本发明的管母线接头,是将铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线的端部采用抱箍、金属套或用弧形金属压板通过螺栓将软铜、铝带直接紧固在母线端部上,这就形成管母线接头,管母线接头的软铜、铝带再与其它设备端子连接,由于管母线接头是直接将软铜、铝带紧固在母线端部上形成一体式,没有连接位,没有接触电阻,减少发热量,载流量大,保证母线的端部不会产生高温,安全运行,由于管母线接头是一体式取消了原有的转换金具,直接降低成本、减少母线的重量、减少耗材,节省有色金属,节省能源。

技术领域
本发明管母线接头,特别适用于输送工频大电流的导电管母线端部与设备端子连接使用。载电流量大,温升低,机械强度高,提高运行安全系数。
背景技术
现有的导电管母线接头(专利号:01215457.1),在实际安装过程中存在缺点如下:由于导电管母线端部是圆形,与设备端子连接过程中需加装转换金具,由圆面转换为平面,通过矩形导体与其他设备端子连接。1、管母线与设备端子连接需加装转换金具成本高,浪费材料,耗能。2、原有的接头只有2个导电平面,截面积小,导体是分裂的,在输送电流时会存在电流分配不均,其中1个导电平面导体过电流小,另1个导电平面导体过电流过大,过电流大的那面会产生高温。3、管母线端部与转换金具连接,会产生接触电阻,由于有接触电阻的存在,在输送大电流的情况下,管母线端部与转换金具会产生过度发热,热量越大,电阻越高,发热越严重,由于高温会造成烧断管母线、相间短路、对地短路或引发火灾造成更大的事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、能有效解决端部发热的管母线接头。
实现本发明目的的技术方案一是:本发明的管母线接头,是将铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线(铜管内复合钢管或铝管)的端部采用抱箍、金属套或用弧形金属压板通过螺栓将软铜、铝带(根据载流量的要求,选择1片或多片软铜、铝带)直接紧固在母线端部上,这就形成管母线接头,管母线接头的软铜、铝带再与其它设备端子连接。
实现本发明目的的技术方案二是:本发明的管母线接头,为降低母线端部连接部位的温升,是将铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线(铜管内复合钢管或铝管)的端部套入铜、铝套加大端部的有效截面积,采用抱箍、金属套或用弧形金属压板通过螺栓将软铜、铝带(根据载流量的要求,选择1片或多片软铜、铝带)直接紧固在已加大截面积的母线端部上,这就形成管母线接头,管母线接头的软铜、铝带再与其它设备端子连接。
本发明的有益效果是:由于管母线接头便于与其它设备端子连接,加大散热空间,端部载面加大,有利于降低端部接头的温升,由于管母线接头是直接将软铜、铝带紧固在母线端部上形成一体式,没有连接位,没有接触电阻,减少发热量,载流量大,保证母线的端部不会产生高温,安全运行,由于管母线接头是一体式取消了原有的转换金具,直接降低成本、减少母线的重量、减少耗材,节省有色金属,节省能源。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图2、图3所示,本发明的管母线接头,是将直径Φ30mm~500mm,壁厚1mm~30mm铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线(铜管内复合钢管或铝管)的端部采用弧形金属压板通过螺栓将软铜、铝带(根据载流量的要求,选择1片或多片软铜、铝带,厚度1mm~30mm)直接紧固在母线端部外圆上(为加强端部的机械强度和载流量,母线端部可加大载面积,端部外圆紧密套入铜、铝套壁厚为1mm~30mm),端部内圆上亦可增加弧形金属压板以防螺丝紧固位置变形,这就形成管母线接头,管母线接头的软铜、铝带再与其它设备端子连接。

1.管母线接头,包括铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线端部(1)和软铜、铝带(2),其特征是:所述铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线端部(1)的直径为Φ30mm~500mm,壁厚为1mm~30mm,所述软铜、铝带(2)的厚度为1mm~30mm,其中所述铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线端部(1)外圆上设有弧形金属压板(9),弧形金属压板(9)通过螺栓(10)将1片或多片所述软铜、铝带(2)直接紧固在母线端部外圆上,管母线接头的软铜、铝带(2)与其它设备端子连接。
2.管母线接头,其特征是:铜、铝管母线、铜复合管母线端部(1)外圆套入铜、铝套加大端部的有效截面积。
