复合导电管母线连接器
本发明专利复合导电管母线连接器,特别适用于输送工频大电流的导电管母线连接使用。载电流量大,温升低,机械强度高,提高运行安全系数。
现有的管母线连接有三种方式:1、焊接其缺点是安装复杂、焊口电阻大、焊口容易断裂;2、外连接二个半圆体附在管母线上用螺栓两边紧固。3、抱箍式连接。以上第2、第3连接方式的缺点是在高电压情况下连接部位由于用螺栓作紧固件,连接部位表面不平整,绝缘导电管母线连接部位不能作屏蔽绝缘处理,容易受人、动物(如老鼠等)以及其他物体偶然接触而发生接地和相间短路,不利于安全运行。
为克服现有管母线连接器的缺陷,本发明专利提供一种复合导电管母线连接器,该复合导电管母线连接器是由非磁性开口不锈钢套和开口导电金属套组成,用于绝缘导电管母线与绝缘导电管母线连接使用,其握着力大,接触电阻小,满足大电流输送。复合导电管母线连接器结构简单,表面平整,复合导电管母线连接器的连接部位容易作屏蔽绝缘处理。提高导电管母线运行的安全系数。
本发明专利解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在绝缘导电管母线连接部位套入与绝缘导电管母线导体外径相吻合的复合导电管母线连接器(1、在绝缘导电管母线连接部位套入与绝缘导电管母线外径相吻合的开口导电金属套;2、开口导电金属套的材质与绝缘导电管母线的材质相同;3、在开口导电金属套表面套入与开口导电金属套外径相吻合的非磁性开口不锈钢套;4、开口导电金属套开口与非磁性开口不锈钢套开口在同一位置;5、用专用夹具将非磁性开口不锈钢套紧固在绝缘导电管母线连接部位上;6、用不锈钢焊将非磁性开口不锈钢套的开口完整焊接后;7、再将专用夹具卸下;8、将焊口打磨平整;9、再作屏蔽绝缘处理)。
本发明专利的有益效果是,采用复合导电管母线连接器,复合导电管母线连接器其握着力大,接触电阻小,满足大电流输送。复合导电管母线连接器结构简单,表面平整,复合导电管母线连接器的连接部位容易作屏蔽绝缘处理。提高导电管母线运行的安全系数。

1、一种复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是由非磁性开口不锈钢套和开口导电金属套组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在绝缘导电管母线连接部位套入与绝缘导电管母线导体外径相吻合的开口导电金属套。
3、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在开口导电金属套的材质与绝缘导电管母线导体的材质相同。
4、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在开口导电金属套表面套入与开口导电金属套外径相吻合的非磁性开口不锈钢套。
5、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在开口导电金属套开口与非磁性开口不锈钢套开口在同一位置。
6、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在用专用夹具将非磁性开口不锈钢套紧固在绝缘导电管母线连接部位上。
7、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是在用不锈钢焊将非磁性开口不锈钢套的开口完整焊接,再将专用夹具卸下。
8、根据权利要求1所述的复合导电管母线连接器,其特征是将焊口打磨平整,再作屏蔽绝缘处理。
