Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于油膜轴承的静液压设备的液压供应管路的连接块,该连接块被固定安置在一个轴承座上并且保持一条液压软管,该液压软管与活动安置在轴承座中的轴承套相连。
这样的连接块具有一个速动连接器,借助该速动连接器,例如在换辊时能尽快将轴承座连接到一个供油管路上。在连接块上还设有一条液压软管,该液压软管能够将液压油供给轴承套。这些轴承套活动支承在轴承座里,因而,液压软管必须补偿在轴承套和固定不动的连接块之间的运动。为此,软管敞露地贴在轴承座上。
这样一来,就存在着软管一方面因它擦蹭轴承座而磨损,但主要还是由于在换辊时在严酷的轧机工作中偶然产生的外部冲击使软管受损,这种冲击可能一直到达软管所在地。
本发明的任务是如此改进连接块,即不再出现上述缺点,而且提高了静液压设备的工作安全性。
通过权利要求1的特征来完成该任务。可在连接块中轴向移动的连接管能够补偿轴承套的运动。这样一来,连接块就可以利用其耐用的软管或者坚固的管路与轴承套相连。
结合一张图来详细描述本发明。该图示出了一个连接块1,它具有一个中心孔2。在中心孔2中安装着轴承3、3′,这些轴承保持着连接管4。连接管4的一端是封闭的并且该连接管在敞开端具有一个用于未示出的管路或者一个未示出的软管的接头5。在这里,接头5以及与接头5相连的软管接头在轴承座11中支撑在连接管4上。
连接管4在中心孔2或者轴承3、3′中通过密封件6被密封住。在连接块1中设有一个径向孔7,该径向孔结束于一个环形通道8处。在径向孔7的自由端上设有一个速动连接器9。连接管4具有至少一个径向开口10,该径向开口使环形通道8与连接管4的内部连通。
因此,通过速动连接器9、径向孔7、环形通道8、径向开口10以及连接管4,液压介质可以被送往连接管4的接头5。一旦未示出的轴承套运动起来,则这种运动可以通过未示出的管路或者未示出的软管被传给连接管4,该连接管能够通过其在固定不动的连接块1中的轴向可移性来补偿这种运动。
连接块1与轴承座11固定拧接在一起,因此,它不容易受到冲击作用。通过另一个密封件12,保护液压循环的内部和轴承座11不会让冷却水和脏东西进入。连接块1可以按照不生锈的实施形式来制造,因此,不会出现由冷却水导致的锈蚀。

Claims (7)
1、一种用于油膜轴承的静液压设备的液压供应管路的连接块(1),该连接块被固定安置在一个轴承座(11)上并且保持至少一条液压软管,所述液压软管与活动设置在该轴承座(11)里的轴承套连接,其特征在于,该连接块(1)具有一个孔(2),该孔(2)配备有一些轴承(3,3′),一个连接管(4)轴向移动地支撑在所述轴承里,该连接块(1)具有至少一个沿该中心孔(2)的径向设置的第二孔(7),该第二孔的敞开端具有一个用于一连接软管的连接器(9),该径向孔(7)终止于一条围绕该连接管(4)的环形通道(8)处,该连接管(4)在该环形通道(8)区域里具有至少一个径向的开口(10),该连接管(4)的一端是封闭的并且在该连接管的自由端上设有一个用于一通向该轴承套的连接软管的接头(5)。
2、如权利要求1所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,在该连接管(4)和该中心孔(2)之间设有一些密封件(6)。
3、如权利要求2所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,这些密封件(6)安放在该连接管(4)上并且相对该中心孔(2)密封该连接管以及允许该连接管(4)轴向移入这些轴承(3,3′)中。
4、如权利要求1-3之一所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,该接头(5)设置在该轴承座(11)里并且被该轴承套包围起来而受到保护地不承受机械应力。
5、如权利要求1-4之一所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,该连接块(1)与该轴承座(11)拧接在一起。
6、如权利要求1-5之一所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,该中心孔(2)除了所述密封件(6)外还通过另一个密封件(12)被保护起来而不让冷却水和脏东西进入。
7、如权利要求1-6之一所述的连接块(1),其特征在于,该连接块(1)可以被安装在该轴承座(11)上的任何一个位置上,因而,该速动连接器(9)处于一个对操作最佳的角位上。
