端呈两个相对的位置。此外,各卷筒支架臂具有一个弯曲的构型并带有一个突出爪体6a。一个弹簧形式的弹性复位装置一端被紧固在各个所述爪体8b-9b上而另一端紧固在叶片的端部。因此一个弹性联系在卷筒支架臂与控制及调节装置的旋转叶片间产生张力。
当材料卷完整时,所述叶片面对壳体侧面并且由于它的位置而产生放松压在滚筒上的卷筒的效果。当材料卷快用尽时,所述叶片向旁边移动并靠近滚筒。在其相应于死点中间位置处,卷筒直径大致减半,所述复位装置14基本上处于一个垂直平面中且不会产生任何特殊的压力。叶片一个方向上相对于其死点的定位或者其它取决于卷筒直径的位置会使卷筒向滚筒产生或者较小或者更大的压力。
根据本发明,向外拉材料卷会使卷筒支架臂朝着一个向前的旋转方向运动。这种旋转运动逐渐增大直到材料卷完全用尽。两个卷筒支架臂的向前转动引起与臂相连的爪体的移动,由于弹性装置的连接,而引起各叶片的逐渐转动。该叶片,如图1和2所示,从一端位置向另一端当材料卷基本松开一半时产生死点过渡,从而使复位装置产生期望的压力效果。所提出的解决方案由于使用了有限数量的元件而易于实施,并且保证了卷筒施加在滚筒上的压力控制。
令人感兴趣的是,将凸缘与侧板8-9一同铸造成型可以减少组件数目。
切口8a-9a优选具有一个十字形形状,但其也可以具有其它的任意构形,关键点是使其可以移动、定位和铰接叶片。

Claims (4)

1.控制和调节装置,用于在分配擦拭材料条带的器具中控制和调节材料卷的压力,所述器具包括一壳体——其具有一个保护盖、侧板(8-9)、一滚筒(3)——其连有一切割机构(4)、和一卷筒支架(6),所述控制和调节装置包括促动装置,所述促动装置抵抗着弹性复位装置以便进行所述压力控制,其特征在于,各侧板(8-9)被设计为具有一成型的切口(8a-9a),同时围绕所述切口在内部接纳成对的凸缘(10-11),所述凸缘在下水平面和上水平面内被布置在所述切口的两侧,并对一转轴(13)进行定位和保持;并且,各转轴(13)接纳一叶片(13a),所述叶片从所述相应的切口穿过各侧板(8-9)并超出所述侧板向外突出;并且,各侧板(8-9)在其后部具有一爪体(6a),用于容纳并固定一复位装置(14),所述复位装置还与所述叶片相连,降低所述卷筒支架臂带动各叶片转动并将所述卷筒以连续压力的方式保持压紧所述滚筒。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,各叶片可以按一个180°角度量从所述切口的一端转动到另一端。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述凸缘被水平布置在各所述各切口的上部和下部,且可以容纳并定位一转轴(13);所述凸缘为一个具有中心缺口(10b-11b)的叉形,从而可以定位并保持所述导引轴(13)。
