Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明有关造纸工艺,尤其有关膨松薄布及毛巾布的制造,可总称为膨松薄布。本发明也有关通过诸如水力缠结的方法制造无纺物件及无纺布的方法。本发明特别有关一种带子,其基本结构上预先选择的区域中沉积有功能性聚合物树脂材料,以充填该等区域,若需要,则于其上层形成具有所需的厚度的料层。此种带子是用以制造膨松薄布与毛巾、及无纺物件与无纺布。
背景技术
柔软且具吸收性而用后可丢弃的纸制品,诸如面纸、纸浴巾及纸毛巾,是现代工业化社会中现代生活的一般特色。虽然有许多制造该种产品的方法,但大体上说来,其制造由在制纸机的成形区段中形成雏形纸网:该雏形纸网随之通过气流输送至通风干燥(TAD)布或带上,通过真空或吸气使该网偏向而强制服贴于至少部分该TAD布或带的外形。承载于该TAD布或带上的网于输送点下游通经通风干燥器,该干燥器中,与该网逆向且通经该TAD布或带的加热气流将该网干燥至所需程度。最后,该网可于通风干燥器下游粘附于杨基(Yankee)干燥器表面,通过TAD布或带的表面于其表面上压印,以进一步且完全地干燥。随之以刮刀自杨基干燥器取出充分干燥的网,使得该网收缩或雏缩,增加其膨松度。经收缩的网卷成卷以供后续加工使用,包括包装成适于运输及由消费者选购的形式。
如前文所述,有许多制造膨松薄纸的方法,已知前文描述为部分方法所共有的一般步骤的概要。例如,并非始终需要使用杨基干燥器,在特定情况下,可能不需要收缩,或可能已采用其他方式诸如“湿式雏缩”以使该网收缩。
本案至少部分有关使用于膨松薄纸机的通风干燥器上的TAD布或带,详言之,本案有关Procter & Gamble在1980年代所发展且首次由Trokhan公开于美国专利第4,528,239号、第4,529,480号及第4,637,859号中的各种TAD带。所研究的TAD带包括一多孔织造元件,即织造基布,特定区域中具有聚合物树脂材料涂层。该聚合物树脂材料使得该TAD带具有宏观上单一平面而经图型化的连续网面,用以将该TAD带内部界定出许多不连续而隔离的偏转导管或孔洞。为制造该TAD带,该多孔织造元件的上表面上充分涂覆以控制厚度的液体感光性树脂,之后具有不透明及透明区而界定所需图型的罩幕或负片与该液体感光性树脂的表面接触,使该树脂经由该罩幕曝照光化辐射。该辐射—一般为光谱的紫外光(UV)部分—使树脂经由该罩幕曝光的部分固化,但被该罩幕所掩盖着则不固化。未固化的树脂随之通过洗涤而移除,留下涂层上具有通过固化树脂所形成的所需图型的多孔性织造元件。
该聚合物树脂材料可通过使用经适当设计的罩幕于表面上交替地形成许多不连续的隆起物。即,许多不连续的隆起物为具有孔洞的连续网的反面。而该图型却具有被位在开放多孔织造元件中的聚合物树脂材料所阻挡或阻断的不连续区域。此种带子可使用于膨松薄布机的成形区段中,以形成雏形纸网,于相对高单位重量的连续背景中具有相对高低单位重量的不连续区域。此种带子也可通过诸如水力缠结的方法而用以制造具有不连续区域的无纺物件及无纺布,其中纤维密度低于相邻区域者。
而且,该聚合物树脂材料也可于多孔织造元件上形成半连续网。即,该聚合物树脂材料可使用经适当设计的罩幕而形成排列成半连续图型的隆起物框架,以提供偏转导管的半连续图形。“半连续”意指每个隆起物皆以基本上线性的方式大致延伸贯穿该带,而每个隆起物皆与相邻隆起物具有间隔。如此,该隆起物可为大体上直线、彼此平行且等距的线,或可为大体上彼此平行且等距的锯齿形状。
本发明为一种供前述类型的TAD带使用的多孔织造元件,即织造基布。
发明内容
本发明因此为一种供通风干燥(TAD)带使用的基布,其也可使用于造纸机的成形、压机及干燥器区段。因此,其为一种造纸织物,包括多条经纱,与多条纬纱交织。
该经纱有两种。第一种与纬纱成为平纹组织,第二种与纬纱成为2×2斜纹组织。在平纹纺织中,经纱交替通经连续纬纱的上方及下方,而在2×2斜纹纺织中,经纱交替地通经两连续纠纱的上方及下方。第一种经纱与第二种交错,于相邻的第一种经纱之间形成波纹,产生具有所需的开口的织物。
现在参照以下附图,以更详细地描述本发明。

具体实施方式
现在参照前述图式,图1为基布10的一面的平面图,可为其成形面或磨损面。前者因其为当基布10为在造纸机上行进的TAD带的一部分时面向刚形成的纸网的面而得名。后者因为通过位于造纸机上的静止元件,因此易被磨损而得名。基布10自经纱12、经纱14及纬纱16织得。
经纱12及经纱14—在基布10平织且缝接成环形时于机器方向—彼此交错。即,经纱12介于每一对相邻经纱14之间,而经纱14介于每一对相邻经纱12之间。
经纱12与纬纱16—当基布10接成环形时位于机器的横向—织合成平纹纺织,其中每条经纱12通过连续纬纱16的上方及下方。
经纱14与经纱12交错横越基布10,与纬纱16完全斜纹纺织,其中每条经纱14皆通经两条连续纬纱16的上方及下方。
图1中虚线矩型内包括有基布10的织造图形的一个完全循环。发现每条纬纱16皆于图1所示的基布10面上在三条连续经纱14、12、14上制得一长浮纹。传统上,该浮纹会出现于磨损面上,但在本发明中并非如此。
图2为基布10另一面的平面图。图2所示的图仅为翻转图1所示者而得,因此,例如,出现于图1的最右边的经纱18出现于图2的最左边。
图3为沿图1的线3-3所取得的剖面图。显示在一个纺织图形循环中由纬纱16所得的轮廓,令人感兴趣的是发现纬纱16每次通达图中基布10的最低端时,即通经两条连续经纱12、14的上方。下文将说明此点的意义。
图4为沿图1中的线4-4所取得的剖面图。显示由基布10中两个纺织图形循环中的经纱14所得的轮廓。如此,图5为由图1中线5-5所示的剖面图,显示基布10在两上纺织图形循环中由经纱12所得的轮廓。
经纱12、经纱14及纬纱16优选以用以制造制纸机织布用纱时所使用的任何合成聚合物树脂的单丝纱。聚酯及聚硫胺为该等材料中的两种实例。该等材料的其他实例有聚苯硫(PPS)纱,市售名秒为RYTON,及经修饰耐热性、抗水解性、且防沾污性聚酯纱,其共受让美国专利第5,169,499号所揭示的种类且使用于Albany InternationalCorp.所售商标为THERMONETICS的干燥器织物中。美国专利第5,169,499号的教示以提及方式并入本文中。
而且,经纱14可通过添加适当的颜料于所挤塑的材料中而调成黑色,故其对用以使施加于基布10上的液体感光性树脂固化而生成TAD带的紫外光(UV)辐射不透明。如本领域普通技术人员所熟知,此项研究用以于TAD带背面上提供部分结构,以使得施加于该TAD带上的真空可偏转该网,使其服贴于该外形上而较不破裂,因此减少针孔的发生。
本发明基布10具有开放结构,使得液体感光性树脂更充分地封包经纱12、14及纬纱16,以防止树脂损失。换言之,基布10的结构的开口使得固化树脂与经纱12,14及纬纱16之间的机械性联锁更为完全而有效。
此种开口最明显地出示于图6中,图2所示的布面实际出现的平面图。经纱14于相邻经纱12之间以在点20--纬纱16通经经纱12及经纱14的上方--之间的纺织图形后退及前进。经纱14在两面上于经纱12之间形成的波纹使得基布10具有其特性开口。
前述的修饰对本领域普通技术人员显而易见,但对本发明的修饰未超越申请专利范围。
Claims (16)
1.一种造纸织物,其用作为TAD带的基布或造纸机的成形、压机及干燥器区段,该织物包括:
多条经纱,其与多条纬纱交织,该经纱部分为第一种且该经纱部分为第二种,该第一种经纱与该多条纬纱交织成平纹组织,且该第二种经纱与该多条纬纱交织成2×2斜纹组织,其中该第一种经纱与该第二种经纱交错,该第二种经纱于相邻该第一种经纱之间形成波纹,使得该织物具有所需的开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该第一种经纱各介于两相邻的该第二种经纱之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该第二种经纱各介于两相邻的该第一种经纱之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该第二种经纱于纬纱通过该第一种经纱及该第二种经纱的上方之处形成波纹。
5.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱定向于该造纸机的机器方向,且该纬纱定向于与机器横向的方向。
6.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱至少部分是单丝纱。
7.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该纬纱至少部分为单丝纱。
8.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱至少部分为聚酯纱。
9.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱至少部分为聚硫胺纱。
10.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱至少部分至为聚苯硫纱。
11.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该经纱至少部分为经修饰、耐热性、抗水解性且防沾污的聚酯纱。
12.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该第二种经纱对于紫外光(UV)辐射不透明。
13.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该纬纱至少部分为聚酯纱。
14.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该纬纱至少部分为聚硫胺纱。
15.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该纬纱至少部分为聚苯硫纱。
16.如权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中该纬纱至少部分为经修饰、耐热性、抗水解性及防沾污聚酯纱。
