Abstract

本发明公开了一种从天然芳香植物香叶天竺葵中提取的精油作为活性成分的驱螨组合物,该驱螨组合物由香叶天竺葵精油和溶剂组成。所述的溶剂可以是水或乙醇,所述组合物中香叶天竺葵精油的浓度为≥0.125%,优选≥0.5%。参照农药检(生测)函[2003]45号《灭螨、驱满试验方法和评价标准》对本发明驱螨组合物进行试验,用水或75%乙醇分别将香叶天竺葵精油稀释为0.5%浓度对螨虫72h驱灭率均达到 100%,24h驱避率均达到100%。本发明所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物无副作用,原料易得、使用方便、成本较低,适用于家庭、学校、办公室、幼儿园、医院、宾馆、饭店及其它公共场所驱除螨虫的需要。

香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种以天然香料提取物为活性成分的驱虫剂,更具体的说是涉及一种以香叶天竺葵精油作为活性成分的驱螨组合物。
背景技术
郭显椿等在“中药驱螨净对兔螨病治疗实验”,《青海畜牧兽医杂志》,1996年Vol.(26)No.5,第16页,公开了一种用冰片、枯矾等14种中药为原料制成的驱螨净对家兔进行了实验,治愈率91.3%。范福贤等在“敌百虫油溶剂对猪牛驱螨病疗效观察”,《浙江畜牧售医》,1997年Vol.(22)No.3第37页,用敌百虫10%对猪牛等进行了螨病治疗,也取得了良好的疗效。但是目前,尚无发现用天然香料作为驱螨剂的实例,天然香料一般无副作用,原料易得、使用方便、成本较低。比上述中药或化学杀虫剂更适用于家庭、学校、办公室、幼儿园、医院、宾馆、饭店及其它公共场所。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种以天然香料为活性成分的芳香植物型的驱螨组合物,这种驱螨组合物要求无副作用,原料易得、使用方便、成本较低、具有良好的驱螨效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案:一种香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,由活性组分香叶天竺葵精油和溶剂组成。
所述的溶剂是水或乙醇。
所述的溶剂是浓度为75%的乙醇。
所述组合物中香叶天竺葵精油的浓度≥0.125%。
所述组合物中香叶天竺葵精油的浓度≥0.5%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种从天然芳香植物香叶天竺葵中提取的精油作为活性成分的驱螨组合物,该组合物由香叶天竺葵精油和乙醇或香叶天竺葵精油和水互溶后组成,用水和75%的乙醇分别将香叶天竺葵精油稀释为0.5%浓度对螨虫72h驱灭率均达到100%,24h驱避率均达到100%。本发明所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物无副作用,原料易得、使用方便、成本较低,适用于家庭、学校、办公室、幼儿园、医院、宾馆、饭店及其它公共场所驱除螨虫的需要。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细描述:一种香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,由活性组分香叶天竺葵精油和溶剂组成。所述的溶剂可以是水或乙醇,也可以是其它适合溶解香叶天竺葵的助溶剂。所述的溶剂优选浓度为75%的乙醇。所述组合物中香叶天竺葵精油的浓度≥0.125%,所述组合物中香叶天竺葵精油的浓度优选≥0.5%。所述香叶天竺葵精油是上海北大正元香料有限公司或云南昆明天香公司或云南艾谐香料有限公司等香料香精公司出售的商品香叶天竺葵精油。
试验前分别将香叶天竺葵精油用水或75%乙醇作溶剂,稀释成0.5%、0.25%、0.125%三种不同浓度,以10mg/cm2的剂量均匀涂抹于滤纸上待测。试验方法参照农药检(生测)函[2003]45号《灭螨、驱满试验方法和评价标准》进行。
(一)灭螨药效测定步骤
尘螨(Dermatophagoides fafinae)、解剖镜(OLYMPUS)、滤纸、培养皿(直径7.5cm、直径6.0cm)、有盖白瓷盘(30×20×5cm)、白油、凡士林、饱和食盐溶液、乙醇、粘胶纸、计数器。取与培养皿底面积(直经为7.5cm)基本一致的待测物样品作为试验组3块,再取一块面积同样未处理物作为对照组,然后分别置于培养皿中,培养皿内周边涂抹白油与凡士林(1∶1)混合物,以防螨虫爬出,培养皿中心放入200头试螨,立即计时,然后在培养皿中央放入螨虫饲料0.05g,30min后,在解剖镜下观察螨虫击倒数,置于隔水式培养箱(25℃±1℃)内。分别于24h和72h时检查死亡螨虫数。对照的死亡率如大于20%,整个测试须重新进行。
(二)驱螨药效测定步骤
取7只小培养皿(直经6cm),其中1只为中心培养皿,其余6只培养皿围绕中心培养皿摆放,并有一处培养皿壁与中心培养皿接触,并在培养皿与培养皿接触处用透明胶带粘住,以使螨虫自由爬行。将7只培养皿摆好后放在粘胶纸板上使其位置得以固定。在中心培养皿中放入试螨500头,在周围6只培养皿底各间隔放入面积基本一致的待测物1块和对照物1块,并在待测物和对照物上面各放入螨虫饲料0.05g。将固定在粘胶纸板上的这一套试验装置放入一个有盖瓷盘(30×20×5cm)中,加入饱和食盐溶液使瓷盘内湿度保持在75%左右,置于隔水式培养箱(25℃±1℃)内。于24h时用解剖镜观察并记录待测物和对照物上的螨虫数,实验结果见表1。

试验结果,香叶天竺葵精油用水或75%乙醇稀释为0.5%浓度对螨虫72h驱灭率和24h驱避率均为100%;香叶天竺葵精油用水或75%乙醇稀释为0.25%浓度对螨虫72h驱灭率分别为87.04%和90.82%,24h驱避率分别为86.60%和90.67%;香叶天竺葵精油用水或75%乙醇稀释为0.125%浓度对螨虫72h驱灭率分别为57.04%和62.14%,24h驱避率分别为63.78%和68.09%。经统计学处理,结果显示溶剂水或75%乙醇间无显著性差异,(P>0.05),其它浓度的乙醇也同样可以作为溶剂。香叶天竺葵精油稀释浓度≥0.5%对螨虫72h驱灭和24h驱避效果最好。

1.一种香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,由活性组分香叶天竺葵精油和溶剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,其特征在于所述的溶剂为水或乙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,其特征在于所述的溶剂为浓度为75%的乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3任意一种所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,其特征在于所述的香叶天竺葵精油在组合物中的浓度≥0.125%。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3任意一种所述的香叶天竺葵驱螨组合物,其特征在于所述的香叶天竺葵精油在组合物中的浓度≥0.5%。
