Abstract

车铣两用可转位圆刀片,它涉及机械加工用车刀、铣刀的结合及结构的改进。本发明由扁圆柱形刀片体(3)组成;扁圆柱形刀片体(3)是上下对称结构,扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的圆心平台(7)内凹,在内凹的圆心平台(7)的中心处开有固定通孔(2),扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的平面边沿为刀刃倒棱(4),刀刃倒棱(4)至圆心平台(7)的斜面为切削刃刀片前角(5),扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的曲面为切削刃刀片后角(6)。本发明车刀片铣刀片集于一体,通用于车刀体和铣刀体,刀片双面使用经济实用,具有车削铣削加工效果好,节省了使用者的资金和过多的刀具所占用的空间,方便管理的优点。

车铣两用可转位圆刀片
技术领域:本发明涉及机械加工用车刀、铣刀的结合及结构的改进。
背景技术:目前机械加工业所用的圆车刀片只能用于车削加工,圆铣刀片仅用于铣削加工,这两种刀片不具备通用性,因这两种刀片是各自独立的,机加部门需分别采购,保管和使用,占用的资金和空间较多,由于车刀、铣刀各自的品种规格较多,管理也较麻烦。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种车铣两用可转位圆刀片,它将车刀片、铣刀片集于一体,车铣同刀,具有车削铣削加工效果好,可为机械加工部门节省资金的特点。本发明由扁圆柱形刀片体3组成;扁圆柱形刀片体3是上下对称结构,扁圆柱形刀片体3的圆心平台7内凹,在内凹的圆心平台7的中心处开有固定通孔2,扁圆柱形刀片体3的平面边沿为刀刃倒棱4,刀刃倒棱4至圆心平台7的斜面为切削刃刀片前角5,扁圆柱形刀片体3的曲面为切削刃刀片后角6。本发明车刀铣刀集于一体,通用于车刀体和铣刀体,刀片双面使用经济实用,具有车削铣削加工效果好,节省了使用者的资金和过多的刀具所占用的空间,方便管理的优点。

具体实施方式一:本实施方式由扁圆柱形刀片体3组成;扁圆柱形刀片体3是上下对称结构,扁圆柱形刀片体3的圆心平台7内凹,在内凹的圆心平台7的中心处开有固定通孔2,扁圆柱形刀片体3的平面边沿为刀刃倒棱4,刀刃倒棱4至圆心平台7的斜面为切削刃刀片前角5,扁圆柱形刀片体3的曲面为切削刃刀片后角6。刀刃倒棱4的宽度br=0.2mm;切削刃刀片前角5的斜度γ0=15°;切削刃刀片后角6的角度α0=0°。
具体实施方式二:本实施方式与具体实施方式一的不同点在于,在扁圆柱形刀片体3上的切削刃刀片前角5的面上放射状均匀地分布有椭圆形小坑1。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
零度的切削刃刀片后角加强了刀刃强度,刀面上分布的放射状椭圆形小坑对车削、铣削可起到有效的断屑、分屑作用。

Claims (5)

1、车铣两用可转位圆刀片,它由扁圆柱形刀片体(3)组成;其特征在于扁圆柱形刀片体(3)是上下对称结构,扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的圆心平台(7)内凹,在内凹的圆心平台(7)的中心处开有固定通孔(2),扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的平面边沿为刀刃倒棱(4),刀刃倒棱(4)至圆心平台(7)的斜面为切削刃刀片前角(5),扁圆柱形刀片体(3)的曲面为切削刃刀片后角(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车铣两用可转位圆刀片,其特征在于刀刃倒棱(4)的宽度br=0.2mm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的车铣两用可转位圆刀片,其特征在于切削刃刀片前角(5)的斜度γ0=15°。
4、根据权利要求1所述的车铣两用可转位圆刀片,其特征在于切削刃刀片后角(6)的角度α0=0°。
5、根据权利要求1所述的车铣两用可转位圆刀片,其特征在于在扁圆柱形刀片体(3)上的切削刃刀片前角(5)的面上放射状均匀地分布有椭圆形小坑(1)。
