Abstract

一种不须在管端制出螺纹的水或汽管接头包括:一个传统的口端带有内螺纹的管接头。一个接触该管接头内端面的传统的弹性密封圈。一个套在该密封圈外面的定位套。一个置于该定位套外端面上的内齿锁紧圈。一个置于该内齿锁紧圈外面的,内径和须插入管子外径滑配的,朝向该内齿锁紧圈的端表面是一个退拔面,朝向外部的外圆表面上制有外螺纹的启闭环。一个内孔表面制有和该启闭环的外螺纹相配的内螺纹的,外表面的圆柱部分制成和该管接头内孔表面滑配的,外表面的外螺纹部分制成和该管接头的内螺纹螺合的塞套。连接时只须将管子插入本发明的管接头,听到“喀”一声就行了。用勾头扳手把该启闭环旋转180°就能把管子拿出来。

Description

用于水或汽的管接头
技术领域
本发明涉及集水或汽或配水的装置,特别是给水管道系统的零部件。
背景技术
常见的最简单的水或汽管接头是在接头的收容管端制出内螺纹(管螺纹),在须连接的管端制出相配的外螺纹,再把该制有外螺纹的管端拧入管接头的内螺纹中。由于螺纹总有一定的深度,因此管子在螺纹端的机械强度不可避免地会被削弱。由于管螺纹一般都较粗糙,所以水或汽管在被拧入管接头时的阻力很大。由于管身是光滑的圆柱,无法使用普通的扳手,因此须要使用带有特制钳口的管子扳手咬死在管身上,才能使劲拧入螺纹,等到装配好后,管身上不可避免地留下钳口引致的变形及伤痕。
而且,当装好了的管子已使用了一段时间后须要拆下时,所费的劲就更大了。此时螺纹部位因种种原因(例如,生锈、变形、涂胶、…)只会咬合得更紧,因此管身上由管子扳手钳口所造成的变形和伤痕会更多更严重。同时,整根管子也很易在螺纹部位断裂。
此外,随着科技发展和时代的进步,管子的材料也多样化起来:有白铁管(镀锌低炭钢管),有塑料管(硬性PVC管),有光身铜管,有外表面涂塑料铜管,有内表面涂塑料白铁管,有外表面镀铬管,有各种合金管。管子的外表不管是涂还是镀,都不宜使用管子扳头,因为外表面的涂/镀层根本就抵受不住管子扳头钳口的咬合力,连续的涂/镀层肯定会被钳口破坏。即使是光身铜管和合金管,由于表面硬度大大低于钳口的硬度,使用了管子扳手会使管身表面留下难看的变形和伤痕。
因此很早就有人发展出多种不用在管端制螺纹的管接头,例如其中一种是把管口翻口,这种方法只适用于材料较软而易变形的管子,例如铜管。另一种是利用位于管端外表面的压紧胶圈,例如家庭中常见的塑料下水管。这两种先有技术虽然删除了管端螺纹,但是管子和接头的接合还是靠螺纹,不同的只是现在的外螺纹是制在管接头的外表面上,内螺纹是制在套在管身上的螺套上。这两种方法虽然能消除管身不被钳口钳伤的问题,可惜应用的范围太小(白铁管不能用),结构(管端螺套)和操作(翻口及拧螺母)太麻烦。
所以曾有人想出用内齿锁紧圈来代替先有技术管接头的内螺纹,把没有螺纹的管端直接穿过内齿锁紧圈插入管接头中,管子就退不出来了。可惜在实际施工时试装是绝对必要的,如果一次装配好后就不能拆开的话,等于既不准人试装,又不让人维修。因此这个办法至今无人使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不须在管端制出螺纹的使用内齿锁紧圈的水或汽管接头,它既适用于任何材料的管子,又可以随意地插入管子和取出管子。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的水或汽管接头包括:一个传统的口端带有内螺纹的管接头;一个接触该管接头内端面的传统的弹性密封圈;一个套在该密封圈外面的定位套;一个置于该定位套外端面上的内齿锁紧圈;一个置于该内齿锁紧圈外面的、内径和须插入管子外径滑配的,朝向该内齿锁紧圈的端表面是一个退拔面,朝向外部的外圆表面上制有外螺纹的启闭环;一个内孔表面制有和该启闭环的外螺纹相配的内螺纹的,外表面的圆柱部份制成和该管接头内孔表面滑配的,外表面的外螺纹部份制成和该管接头的内螺纹螺合的塞套。

具体实施方式
由图1可知,本发明水或汽管接头只是在先有技术的管接头6的基础上,增加了五个零件而成。因为此时如把图1中的五个零件(1-5)取走,把一根管子的端部制出螺纹,拧入管接头6的内螺纹中,就是标准的先有技术管接头方法。但本发明增加了五个零件:5是用合成橡胶(例如乙丙橡胶)制的弹性密封圈,用来顶住须连接管的管端。4是一个套在该密封圈5外面的用塑料制成的定位套,该定位套4的外圆表面和管接头6的内圆柱表面相配,该定位套4的内圆表面和该弹性密封圈5的外圆相配,使该弹性密封圈5保持和管轴同心。该定位套4的朝外的端面供一个不锈钢制的内齿锁紧圈3搁置。该内齿锁紧圈3的外径和该定位套4的外径相同,都和管接头6的内圆柱表面相配。在该内齿锁紧圈3的外侧是一个铜制的启闭环2。该启闭环2朝向该内齿锁紧圈的端表面是一个退拔面,如果该退拔面压向该内齿锁紧圈3的内齿,则这些内齿就张开。该启闭环2朝向外部(图中向右)的外圆表面上制有外螺纹。该启闭环2的内圆直径和须连接(插入)管子的外径滑配。1是一个塞套,它的内孔表面制有和该启闭环2的外螺纹相配的内螺纹,它的外表面的圆柱部份制成和该管接头6内孔表面滑配,它的外表面的外螺纹部份制成和该管接头6的内螺纹配合。
图2A~图2E是本发明水或汽管接头的零件图。除了管接头6(因为它是先有技术),都显示出来了。
因此,当全部零件装配就位后,六个零件的轴向位置就固定了,彼此之间不会松动。此时,可将塞套1和管接头6用任何已知的方法固定成一体,例如用胶水灌入它俩相配的螺纹中,从而阻止塞套1的拧出,等等。这样,全部装配工作就完成了。可以把所须连接(插入)的管由该启闭环2的内孔插入,此时向内滑动的管端会把齿锁紧圈3的内齿向内顶开,直到管端压紧弹性密封圈5并在略为回缩时被内齿锁紧圈3的内齿卡紧而发出“喀”一声。这时管子已被卡住,再也拔不出来。卡紧力由齿锁紧圈3的内齿的内径和管端外径之差(也即内齿卡住管子时的倾斜程度)有关。一般在20°至35°之间效果较为理想。因为倾斜度越大,经由内齿锁紧圈3传至启闭环2、塞套1的轴向反力也越大,太大的轴向力经过螺纹传至管接头6的最薄的口端是很不理想的。倾斜角小的话,大部份轴向力转化成径向力,由管接头6的厚度较厚的内圆柱表面承受,就合理得多。
须要把管子从管接头6中取出时,只须把该启闭环2转动,使启闭环2向内(图中左方)伸进,启闭环2内端的退拔面压向内齿锁紧圈3的内齿,使它进一步向内倾斜。这样,内齿的齿尖离开了管端外圆表面,管子就能很轻易地取出。当管子取出后,就可以把启闭环2转回原来的位置,使齿锁紧圈3的内齿回复到原来的大致垂直的位置。该启闭环2的拧出拧入可以使用任何现有的方式。作为示例,本发明是采取在该启闭环2的外端环形表面上钻多个凹位,再把Y形的勾头扳手(见图3)上的两个柱头插入该多个凹位中的两个径向凹位中,扳动扳头,该启闭环2就随着转动了。该启闭环2的两个旋转死点;一个是向内拧进时,该启闭环2的该退拔面通过该内齿而顶住在该定位套4的外端面上。另一个是该启闭环2向外(图中向右)退到尽时。可以把这两个死点之间的距离做成略小于180°。此外,为了照顾装拆管子时人们的操作习惯,该启闭环2的外螺纹被做成左牙,以便勾头扳手向右扳动时管子被卡紧,向左扳动时管子被释放。
由上述方法制成的本发明的水或汽管接头经过测试能配合BS 2871 Part1/EN 1057的铜管,以及符合BS 864/EN 1254中铜配件的压力要求。乙丙橡胶制成的弹性密封圈5在受压状态时当水温在1℃-20℃时,可承受20巴(约300磅/平方时)的压力而不漏水。当水温分别在30℃,65℃及90℃时,能承受16巴(约230磅/平方时),10巴(约145磅/平方时)及6巴(约85磅/平方时)的压力。因此本发明的水或汽管接头能应用于一切冷、热水供水系统及汽体管道系统。
由于管子是滑配插入本发明的水或汽管接头中的,所以在插入端一定长度上不能有增大尺寸的被覆物。所以要把铜管外表面包覆的塑料层按下表推荐的尺寸批去。

在批去铜管表面塑料时,不要伤及铜管表面。尤其不要用刀尖垂直地沿管轴在铜管表面深划,因为这种形式的伤痕会导致铜管日后在疲劳载荷下漏水。
因为本发明的水或汽管接头和管子的连接是由滑配和勾刺两部份组合而成,所以当把管子推入本发明的水管接头时可以有少许转动。如果安装在混凝土内或地底下的位置,最好在管子和接头的接驳口上封上胶纸,或在安装时先在铜管上套上胶圈,当接驳完成后再把胶圈推至遮住接驳口的位置,以防止任何液体或尘埃由滑配间隙进入水管接头内。
由于本发明的水或汽管接头和管子之间的液密完全依靠该弹性密封圈5,所以管口的端面在装配完毕后应和管接头的底端面保持平行才能使该弹性密封圈5均匀受压,才能确保密封。因此,在裁管的时侯要注意切口和管轴的垂直度要求。裁管后要清除任何足以刺伤该弹性密封圈5的毛刺。
上面对各个零件所用材料的举例,只是为了使大家能按此制造出一个实施例产品,并非对本发明的水或汽管接头的限制。事实上管接头6可以用铜、钢、铁等各种合金,选用铸造,冲压,油压等多种方法制造,甚致用塑料采用注塑,吹塑等方法制成。弹性密封圈5也不一定非用乙丙橡胶,其它功效相同的材料都可以用的。上面以铜管为例,所以内齿锁紧圈3的钢质内齿很易嵌住铜管表面。但当管子材料的硬度提高时,例如使用钢管或铁管时,因为内齿锁紧圈3的钢质内齿无法有效地嵌入钢(或铁)管表面,所以要在管子的该内齿嵌入部位制一条凹形的环槽,以便接纳该些内齿。本发明的效果除了消除了在管子两头制作螺纹的工作,从而节省了制作螺纹的机器和工时。又简化了安装时的操作,使施工更加安全。更提高了安装工程的速度和旧材料的回用程度。

Claims (12)

1.一种水或汽管接头,包括一个传统的口端带有内螺纹的管接头,其特征为还包括:
一个接触该管接头内端面的传统的弹性密封圈;
一个套在该密封圈外面的定位套;
一个置于该定位套外端面上的内齿锁紧圈;
一个置于该内齿锁紧圈外面的,内径和须插入管子外径滑配的,朝向该内齿锁紧圈的端表面是一个退拔面,朝向外部的外圆表面上制有外螺纹的启闭环;
一个内孔表面制有和该启闭环的外螺纹相配的内螺纹的,外表面的圆柱部份制成和该管接头内孔表面滑配的,外表面的外螺纹部份制成和该管接头的内螺纹螺合的塞套。
2.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该弹性密封圈用乙丙橡胶或其它相当的材料制成。
3.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该定位套用塑料制成。
4.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该内齿锁紧圈用不锈钢制成。
5.如权利要求4中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该内齿锁紧圈的内齿倾斜程度最好在20°至35°之间。
6.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该启闭环用铜或其它合金制成。
7.如权利要求6中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该启闭环外端环形表面上有多个供勾头扳手柱头插入的凹位。
8.如权利要求6中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该启闭环的朝向外部的外圆表面上的外螺纹可以做成符合使用者习惯的左牙。
9.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该塞套用铜或其它合金制成。
10.如权利要求1中的水或汽管接头,其特征为该塞套在装配时拧入该传统的口端带有内螺纹的管接头后,用任何已知的方法固定成一体。
