Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及各种模拟烟制品,尤其是涉及一种模拟烟制品烟嘴。
背景技术
已有很多申请提出了一种不用点燃香烟就能产生烟味的模拟烟制品。例如,Cook等人申请的No.5944025的美国专利教导了一种烟制品,其中该烟制品的接触反应部位产生热气,该热气用来形成释放到吸烟者口中的带有香味的气体,同时控制了燃烧的气体成分。Strubel申请的美国专利No.4892109教导了一种了使用化学反应剂的模拟烟制品,当这些化学反应剂混合在一起时发生放热反应形成热源,该热源用来加热产生烟气的物质,该产生烟气的物质被吸入吸烟者口中。除.此之外,Claerman等人申请的美国专利No.5247947;Roberts等人申请的美国专利No.4819665;和Sensabaugh,jr等人申请的美国专利No.4793365教导了各种模拟烟制品,其中外部热源产生受热的烟气,然后该受热烟气传递给吸烟者。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种其中容纳有烟制品的模拟烟制品烟嘴,由此蒸汽使所述烟制品里的烟丝受热,香烟中的食用香料被蒸发并保留在蒸汽里供吸烟者吸入。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种其中容纳有烟制品的模拟烟制品烟嘴,其中使用乙醇-水混合物作为燃料源,用于使盛放在所述烟嘴中的烟草杆的食用香料汽化。
本发明提供的一种模拟烟制品烟嘴包括外壳、燃料混合室、火焰稳定器和火花点火装置;所述外壳具有低热传导材料制成的上游管状部分和高热传导材料制成的下游管状部分,所述上游管状部分包括可提供可燃性气体燃料的燃料装置,可提供用于使所述气体燃料燃烧的空气的空气源装置,所述燃料混合室与所述燃料装置和所述空气源装置连通;所述下游管状部分包括香烟接收室;所述火焰稳定器设置在所述燃料混合室的下游和燃烧室的上游,所述燃烧室设置在所述火焰稳定器与所述香烟接收室之间,所述火花点火装置设置在所述燃烧室附近和所述火焰稳定器的下游。
所述低热传导材料优选是不易燃材料或者是由更有利的陶瓷材料构成。
所述上游管部分的高热传导材料优选是金属或类金属材料,如铝、钛或者钛铝合金。可选择的是,可使用技术人员已知的且具有不致使蒸汽冷凝的性能的高热传导材料。
所述燃料装置优选包含用于供给易燃气体燃料的多孔介质。所述多孔介质优选由非燃烧材料构成,例如碳素纤维或者醋酸纤维素纤维。易燃气体燃料优选是盛放在所述多孔介质内的易燃碳氢化合物材料/水的混合物。适合的混合物是酒精/水混合物,包括甲醇/水,乙醇/水,异丙醇/水或类似的混合物。如果在燃烧时,气体燃料是纯燃烧燃料,而不仅仅是蒸汽,则更可取。
所述气源装置优选由一个可循环利用或不可循环利用的密封空气盒组成,该密封空气盒可以从所述上游管部分上拆卸下来。所述多孔介质里有一个通道,用于容纳空气盒的管口,并且提供一个空气进入燃料混合室的空气通道。可选择的是,所述气源装置包括一个可操作的盖,所述盖可设置在所述外壳的最上游端。所述盖可以机械的,手动或自动打开,理想的是与所述火花点火装置结合在一起使用,以使得当或者恰巧在气体燃料燃烧之前将空气引入烟嘴。

所述火花点火装置优选是压电式控制放电装置,可选择的是所述火花点火装置是电池发热部件。技术人员所知的其它点火装置。
所述燃烧室设置有吹气孔,该孔位于所述烟嘴外壳下游部分的香烟接收室附近。
虽然其它的烟制品可用于这样的装置,但烟制品烟嘴优选为香烟烟嘴。

具体实施方式
参照附图,示出了本发明的一种模拟烟制品烟嘴,尤其是香烟所用的模拟吸烟烟嘴,通常用数字10来表示。从图1可清楚的看出,所述非燃烧烟嘴包括外壳12,所述外壳12包括上游管状部分14和下游管状部分16。所述上游管状部分14是低热传导材料,如陶瓷制品,而所述下游管状部分16是类金属高热传导材料,如铝或其它适合的金属或类金属高热传导材料。如图1所示,香烟30插入所述下游管状部分16中。如图1和2所示,火花点火装置36装配在所述外壳12上,且通常靠近所述上游管状部分14与所述下游管状部分16的连接处,所述火花点火装置36可以是压电式控制放电装置或者电池加热部件或者现有技术中的其它任何火花点火装置。
图3所示了本发明第一优选实施例,该实施例中,烟嘴10带有可循环使用、可拆卸的密封空气盒40,所述密封空气盒40带有控制阀42,用于控制空气流到装配在所述上游管状部分14的上游端的所述第一上游室18。所述第一上游室18包括浸了乙醇-水的多孔介质44,所述多孔介质44基本上是由非燃烧材料组成,如碳素纤维或醋酸纤维素纤维。所述第二下游室22设置在所述多孔介质44的下游,用于接收预混合的乙醇-水蒸气和来自所述空气盒40的增压空气流所产生的空气。所述第二下游室设有燃料混合室。所述多孔介质44中设有空气通道20,所述空气通道20与所述盒40的控制阀42的出口相连,以使得流经该通道20的增压空气遇到来自所述多孔介质44的乙醇-水蒸气混合物。邻近所述上游部分14和所述下游部分16的接触面的是火焰稳定器24,所说火焰稳定器24设在所述火花点火装置36的上游。所述火焰稳定器可防止火焰回燃到燃料源,也可以防止火焰熄灭。其下游侧还提供了一个火焰燃烧的表面。在该实施例中,所述火焰稳定器为透气圆盘,以允许气体与空气穿过而燃烧。如本实施例中的图3所示,所述下游管状部分16设置有吸气口38,该气孔设置在香烟30的上游烟草端的上游,所述香烟30容纳在所述下游管状部分16的香烟接收室28内。所述吸气口38朝向所述管状部分16的上游端设置。如图3所示,香烟30具有烟草杆32和过滤嘴34。
在使用图3所示本发明第一实施例时,本发明的模拟烟制品使用乙醇蒸汽和空气的混合物在所述燃烧室26中燃烧以产生火焰。所述燃烧室26设置在所述下游室26内。乙醇燃料,还含有水,盛放在所述多孔介质44中。有非燃烧材料制成的所述多孔材料44包括所述空气通道20,该通道直径通常为2-3mm,且来自所述密封空气盒40的空气穿过该通道。流经所述多孔介质44的空气使乙醇燃料加速,并在所述火焰稳定器24下游将其点燃。通常使用压电式控制放电装置或电池加热部件或点火装置36将乙醇空气的混合物点燃。形成的火焰产生燃烧气体和蒸汽的热混合物,所述蒸汽与热气体保持热平衡。随后,在所述火焰稳定器26的下游使蒸汽冷凝,从而产生烟气。设置在所述香烟接收室28的下游管状部分16内的烟草杆32受到热气体和蒸汽/烟气的加热,并受到燃烧气体流经的且其内放置有香烟30的所述受热金属下游管状部分16的加热。此外,使用者吸气作用将烟气输送到下游,由此将吸入的空气带入吸气口38,烟气/呼气的混合物遇到来自盛放在烟草杆32内的受热烟草的食用香料。随后,反过来烟气将这些食用香料带到使用者口中。优选的是,所述下游管状部分16使用铝金属管,由此使得所述金属管足够热,以便于在蒸汽烟其内壁并与用来将烟草香味送到使用者的烟气运载器有效接触时,蒸汽不会冷凝。
图4时本发明第二优选实施例,其与图3所示的第三实施例的区别在于所述密封空气盒40与控制阀42已被拆下,取而代之的是设置在外壳112的上游端上的铰接盖50。而且,所述外壳设置有如图3所示的上游管状部分14,而由下游管状部分116代替所述下游管状部分16。在下游部分116中,没有设置所述吸气口38,且所有的燃烧空气和所述喷出的空气都流经所述外壳112的上游端进入到所述盖50的开口处。在图4的实施例的使用中,在所述火焰稳定器24处将火焰点燃,抬起所述盖50以使空气流入燃烧室,因而通过吸烟者的吹气使燃烧维持。可由吸烟者机械的或由与火花点火装置结合的其它装置自动的将所述盖抬起。
在第三实施例中,如图5所示,所述烟嘴210设置有外壳12,所述外壳212包括上游管状部分14和下游管状部分16,第一上游室18没有象图3和4所示的实施例一样设置多孔介质44。在该实施例中,可循环使用的液体燃料增压器240包括乙醇、水和空气,所述液体燃料增压器240装配到所述烟嘴210上,且多个控制阀242设置在所述增压器240和所述烟嘴210的连接处,以可控制的向所述上游室18供给预混合的乙醇-水和空气的混合物。使用中,来自所述增压器240的可控制量的预混合乙醇-水装配和空气在所述上游室18中混合,随后由点燃装置36将其在所述火焰稳定器24处点燃。
随着引入或分放到所述装置中的空气量的降低,燃烧停止。作为可选择的技术方案,当放电结束时燃烧停止。当吹气致使从多孔介质引入的气体燃料的量减少上,也可以使燃烧停止。
Claims (20)
1.一种模拟烟制品烟嘴,其包括外壳、燃料混合室、火焰稳定器和火花点火装置;所述外壳具有低热传导材料制成的上游管状部分和高热传导材料制成的下游管状部分,所述上游管状部分包括可提供可燃性气体燃料的燃料装置,可提供用于使所述气体燃料燃烧的空气的空气源装置,所述燃料混合室与所述燃料装置和所述空气源装置连通;所述下游管状部分包括香烟接收室;所述火焰稳定器设置在所述燃料混合室的下游和燃烧室的上游,所述燃烧室设置在所述火焰稳定器与所述香烟接收室之间,所述火花点火装置设置在所述燃烧室附近和所述火焰稳定器的下游。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟嘴,其中所述低热传导材料为非燃烧材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的烟嘴,其中所述低热传导材料为或者包括陶瓷材料。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的烟嘴,其中所述高热传导材料为金属或者类似金属的材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的烟嘴,其中所述金属是铝。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述燃料装置包括多孔介质。
7.根据权利要求6所述的烟嘴,其中所述的多孔介质基本上是由非燃烧材料组成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的烟嘴,其中所述非燃烧材料为碳素纤维或醋酸纤维素纤维。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述燃料装置包括可燃性气体燃料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的烟嘴,其中所述可燃性气体燃料是易燃碳氢化合物材料/水的混合物。
11.根据权利要求10所述的烟嘴,其中所述混合物是酒精/水的混合物。
12.根据权利要求12所述的烟嘴,其中所述酒精/水混合物可从包括水、乙醇/水、异丙醇/水或类似混合物的组中选出来。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述烟嘴与可拆卸的、循环使用的或不能循环使用的密封空气盒结合,所述密封空气盒适于接收在纵向延伸通过所述多孔介质的通道。
14.根据权利要求1-12中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述空气源装置包括可打开的盖。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述火焰稳定器是包括透气圆盘、带有一个或多个穿过其延伸的不透气圆盘或打孔的不透气圆盘的组中的一个。
16.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述火花点火装置是压电控制放电装置或电池加热部件。
17.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述燃烧室设置有吸气口。
18.根据权利要求17所述的烟嘴,其中所述吸气口设置在所述烟嘴外壳的香烟接收室附近。
19.根据前述权利要求中任一个所述的烟嘴,其中所述烟嘴为香烟烟嘴。
20.一种基本上参照图1、2、3、4或者图5所描述的烟嘴。
