Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹性织带及其编织方法。所述弹性织带,含有至少两种织带段,每一种织带段具有相应的伸长度和力度,其特征是:所述至少两种织带段是交替连续一体编织形成的。上述弹性织带的编织方法是在机械化编织过程中,通过控制根线的输送速度,以控制根线在织带中所起的弹性作用大小变化,从而形成由至少两种具相应伸长度和力度的织带段交替连续的织带。本发明的有益效果在于:本发明一体编织形成伸长度大、力度小与伸长度小、力度大交替连续的织带,简化了后加工的工序,提高了生产效率。所得织带没有驳口或缝接位,保证了使用该织带衣饰的整体美观性和穿着的舒适性。

Description

一种弹性织带及其编织方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性织带及其编织方法。
背景技术
弹性织带被广泛地应用于纺织行业及其它日常生活中,服装行业的应用尤为广泛。弹性织带是内衣行业必不可少的配件。现有的弹性织带,沿其长度方向的伸长度(Elongation)、力度基本上是均匀的。而实际应用上往往需要这样一种弹性织带:至少由两种织带段构成,每一种织带段具有相应的伸长度和力度。例如,应用于内衣的肩带,与肩膀接触部份需要伸长度较大而力度较小一些,便于肩膀活动时感觉舒适,其余部分则需要伸长度较小、力度较大一些的,以满足大罩杯所需的承托力度。目前的做法是将一段伸长度较大而力度较小的织带段与一段伸长度较小而力度较大的织带段通过车缝工艺连成一体,工序繁琐,效率较低,且留有缝接位,导致整体不美观的同时,也会令穿戴者感到不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由至少两种具有相应伸长度和力度的织带段一体编织形成的弹性织带及其编织方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种弹性织带,含有至少两种织带段,每一种织带段具有相应的伸长度和力度,其特征是:所述至少两种织带段是交替连续一体编织形成的。
上述弹性织带由两种织带段交替连续一体编织形成,一种织带段的伸长度较另一种织带段的大,其力度则较另一种织带段的小。
上述弹性织带可通过如下方法实现:在机械化编织过程中,通过控制根线的输送速度,以控制根线在织带中所起的弹性作用大小变化,从而形成由至少两种具相应伸长度和力度的织带段交替连续的织带。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明一体编织形成伸长度大、力度小与伸长度小、力度大交替连续的织带,简化了后加工的工序,提高了生产效率。所得织带没有驳口或缝接位,保证了使用该织带衣饰的整体美观性和穿着的舒适性。

现结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,为本发明所述的一种弹性织带,其中1为伸长度较大、力度较小的织带段,2为伸长度较小、力度较大的织带段。本发明是采用瑞士MULLER无梳织机编织,并在编织过程中,通过如图4所示的根线输送控制装置控制根线的输送速度,从而控制根线在织带中所起弹性作用的大、小变换,一体编织出一段伸长度大、力度小与一段伸长度小、力度大交替出现的织带。
上述根线输送控制装置的动作原理如下:金属块31置于无梳机的一条综线8上,感应器32感应到金属块31后将感应信号输入感应器控制器33,感应器控制器33处理该感应信号并控制直线运行马达41工作,直线运行马达41通过其上的变张力伸缩杆42改变偏心轮5的空间位置,另一感应器61感应到偏心轮5的位置变化后将信号输入另一感应器控制器62,另一感应器控制器62处理该信号并控制驱动送根马达71,送根马达71驱动送根装置72,送根装置72的运行速度变化可引致根线9的输送速度变化。设置在变张力伸缩杆42上的大张力限位开关43及小张力限位开关44,用于限制根线9的最大和最小输送速度。
实施例2
如图2所示,为本发明所述的弹性织带,其中1为伸长度较大而力度较小的织带段,2为伸长度较小而力度较大的部份。使用瑞士MULLER无梳织机编织,沿织带的长度方向采用令织带中根线的弹性作用大小变换的组织结构,一体编织出一段伸长度较大、力度较小的织带段与一段伸长度较小而力度较大的织带段交替出现的织带。
图4、图5为纺织行业表示织物组织结构的示意图,图中符号“×”表示经线在纬线上面,符号“□”表示经线在纬线下面。如图4所示的组织结构,由A列与B列组成,可编织出伸长度相对较大、力度相对较小的织带段;如图5所示的组织结构,由A列与C列组成,可编织出伸长度相对较小、力度相对较大的织带段。织带段1与织带段2中的根线均采用A列的组织结构,而其它原料则分别采用B、C列的组织结构。B与C列的组织结构分别在于:如图6所示,B列中的经线与A列中任何一条经线均有交错,则根线在织带中所起弹性作用相对较小;如图7所示,C列中的经线与A列中任何一条经线均没有交错,则根线在织带中所起的弹性作用相对较大。采用图4与图5的组织结构沿织带的长度方向交替变换,可一体编织出含有两种伸长度大小织带段的织带。

Claims (7)

1、一种弹性织带,含有至少两种织带段,每一种织带段具有相应的伸长度和力度,其特征是:所述至少两种织带段是交替连续一体编织形成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性织带,其特征是:由两种织带段交替连续一体编织形成,一种织带段的伸长度较另一种织带段的大,其力度则较另一种织带段的小。
3、权利要求1所述弹性织带的编织方法,其特征是:在机械化编织过程中,通过控制根线的输送速度,以控制根线在织带中所起的弹性作用大小变化,从而形成由至少两种具相应伸长度和力度的织带段交替连续的织带。
4、根据权利要求3所述的编织方法,其特征是:所述每一种织带段的长度比例、伸长度大小比例可根据需要改变。
5、根据权利要求2所述的的编织方法,其特征是:有一根线输送控制装置,附加在编织机械上,用以控制根线的输送速度。
6、根据权利要求4所述的的编织方法,其特征是:所述根线输送控制装置包括金属块(31)、感应器(32)、感应器控制器(33)、直线运行马达(41)、偏心轮(5)、另一感应器(61)、另一感应器控制器(62)、送根马达(71)及送根装置(72);
金属块(31)置于编织机械的综丝上,感应器(32)感应金属块(31)将信号并输入感应器控制器(33),感应器控制器(33)的信号输送给驱动直线运行马达(4),直线运行马达(41)通过其上的变张力伸缩杆(42)与偏心轮(5)连动,另一感应器(61)感应偏心轮(5)的距离信号并输入另一感应器控制器(62),另一感应器控制器(62)将信号输送到驱动送根马达(71),送根马达(71)驱动送根装置(72)。
7、根据权利要求4所述的的编织方法,其特征是:还包括一大张力限位开关(43)及一小张力限位开关(44),设置在变张力伸缩杆上。
