Abstract
本发明一种治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的中药制剂，由白头翁、马齿苋、黄柏、丹参、儿茶按重量配比，经传统的炮制工艺制成的药剂。本药物所主之证为腹泻、腹痛、腹胀、里急后重、下痢赤白脓血。从清热解毒、厚肠止泻、渗湿止痢、生肌去腐为治疗立法，上述各味诸药相辅相成，具有清热解毒、厚肠止泻、渗湿止痢、生肌去腐功能，适用于治疗腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、脓血便或血便属中医辩证的湿热内蕴型。制剂为纯中草药制成，标本兼治，疗效显著，无不良反应，无毒副作用，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹现象。

技术领域：
本发明涉及治疗结肠炎类疾病的中药制剂，特别是公开了一种治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的中药制剂，属于中医药学技术领域。
背景技术：
肠炎特别是慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎属于中医的“痢疾”、“泄泻”、“湿热痢”的范畴，病程较长、病因复杂。因此，许多西药对此类病证的治疗只是缓解症状，无法治愈，治标不治本；而其它的中药制剂在治疗过程中，具有一定的疗效，但复发的病例也很多，所以给患有该病的患者带来很多的痛苦。
发明内容：
本发明提供一种治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的中药制剂，具有疗效显著，标本兼治的特点。
根据我国的中医理论对于治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的致病机理，本发明所主之证为腹泻、腹痛、腹胀、里急后重、下痢赤白脓血。从清热解毒、厚肠止泻、渗湿止痢、生肌去腐为治疗立法，精选下列诸味纯中草药，按传统的中药炮制工艺制成。具体组方如下(按重量份数比)：
白头翁210～400、马齿苋100～200、黄柏100～200、
丹参80～150、儿茶20～40。
本发明优选配比为(重量份数比)
白头翁300、马齿苋150、黄柏150、丹参100、儿茶30。
炮制工艺如下：
称取上述原料加4～8倍水/次，煎煮1～3次，每次3.0、2.5、1.5小时梯度减时，合并药液，浓缩为相对密度为1.00～1.08的浓缩液体，加5倍量的醇液使其含醇量达到60～85％，混匀、放置、过滤，取上清液回收醇液之相对密度为1.10～1.25的流浸膏，加入蜂蜜、苯甲酸和水制成口服液。
用法与用量：口服。本发明的施药量可根据用药途径、患者年龄、体重、疾病类型和严重程度等变化，2次/日，15～30ml/次，一个月为一个疗程。
功能：清热解毒、厚肠止泻、渗湿止痢、生肌去腐。
适用：治疗腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、脓血便或血便属中医辩证的湿热内蕴型。
本发明根据慢性溃疡性结肠炎的病因病机以白头翁、马芷苋为主药，清热解毒滑利肠道，消积垢止泄泻。黄柏为臣，尤长于清膀胱大肠湿热，泻火补阴，燥湿止痢，医泄泻，附助君药，渗湿清热，使蕴郁肠间的湿热浊垢得以解散，附气和畅，而泄泻自止，以图其本。佐用丹参，走血分通脉络，化瘀滞消痈肿，具有通中有补，行而不破特点，得配君臣药，畅旺血行，和血更有助于解散肠中湿热互结、腹气不畅之势，使以儿茶，生肌去腐、定痛，标本兼顾，无药合用，共奏清热解毒、厚肠止泻、渗湿止痢及肌去腐之功效。
本发明的积极效果在于：各味诸药相辅相成，专治粘膜溃疡，充血，水肿，苦涩而坚，厚肠止泄泻，并没有敛邪的弊病。制剂为纯中草药制成，对于动脉硬化症的疗效较高，标本兼治，疗效显著，无不良反应，无毒副作用，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹现象。
为表明本发明药物的治疗效果，选40例慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎患者通过服用本发明药物进行治疗，其中：男性24例，女性16例。年龄20～29岁5例，30～39岁8例，40～49岁6例，50～59岁5例，60～69岁16例，平均年龄50.1岁，病程最短为半年，最长为3年，平均3年。
根据临床诊断为大肠湿热内蕴证，属慢性非感染性肠道疾病的门诊及住院患者均纳入试验病例。年龄18岁以下或65岁以上，妊娠或哺乳期妇女，过敏体质及对本药过敏者，合并有心血管、脑血管、肝肾和造血系统等严重疾病，精神患者，有严重并发症，如局部狭窄，肠梗阻，肠穿孔，直肠息肉，中毒性结肠扩张，结肠癌，直肠癌及肛门疾病等不符合纳入标准，未按规定服用药，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响或安全性判断者均为排出病例。
治疗前后详细记录病症变化，观测舌质、设台、脉象，测量心率、血压，化验血常规，尿常规，便常规即便培养、肝功、肾功。
采用治疗前自身对照的方法进行安全和疗效性评价。
综合疗效判定标准：
临床治愈：临床症状消失，结肠镜等检查肠粘膜恢复正常，停药后观察6个月无复发。
显效：临床症状基本消失，结肠镜等检查肠粘膜轻度炎症反应及部分假息肉形成。
有效：临床症状好转，结肠镜等检查粘膜病变有所好转。
无效：临床症状和结肠镜等检查无改善。

上表可知，用药后腹泻、粘液便、里急后重、腹痛、腹胀、纳呆症状明显改善。

上表说明，用药后舌质红、舌苔黄腻、脉象滑数这一组明显改善，说明湿热内蕴之证得到控制和减轻。

上表可见，用药后红细胞计数较治疗前变化不大，用药后血红细胞略有升高，白细胞计数稍有下降，均在正常值范围，因此本药对血象无明显影响。
综合疗效判定：
显效：21例，显效率52.5％。
有效率：17例，有效率42.5％。
无效：2例，无效率5％。
总有效率95％。
综上所述，应用本发明药物对40例患者治疗，对于湿热内蕴所引起的腹泻、粘液便、里急后重、腹痛、腹胀、纳呆等症有良好的保健和治疗效果，证实了本发明的清热解毒、后肠止泻、渗湿止痢、去腐生肌的功效。
具体实施方式：
下列实施例旨在进一步举例描述本发明，而不是以任何方式限制本发明，在不背离本发明的精神和原则的前提下，对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动或改变都将落入本发明的待批权利要求范围之内。
实施例1
取白头翁300g、马齿苋150g、黄柏150g、丹参100g、儿茶30g混合后加8倍水煎煮3小时，第二次加6倍水煎煮2.5小时，第三次加6倍水煎煮1.5小时，合并药液，浓缩至约1000ml(相对密度为1.00～1.08，60℃热侧)的浓缩液体，加乙醇液使其含醇量达到80％，混匀、放置、过滤，取上清液回收乙醇至600ml(相对密度为1.10～1.25，60℃热侧)，加入200g蜂蜜、苯甲酸钠2g、水至1000ml，过滤分装制成口服液。
实施例2
取白头翁240g、马齿苋200g、黄柏120g、丹参150g、儿茶20g混合后加8倍水煎煮3小时，第二次加6倍水煎煮2.5小时，第三次加4倍水煎煮1.5小时，合并药液，浓缩至约1000ml(相对密度为1.00～1.08，60℃热侧)的浓缩液体，加乙醇液使其含醇量达到80％，混匀、放置、过滤，取上清液回收乙醇至600ml(相对密度为1.10～1.25，60℃热侧)，加入200g蜂蜜、苯甲酸钠2g、水至1000ml，过滤分装制成口服液。

1、一种治疗治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的中药制剂，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂：
白头翁210～400、马齿苋100～200、黄柏100～200、
丹参80～150、儿茶20～40。
2、一种治疗治疗慢性肠炎、结肠炎、直肠炎的中药制剂，其特征在于是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂：
白头翁300、马齿苋150、黄柏150、丹参100、儿茶30。
3、权利要求1或2中药制剂的生产工艺，其特征在于包括以下步骤：称取白头翁210～400g、马齿苋100～200g、黄柏100～200g、丹参80～150g、儿茶20～40g加4～8倍水/次，煎煮1～3次，每次3.0、2.5、1.5小时梯度减时，合并药液，浓缩为相对密度为1.00～1.08的浓缩液体，加醇液使其含醇量达到60～85％，混匀、放置、过滤，取上清液回收醇液之相对密度为1.10～1.25的流浸膏，加入蜂蜜、苯甲酸和水制成口服液。
